    Convenient and comfortable Hotel near Kochi Station

    I always stay here during my business trips to Kochi. While it is a bit far from the nightlife area (Hirome Market), the location near Kochi Station is very convenient with excellent access from the airport limousine bus. There’s also a convenience store nearby, and despite being close to Kochi Station, it offers a quiet environment. The facility is well-maintained and clean, with various amenities provided. Complimentary coffee, tea, and other soft drinks are available on the lobby floor, which is greatly appreciated. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kochi. Thank you!

    Unique breakfast experience.

    You can choose your pillow, take drinks to go, and enjoy a very comfortable environment. The breakfast menu is also very local and interesting.

    Close to the station with a calm atmosphere

    The Room I stayed in this time was a twin type, spacious enough, and allowed me to choose my preferred pillow, making it very comfortable. The cost-performance ratio is excellent.

    A clean and comfortable Hotel located near Kochi Station. For breakfast, I chose the straw-grilled bonito from a variety of menu options. Both the quality and quantity were highly satisfying.

    It was excellent.

    Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter. Conveniently located next to JR Kochi Station and across from a FamilyMart. A new and clean Hotel. The breakfast featuring seared bonito was incredibly delicious. The twin Room was spacious with a sofa included. Next to the elevator, there were amenities like a microwave, selectable pillows, an ironing board, and an iron (lightweight, portable, and easy to use). There’s also a lounge space at the back of the first-floor lobby where you can enjoy coffee or tea—very handy! It also has counters and power outlets for business travelers who need to work. The staff at the front desk, breakfast area, housekeeping team—everyone was very friendly and made our stay comfortable.

    Convenient and clean

    Located right next to Kochi Station, with a convenience store and car rental nearby. The Hotel is new, and the interior was very clean. The customer service evaluation is based only on the check-in experience, so it cannot be fully assessed.

    Hotel Near the Station

    The hotel is conveniently located near JR Kochi Station, with the Tosa Terrace tourist information center and Tosaden nearby, making it an excellent base for sightseeing. You can park your car in the adjacent parking lot and use a one-day Tosaden pass to explore various locations. The hotel was clean and provided a very comfortable stay. While hallway conversations can be quite audible, earplugs are available at the amenity station next to the check-in counter for those who may need them. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful—truly exceptional service. The breakfast was also delicious; thank you very much!

    Enjoy Kochi to the Fullest

    Perfect Location! Close to Kochi Station, within walking distance to Hirome Market, Kochi Castle, and Obiyamachi. The Room is very clean, and the shoe dryer was a nice touch!

    Cleaning is insufficient.

    This was my first stay at this accommodation, and I was surprised by the insufficient room cleaning. Upon entering the room, I found 5-6 strands of hair in the corner of the bathroom. While I thought it might have been an oversight and cleaned it up myself, I also found hair on the flat surfaces of the white lights attached to the writing desk and bed. The top of the refrigerator was covered in dust—not just a missed cleaning but visibly thick with dust. Feeling this was unacceptable, I requested either a re-cleaning or a room change at reception, and they provided me with a new room. When receiving the key to my new room, I appreciated their polite apology and assurance that "the cleanliness has been confirmed." However, in this second room as well, there were issues: shelves holding glass mugs were dusty; air purifier vents were covered in dust; and yellowish crumbs resembling crushed snacks were scattered on the carpet. These crumbled further when stepped on. There were other concerning areas beyond these main points. Is there a cleaning manual in place? It felt uncomfortable to use items like mugs or wear slippers barefoot in such conditions. The standard for what is considered "clean" here is unclear to me. Even when hosting friends or relatives at home, more thorough cleaning would be done than what I experienced here. Unfortunately, this resulted in a disappointing stay.

    A conveniently located Business Hotel near the station

    The location is excellent, with great access to tourist spots, dining areas, and the station. However, amenities and meals are slightly below the average of a standard Business Hotel, possibly due to cost-saving measures. It is suitable for stays during business trips or while traveling.

    Good Hotel

    You can choose your pillow, the bed is comfortable, and it’s a quiet and pleasant accommodation. The water pressure in the shower is sufficient. However, the entrance for cars and the entrance for pedestrians to the parking lot are a bit confusing.

    Accommodation near the station

    Conveniently located. The Room was clean, and the price was well-balanced with no issues. It would be even better if there were a large public bath.

    There was a strong unpleasant odor left by other guests.

    I stayed in Room 808 this time. I have used this accommodation a few times (probably twice) several years ago, and back then it was a clean and comfortable hotel. However, this time the cleaning situation was very poor, possibly unable to keep up with inbound demand, and I had an unpleasant experience. The issues are as follows: 1. The bathroom had a lingering smell of someone else's body oils. It was like the unit bath wasn't cleaned after someone used it while still warm, leading to bacterial growth and an unpleasant odor. 2. Using the toilet's bidet caused an odor of someone else's feces to spread throughout the unit bath area. As someone nearing 60 years old, I've never encountered such a smell in Japan before—it wasn’t even like sewage but something entirely different that made me feel nauseous in the toilet area. 3. The slippers seemed to have some kind of grease or residue on them from another person’s use; when I unknowingly wore them, my feet became sticky with something that smelled terrible—like sniffing another person's smelly feet! This ruined three pairs of socks for me because they absorbed the odor too! Even after washing my feet thoroughly at home with soap and scrubbing hard with a brush multiple times, there’s still some residual stickiness left behind when walking barefoot on floors—it feels awful! I hope this doesn’t transfer to my family members at home... If slippers are reused here without proper cleaning or replacement when necessary due to stubborn stains/odors remaining despite washing efforts—they should consider providing new ones for guests' comfort instead. While eco-cleaning practices are understandable (and I'm usually cooperative wherever I stay), what happened here is unacceptable—I’ve never experienced anything so bad before now! At least ensure thorough cleaning between guest stays. The room itself was fine thanks to having an air purifier; linens were clean without any odors either—but only regarding cleanliness issues within bathrooms specifically—perhaps management should arrange inspections by responsible staff periodically moving forward? As for meals offered onsite—the food tasted good overall but priced at ¥1700 per set meal felt somewhat questionable value-wise considering cost-performance expectations…

    Great location

    The location and Facility are excellent, but it would be perfect if there was a large public bath. Minus 1 star because YouTube cannot be viewed, and minus 1 star for the lack of a large public bath. However, I would like to use this place again when visiting Kochi.

    Kochi and Ehime Trip: Complete Satisfaction

    It was my first trip to Kochi in 23 years. During this trip, which lasted 4 days and 3 nights, I stayed at your hotel (Clement Inn Kochi) on the first and third nights. On the first night, I stayed in a room on the 8th floor (the top floor). The TV in the room was wall-mounted, and there was a wide desk with a refrigerator underneath it. The door of the refrigerator was transparent so that you could see its contents. It was my first time seeing a transparent-door refrigerator among all the hotels I've stayed at across the whole country. Being on the top floor, my room had a great night view, making it a comfortable place for me to sleep soundly. When I woke up in the morning and looked out of the window, it was clear weather with a good view of Kochi's mountains; below ran Tosaden Line tracks with Kochi Station's platform clearly visible. Breakfast was served in a dining hall on the first floor where you could choose from various menu options; since I came all this way to Kochi, I felt compelled to select something related to local cuisine—I ended up having katsuo set meal for breakfast. After breakfast, I went out for some long-awaited sightseeing around Kochi which might have changed significantly compared to 23 years ago. On my third night after finishing an Ehime trip (mainly Yodo Line), I returned again into central-Kochi city area—after dining at an izakaya near station—I returned back into your hotel where after checking-in at front desk enjoyed relaxing coffee within lounge located upon ground level before heading towards seventh-floor guestroom assigned during stay period hereupon arrival immediately decided doing laundry using washing machines available second-floor premises followed by drying clothes inside dryer machine provided thereafter returning upstairs tidying luggage organizing belongings spent enjoyable evening hours subsequently next morning awoke feeling excellent due perfect weather conditions experienced throughout duration visit overall thoroughly satisfied accommodations offered guestroom facilities exceeded expectations would love opportunity return future should free time permit thank sincerely much appreciated hospitality extended during recent stay!

    I used it for sights...

    I used it for sightseeing. It was easy to find as it is close to the station. The Room was compact and clean. The Room had the minimum necessary amenities, and any additional items could be selected from beside the front desk. The shampoo and other toiletries had a very nice fragrance, and although it was a unit bath, it was spacious to use. The free drinks were very helpful as I used them many times. I used the Plan with breakfast included, had a hearty meal in the morning, and departed energetically! Thank you for your hospitality. If I have the opportunity to come to Kochi again, I would like to use it.

    The breakfast is substantial and of high quality. Even with a Multiple Night Stay, it never gets boring. Local specialties are also offered, making every morning enjoyable.     Convenient and clean Hotel near the station

    I use it every time I go on a business trip to Kochi. It is close to JR Kochi Station and has good access to the airport (the bus terminal in front of Kochi Station is right in front). Additionally, amenities include shoe dehumidifiers and bath salts, and the lobby lounge offers coffee and herbal tea, which is appreciated. It is slightly away from the downtown area, but there are various restaurants within about a 10-minute walk, and the quiet surroundings of the Hotel are also appreciated. I will visit again when I go on a business trip to Kochi.

    Breakfast is a must.

    I stayed at a hotel close to the station during my business trip to Kochi. I usually use No Meals Included, but since the breakfast had a good reputation, I tried the most popular bonito straw-grilled set meal and was very satisfied. I will use it again when I come to Kochi for my next business trip or private visit.

    It is a comfortable Hotel.

    The Hotel is located in front of Kochi Station, and with a convenience store nearby, I was able to stay without any inconvenience. It is also conveniently accessible to the airport bus the next day, allowing you to stay until the last minute according to your departure time. The breakfast offered a delicious seafood menu, which was just right. The Room was generally well-maintained, but unfortunately, there was a clump of lint from a previous guest near the bathtub.

    Convenient Hotel in Front of Kochi Station

    I mostly use this Hotel when on business trips to Kochi. It's a bit far from the bar district, but the airport bus departs from nearby (Kochi Station Bus Terminal), and above all, it's clean and comfortable. Also, there is a coffee machine placed in the lounge on the first floor after 3 PM?, and the coffee is delicious, and you can also enjoy other herbal teas, which is appreciated. Since I stayed for two nights this time, I was working in the Room during the day on the second night, but I wanted the Room cleaned and the bed made, so I informed the staff that I would be going out for a bit, and they responded quickly, which was very helpful. I will visit again when I am on a business trip to Kochi.
