    It would have been even better if there had been a large public bath, but the Room was clean and comfortable. Also, having a coin laundry was very helpful.

    Unhelpful parking instructions!

    It was good that a female staff member came over right away after I pulled into the garage, but the guidance to nearby paid parking was extremely unhelpful for someone unfamiliar with Takamatsu. If there is another paid parking lot with the same name very close by, you should clearly warn guests. Because of this, I ended up having to move my car in the heat after parking it once (I was told that the nearby parking lot with the same name/company was not eligible).\n\nEven in extreme heat, I had to make two round trips to and from my car and also pay for 30 minutes of parking at that lot. Please do something about this!!

    No dinner or breakfa...

    No dinner or breakfast was included. It was No Meals Included. There was no bottled water service in the Room. I made a mistake with my Reservation and booked a double Room. I paid the regular price to Change the Reservation to a double.

    Comfortable

    This was my second stay since the Accommodation first opened. I chose it for its great location right by the station and because I wanted to have the straw-grilled bonito for breakfast. I was very satisfied. I will stay here again.

    It’s clean.

    The location, service, and Facility are all spotless and impeccably clean—nothing to complain about. No need to worry about amenities. Breakfast is served as a set meal with a choice of options. In the evening, it becomes an izakaya, so everything can be taken care of within the Hotel. On-site parking is available for added convenience. Right next to the station, with a convenience store directly in front. Osaka Ohsho is also very close by.

    A Hotel in a Very Convenient Location

    Check-in and check-out were handled very smoothly. The complimentary drink service was also appreciated. There was a wide variety of amenities, and I was able to choose only what I needed without waste. The room was designed in a way that didn’t feel cramped, and it was clean and comfortable. (If I had to ask for one thing, I would have liked one more hand towel in the room.) For the set-menu breakfast, I could reserve my preferred time slot and relax. As a woman I don’t eat that much, but it felt like a slightly small portion. (There was no explanation about getting an extra serving of rice—though maybe that amount is fine for breakfast.) During breakfast, I saw a male guest behaving in a way that seemed inappropriate for a public place. I tried to inform the restaurant staff, but they looked too busy so I gave up, and instead told the Hotel front desk staff after leaving the restaurant that I had witnessed this kind of misconduct. They listened attentively, nodding while taking careful notes as I spoke. I hope that going forward, if restaurant staff notice such behavior, they will address it as appropriate. Overall, it was an Accommodation in a great location where I could stay very comfortably. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    The Room is lovely.

    The Room I stayed in this time had a lovely table by the window, and it was perfect for both work and reading. I lined up books along the edge to create a small personal book corner, which I really enjoyed.

    I stayed here during my trip to Kochi.

    Very close to the station, easy to find, and convenient. It is a good distance from the downtown area, so it was quiet and pleasant. The Room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to choose a pillow and receive amenities. The only downside is that there are only two elevators, so it can be a bit inconvenient during busy times.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    It was my first time staying here. I stayed for three nights. Staff It varies depending on the time of day. Breakfast I had breakfast on the first floor. I received a pre-assigned meal ticket in advance, with 30-minute time slots starting from 6:30 a.m. You hand in your ticket at the counter, and they notify you with a buzzer like at a food court. Hot tea, water, and coffee are self-service. There are plenty of set-meal options, and the portions are filling. I’ll definitely have it again next time. It’s delicious and highly recommended. Rakuda was especially tasty. It serves breakfast in the morning and becomes an izakaya at night. It seems you can go even if you’re not staying at the hotel. I want to eat there again. Bed It was comfortable to sleep in. In the twin room, one bed is by the window so I was worried about drafts, but it was fine. There is also a roll-up blind. Phone There is no phone in the room. I called the front desk from my mobile phone. Bathroom/Toilet Nothing special—standard. The shampoo seemed like POLA (a familiar brand). Microwave / Ice / Vending machines There is also a coin laundry and a currency exchange machine on the 2nd floor. 600 yen. Washing and drying are charged separately. Hot drink corner on the 1st floor Hot water, coffee, and café au lait are available. There are also individual tea bags. In addition to being close to the station, there’s a supermarket, post office, convenience store nearby—very convenient. Thank you very much. I’ll come again.

    It was comfortable!

    The location was great, and everything was efficient—excellent value and very convenient! However, although extra pillows were available outside the room to choose from, the standard pillows in the room felt a bit too high for us.

    One staff member was unfriendly.

    This may have been just one staff member, but he never smiled and didn’t seem willing to speak. I had more questions, but I didn’t ask because I was worried that getting upset would affect the rest of my stay. The other older staff members greeted me with a smile every time I passed the front desk, so it seemed to be only him. Because of this one unfriendly young staff member, I don’t plan to stay here again.

    Unpleasant Check-in Experience and Poor Soundproofing

    I am a guest from Taiwan who checked in around 10:00 PM on January 12. Only the attitude of the staff member who assisted me at check-in was extremely unpleasant—despite having stayed in Japan many times, this was the first time I have felt this uncomfortable with such service. As for the other staff, I have no major complaints. However, aside from staff service, I was also concerned about the very poor soundproofing. I was assigned a Room very close to the elevator, and I could clearly hear other guests’ conversations and noises. In addition, I woke up every morning due to the sound of JR trains and could not get enough rest. To be honest, if I could choose again, I would not choose this Accommodation. If you are considering staying here, I think you should think carefully in advance.

    Affordable, clean, and close to the station.

    This Hotel is conveniently located near the station and is very clean. The Room was also comfortable. Free coffee service is available. Breakfast was very delicious. I recommend it if you are staying in Kochi.

    The male receptionis...

    The male receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Although there were many bottles of water at the front desk, they would not provide any to guests staying for one night.

    The accommodation was comfortable, but the train noise was a bit noticeable.

    The bed was a semi-double, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. The linens were clean, and although I usually have trouble sleeping in Hotels, I slept soundly here. Recently, many Hotels seem to have fewer staff, but the staff here were very friendly and attentive. The tea in the lounge was also delicious. My Room faced the station, and I woke up to the sound of trains running late at night and early in the morning. It would have been perfect without that noise.

    Breakfast options available for a satisfying start to your day. Perfect as a base for sightseeing!

    Breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit your preferences. Since I stayed for three nights, I enjoyed something different each morning. The front desk staff provided courteous and attentive service. I also stayed here during the previous New Year's holiday season. This location is an excellent base for exploring various tourist attractions.

    A higher-class Hotel, but the parking lot might be a bit confusing for beginners. The breakfast was very delicious, but the staff seemed to have a craftsman-like attitude, which some might not consider as proper hospitality. Everything else was excellent, so these two points were the only disappointments.

    Conveniently located near the station, but other aspects are lacking.

    The good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the station! However, the facility and meals were not impressive. The breakfast at the café inside the station was much better! I would not stay here again.

    Overall, the nearby Comfort seems like a better choice.

    Stayed here when it was newly opened and had a good experience, so I stayed again. However, the nearby Comfort seems better overall. - Chose this accommodation because breakfast starts at 6 AM. However, it didn’t feel worth the price; skipping breakfast might be a better option. - Cleaning wasn’t thorough as items weren’t moved during cleaning, leaving significant dust around the windows. - The bathroom is generally small. At Comfort, the bath is more spacious with convenient space around the sink for placing items. - The air conditioner smelled moldy and couldn’t be used. - Appreciated having amenities available. - The staff at Comfort were more welcoming and provided a pleasant experience. (Clement feels like it’s relying on its JR brand.)

    Hotel near Kochi Station

    The Hotel is new and has a clean atmosphere. There is also a complimentary drink corner at the back of the front lobby. However, the assigned guest room was on a lower floor, and the window was entirely frosted glass, making it impossible to see outside. It was inconvenient not being able to check if it was raining. Understandably, the bathroom was small, but the lighting was dim and gave off a cold white ambiance, which left an unimpressive impression (though it is well-maintained).

    Close to the station

    I made the Reservation thinking it was convenient near the station. It was cleaner than expected, the Room was not cramped, the bed was a spacious double, and breakfast with a variety of fish set meals was perfect.

    Comfortable Hotel

    I stayed here for a business trip. The staff were very polite and attentive. The amenity system allowed me to choose only what I needed at the front desk floor, which was efficient. The Room was clean and well-prepared, making my stay comfortable. Breakfast featured local ingredients from Kochi, and it was delicious. However, when I went at 8 AM, the sea bream I had been looking forward to was no longer available, which was disappointing. The location is excellent, and I highly recommend this Hotel. I would love to stay here again next time!

    Close to the station and clean, but that's all the Hotel offers.

    It was an efficiency-focused Business Hotel. While it’s understandable that there was no phone in the Room, being required to use a personal phone to contact the front desk, and being charged for it, was surprising. It would be great if free internet-based calling apps or QR code contact methods could be considered. Additionally, the lack of water service was disappointing. The Hotel gave the impression of being solely for sleeping. The cleanliness was excellent and well-maintained, but the mattress on the bed felt less comfortable compared to other chain hotels—though this might just be a matter of personal preference.

    We stayed for two nights during the Obon holiday and found the accommodation to be new, clean, and comfortable. While it’s understandable that pricing is high these days, we were left wondering if the services matched the cost. For instance, regarding amenities, for a two-night stay, providing each guest with two toothbrushes instead of just additional toothpaste would feel more appropriate given the charges. Additionally, as the entrance for monthly parking differs from that of guests, it was somewhat difficult to locate the parking entrance. The proximity to the station was convenient and overall we were satisfied; however, considering this pricing and service level, we might choose a different hotel next time.

    Conveniently located near the station, with cleansing products and lotion available in the lobby. There is also a coffee and relaxation space, which was great. The breakfast featuring seared bonito set meal was delicious!

    Elevator

    Close to Kochi Station and relatively new and clean, this hotel has become my regular accommodation when visiting Kochi City. There are two small elevators, but one seems to be out of service as the elevators take a long time to arrive, which is very inconvenient.

    Best value for money!

    I stayed at this Hotel for two nights as part of a train journey because of its proximity to the station. I chose a 15m² Room focusing on affordability, but with its large window and well-thought-out desk arrangement, it felt more spacious than expected. The eco-friendly efforts were noticeable, such as signs indicating that toilet paper would not be replaced until fully used and amenities limited to toothpaste only. The Hotel was clean, conveniently located near the station, and very affordable—truly high satisfaction with Clement Hotel. Oh, and the towels were also very comfortable!

    Convenient and comfortable Hotel near Kochi Station

    I always stay here during my business trips to Kochi. While it is a bit far from the nightlife area (Hirome Market), the location near Kochi Station is very convenient with excellent access from the airport limousine bus. There’s also a convenience store nearby, and despite being close to Kochi Station, it offers a quiet environment. The facility is well-maintained and clean, with various amenities provided. Complimentary coffee, tea, and other soft drinks are available on the lobby floor, which is greatly appreciated. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kochi. Thank you!
