    I stay here often when visiting Miyakojima. It’s especially convenient because it’s close to Miyako Airport, so I almost always choose it for my last night. Even though it’s in the Business Hotel price range, there’s a pool and you can still enjoy a true resort atmosphere. Since it’s new, both the Room and the facilities are very comfortable. If you have a car, there’s a large supermarket nearby, making shopping easy. It also feels equally close to all the main sightseeing spots, so I never find it inconvenient. Thank you to all the staff for accommodating my sudden request due to a flight cancellation. I will stay again.

    Leaves a bad aftertaste

    When I asked for an airport drop-off on the last day, I was told it had to be reserved by the day before (where is that explained??). They also said they would check availability even though there was no Reservation. The driver didn’t say anything when I got in, and only greeted me after I said “thank you” when getting out. It really left a bad taste. It’s such a shame, because the woman who helped me on the first day provided truly excellent hospitality.

    Excellent convenience

    I stayed for 3 nights. Since I can’t drive, it was great that the airport and a large supermarket (San-A) were within walking distance! The Room is small and the refrigerator is also small, but I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the property, the pool, and the service. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located near the airport and car rental services.

    Used for a solo trip. About 5 minutes from the airport. Since there is an on-site rental car service, we recommend using the Hotel’s partner rental car company. If you use a non-partner rental car company, parking fees will be charged. The Facility, services, and meals were satisfactory. The Room is spacious. The bath is very standard.

    I think it offers excellent value for money. You can walk from the airport, but it was a bit tough pulling a suitcase. The Facility is new and feels great. The Room was cramped for three people. Without a rental car, it’s inconvenient to go out for dinner at night. There is Sky Rent-A-Car on the first floor, so I used it.

    A new and clean Hotel... but

    This was my first time using this service. It was also my first visit to Miyako Island, and I chose this Hotel because it is close to the airport. As seen online beforehand, the building was new, clean, and comfortable to use. Additionally, having coin-operated laundry machines on each floor was a big plus. However, I found the customer service at the front desk disappointing. Most of the staff seemed young and perhaps strictly adhered to manuals. First: When I mentioned that there were no green tea bags in the lobby, they simply replied curtly that they were available at the entrance of the restaurant on the second floor and asked me to pick them up there—no smile or even an "I'm sorry." Incidentally, no green tea bags were replenished in the lobby for two days afterward either. Second: Another front desk staff member responded with their hands on their hips when I inquired about taxis (judging by their name, they might be of foreign nationality). There was no sense of attentiveness or willingness to accommodate customers' needs. While employees and customers are equals, such behavior seems inappropriate. Wouldn't it be better to have more experienced staff members as well?

    Hotel close to the airport with great value for money

    I arrived at the airport on an afternoon flight for my first day in Miyako Island and chose this hotel for its great cost-performance and convenient location. The shuttle service was provided, and the driver warmly greeted me with "Welcome to Miyako Island," which made me very happy. The room was a standard business hotel type, but it had a bathtub where I could relax. However, there were no bottled water provided. There was a refrigerator, but it made some rattling noises for some reason. There is a supermarket about a 10-minute walk away where you can buy water, meals, and souvenirs. It was sunny that day, but walking might be inconvenient if it rains. The hotel doesn't have much of a resort feel, but it's an excellent choice for long stays or as an affordable place to sleep while sightseeing.

    Close to the airport.

    The location is convenient, within walking distance from the airport. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having a separate bathroom and toilet adds to the comfort. The breakfast selection is average but includes Okinawan dishes, making it enjoyable.

    Breakfast

    The rice was dry and inedible, and the bread was hard. The bread toaster was broken, so it couldn't warm the bread. The dishes were not warm either; the braised pork belly was tough, and the bacon was overcooked. Both the miso soup and Okinawa soba broth were too salty. It might be better to taste-test before serving. However, the pancakes and ice cream were delicious.

    Worth the price

    For the first night in Miyakojima, I chose this accommodation because it is close to the airport, affordable, and has good reviews. However, my impression was, "Why does it have such high ratings?" Upon entering the room, I noticed stains on the wallpaper. The ventilation fan was clogged with dust. There were also mold-like stains. The sink drained very slowly due to clogging. With so many visible issues like these, I avoided using the air purifier and air conditioner out of concern for cleanliness. Although this is a relatively new hotel, it felt more like a lack of proper cleaning rather than age-related wear and tear. I have stayed at other Trifito accommodations before and had positive experiences at all of them, which made this stay even more disappointing. That said, since we stayed as a group of three people and considering the price per person, perhaps it's understandable for what we paid for—but I wouldn't call it cost-effective overall. One positive aspect was that the bathroom was spacious with a separate washing area. This might be suitable for those simply looking for an affordable place to sleep; however, I personally would not stay here again.

    It was a very lovely Hotel.

    I have visited Miyako Island many times, but this was my first time staying here. The Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable! Amenities were mostly placed in the lobby for guests to take as needed, which was more than sufficient. The welcome drink was also delicious. There was a small shop where I enjoyed gelato at night when I craved it. Breakfast was tasty, and the seating area was spacious and pleasant. The parking lot was large, and I appreciated that towels were provided on rainy days. A couple of minor points: the hand soap in the Room alternated between foam and liquid types, and there seemed to be some lint when using the washing machine. Considering the cost and services provided, this Hotel offers excellent value for money! I would love to stay here again!

    Cozy and comfortable atmosphere

    I stayed for a beach volleyball tournament. The room was very clean, and the hotel was cozy, allowing for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed it throughout my three-night stay without getting tired of it.

    A favorite Hotel used every year since its opening

    I have stayed at several large seaside resorts, but this Hotel is my favorite. I usually stay for about a week. The Room has a separate bath and toilet, with a spacious bathtub that fills quickly and provides plenty of hot water and strong shower pressure—it's perfect! The location is convenient as it’s in the city center, making access to various places easy. However, during summer, competing for the washing machines can be tough. Recently, I gave up checking availability on the TV screen early on and resorted to doing laundry late at night or early in the morning. Last year, my Room was next to the kids' playroom where there was constant noise from banging walls and crying children in the hallway with their door left open all day long. This year I requested a Room farther away and was placed at the end of a hallway. While it was far from the elevator—which was challenging since I use a cane due to an injury—the quietness made it worth it. Every year I notice that the decorative pillows on the bed are stained and smell unpleasantly as if they haven’t been washed since opening day—this feels unhygienic. Although there are cleaning carts with replacement sheets in hallways during housekeeping hours, I've never seen covers for those cushions being replaced either. Upon check-in, I immediately remove them from use. As for pillows provided by Hotel—they don’t suit me well so I bring my own pillow which makes my stay more comfortable. During my one-week stays here occasionally some bath towels appear worn-out or discolored enough that they seem unwashed; meanwhile other towels like those used by my husband remain crisp-clean feeling odd/unpleasant experience overall perhaps retiring older linens would improve guest satisfaction? Lastly adding extra hangers especially helpful longer stays currently insufficient supply available

    Carpet

    The Hotel was conveniently close to the airport and had a nice atmosphere, but our Room's carpet had several large stains, which was very disappointing.

    Great value for money!

    I didn't have high expectations because I booked at a low price, but the hotel was new, clean, and very satisfying. The noise from the airport was not bothersome at all. Breakfast was available for one day at 2,200 yen per person with a wide variety of options. Parking is 500 yen per night. If it's crowded, the parking lot can be quite far from the entrance. The welcome hibiscus tea was delicious. This has become a hotel I want to stay at again!

    Great value for money.

    I underestimated it. Every time I visited Miyako Island, I only thought of the hotel in front of the airport as just being there. However, for this stay on Miyako Island, instead of choosing a resort or downtown area, I opted for a hotel in the middle zone for the first time. It turned out to be the right choice. Since it was in the middle zone, going out for drinks wasn’t an option. So instead, we drove out to eat and then enjoyed drinks back in our room. Previously, we often went to izakayas or BBQ places, but this time we tried a reservation-only sushi restaurant. We also bought a sashimi platter from a nearby shop and enjoyed it with drinks in our room. It was great to experience a new side of Miyako Island! Moreover, even when going out occasionally for desserts or breakfast items, everything was surprisingly close by. The room was clean and new, allowing us to stay comfortably. With views of the pool from our room, we could enjoy a slight resort-like atmosphere. Although we couldn’t use the pool due to its popularity with families and international guests making it quite crowded—it added lively charm as part of its attraction! The parking lot being almost full even on weekdays surprised me; while there is apparently secondary parking available nearby—having more spacious parking options would ease concerns about availability. It was an unexpectedly delightful stay that makes me want to return again next time! Thank you very much!

    Hotel selection success!

    The washer-dryer was very helpful. Although the clothes were slightly damp after drying, they dried overnight in the Room! There was a bit of competition for the washing machine as everyone was waiting their turn. The white rice at breakfast was unfortunately dry. Everything else was fantastic! Pool towels were available for rent, so even without bringing your own, you could enjoy the pool. Overall, it was a great experience. I would love to stay again if I have the chance!

    Close to the airport...

    Close to the airport and within a few minutes' walk to a car rental location, which was very convenient! The service was smooth, and the Room was clean. However, I noticed that another guest had left personal items like an inflatable ring in front of their Room in the hallway, possibly due to lack of space inside. While it may not be possible to check every floor regularly, it would be appreciated if such situations could be addressed when noticed. (I believe most guests store their belongings inside their Rooms.) The location is excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful, making for a comfortable stay overall.

    The room was relatively satisfactory, but...

    The Room was relatively spacious and clean, which was satisfying. However, I was bothered by a group of young people shouting loudly in the breakfast area. When I asked at check-in if there was complimentary mineral water in the Room, I was momentarily puzzled by the response, "You can drink tap water," thinking that's not quite what I meant. It's conveniently close to Miyako Airport, so I would consider staying again if given the chance.

    Convenient and cost-effective

    We stayed for 2 people during Golden Week, and it cost about 7,000 yen per person per night. Considering the hotel's modernity and location, it offers excellent value for money. Each floor has washing machines with dryers, which is very convenient. The accommodation is extremely close to the airport, but there is some distance to the central area with many restaurants, so you will need to travel by taxi or rental car. At night, there were many people waiting for taxis in the lobby, so taxis might be insufficient; renting a car might be a better option. There is a Sky Rent-A-Car next door; it would be great if there were plans that included rental cars!

    Wonderful Hotel

    I visited for the first time. The service had a tropical atmosphere and was warm, and the Room was good. I stayed for four nights and had a comfortable time. I will visit again on another occasion. The access was convenient and appreciated.

    Price Satisfaction

    The room is neat. However, this time there were a few strands of human hair on the cushion! This is an unacceptable situation for a hotel. It was unpleasant and made me feel bad. The taste of the food was ordinary, but there were signs indicating where the ingredients came from, which I thought was very good. Fresh information is very important. Also, the ice tongs in the room were made of plastic and slippery, making them difficult to use, so please improve them. Of course, the room cleaning as well. Overall, it's neat and good, but it's a shame.

    Unpleasant

    I booked the room because it was relatively new, reasonably priced, and the reviews weren't bad, but it turned out to be a big mistake. First, there were multiple dents on the room door as if it had been hit by something, and the bathroom had a moldy or drain odor, especially after bathing, the unpleasant smell filled the room, making it difficult to sleep. The wallpaper was torn, and there were many stains on the carpet. It was a room with traces of someone having rampaged before. I endured it since it was just for one night, but it was extremely uncomfortable. It wasn't even fully booked, so I was sad and disappointed to be assigned to this room. I think the room door and bathroom odor should be urgently repaired! I mentioned it to the front desk, but they didn't seem to get it. It was very disappointing to start the trip unpleasantly.
