    Hospitality

    The staff were calm and kind. The view from the window overlooked mountains and a river, and the spacious setting felt refreshing. Thank you very much.

    The guest lounge was great.

    The guest lounge was very convenient and great! Tea, coffee, ice, and miso soup were available 24 hours a day for self-service, which was extremely helpful. Also, since it is attached to a roadside station, I was able to have breakfast there as well. I would like to stay here again!

    Suitable for solo travelers

    I stayed here on a solo trip with no particular destination in mind. I wasn’t expecting much—my evaluation is simply based on being able to stay the night. The Room was more spacious than I expected, and I was able to rest well in the king-size bed. There were some stains left on the sofa, which was a downside. The amenities included everything I needed, so I had no complaints. As for hospitality and service, at check-in they simply explained things at the front desk and handed me the key card. It was nice that they told me about nearby sights and places to eat. The bathroom was a shower booth without a bathtub. That worked fine for me. I also appreciated that it was separate from the toilet. The only Facility I used was the ice machine in the shared area. My Room was at the very end of the second floor, so it couldn’t be helped that going to get ice felt like a bit of a hassle. Since I didn’t have high expectations, there were no major disappointments.

    It exceeded expectations.

    Without any preconceived notions, I made a reservation and stayed here, and it was excellent. Since Gujo Hachiman was expensive during the Obon holiday, I chose this accommodation thinking it would be nearby. In reality, it wasn't in Gujo Hachiman, so perhaps this choice was better. Although I gave up exploring Gujo Hachiman, the check-in front desk service was kind, the facility was clean, and the view from the room overlooking Nagara River was perfect. Exploring Mino town was also enjoyable, and the dining spot recommended by the front desk staff was fantastic. It’s a place I’d love to visit again someday. The breakfast bento box exceeded my expectations—it was very delicious!

    Mountains, Rivers, and Roadside Stations

    It was a pleasant Hotel surrounded by nature. I slept well, and the Facility was very clean, making it comfortable. The shared bus (taxi) made it very convenient to visit the historic streets of Mino. There is a roadside station nearby with a wide variety of vegetables and many desirable items like stone and bamboo crafts. It was a satisfying stay. Thank you!

    Both the public area...

    Both the public areas and guest rooms are compact but clean and comfortable. The staff provided very pleasant service. Additionally, the location is convenient for exploring post towns, and there are many delicious eel restaurants about 15 minutes away by car. Overall, it is a great accommodation.

    It was new, clean, and nice.

    The Facility was new, simple, and very good without unnecessary equipment or supplies. Each person was provided with one bath towel and one face towel, but I think it would have been nice to have one towel for use in the shower booth.
