    This is the worst.

    In any case, the man at the front desk— maybe you should reconsider your approach to customer service. His manner of speaking was curt. Even when our eyes met, there was no greeting. It was my first stay, and it left me feeling very uncomfortable. The next day, I stayed at a different Hotel, and everything was perfect—for the same price. I don’t usually write Reviews, but I’m posting this because it was extremely unpleasant.

    Thank you for the cleaning.

    Traveling from place to place, I have learned that Accommodation Fee and cleanliness level are not always equal. However, this accommodation offers reasonable fees with a high level of cleanliness. My gratitude goes to the cleaning staff working during the year-end.

    Public Bath

    I recently stayed at a Business Hotel in Tokyo. The large public bath was a highlight, earning high points, but the overall quality of service was the best part. The complimentary coffee at the front desk was even better than major convenience stores. I would love to stay here again.

    Excellent access to Haneda Airport! Runway right in front of you.

    【Access】A hotel directly connected to Tenkubashi Station. Both Keikyu Line and Monorail are accessible, just two stops to Terminal 2. A shuttle bus is also available from the hotel. I stayed here the night before an early morning flight from Haneda, and it was very convenient. 【Room & Facility】The room was new and clean, with a pleasant atmosphere. The free drinks in the lounge were a nice touch. However, it was disappointing that there was no view at all from the room I stayed in. Despite being near the airport, many rooms seem to lack views due to structural design. The self-check-in/out process was smooth and efficient. Thank you for your hospitality! It marked a great start to my enjoyable trip!

    The front desk staff's attitude was unacceptable.

    After using the self-check-in machine, the receipt with the Room number did not come out due to a paper jam. When I reported this to the front desk staff, they responded in an unhelpful and intimidating manner throughout, which made me feel uncomfortable.

    Cleaning...

    Checked in feeling exhausted. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. When I entered the room, I immediately took a shower but found hair left from a previous guest, which was unpleasant. Other than that, the stay was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious as mentioned in the reviews. The shuttle service to Haneda Airport was very convenient. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Open-air bath-style bathtub

    The large public bath and warm beverage service were excellent, and the clean Room was very nice. The size of the Room was just right. Additionally, having a Daily Yamazaki convenience store nearby was convenient. I enjoyed freshly made bread for breakfast. Regarding customer service, I only had a chance to greet the cleaning staff and did not interact much with other employees. I was surprised by the long corridors and numerous guest rooms. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Conveniently located near the monorail and Keikyu station.

    I have used this Hotel several times for early flights from Haneda Airport. It is conveniently close to Tenkuubashi Station on the Monorail and Keikyu Line, and you can avoid getting wet in the rain. The Hotel has a large public bath where you can relax. There are restaurants nearby, and a convenience store is also close to the station, making it very convenient. A short walk from the Hotel allows you to enjoy a footbath while watching airplanes up close.

    I would like to stay here again when using Haneda Airport.

    I stayed here the night before my early morning departure from Haneda Airport. The large public bath was excellent, and the room had all the essentials. For dinner, I went to a Chinese restaurant in Haneda Innovation City—cheap and delicious! There’s also a drugstore within a few minutes' walk, and the shuttle service to Haneda Airport made it very convenient.

    I stayed here the night before my trip, and it was very clean, functional, and conveniently close to Haneda. It was extremely comfortable. The only downside was that the public bath was only available at night and not in the morning.

    I chose this accommodation because having a separate bathroom and toilet was my top priority when searching for a place to stay. The facilities were very clean, stylish, and comfortable, with the perfect size bathtub. Both the interior of the hotel and the room were spotless, simple, and modern. The air conditioning in the room worked well with no unpleasant odors, providing fresh air that allowed me to sleep soundly. The pajamas and towels were soft to the touch, and my daughter especially loved the shampoo for its smooth texture and pleasant scent—so much so that she went looking for it at a DHC store the next day. The breakfast venue was chic and clean with enough space between tables to enjoy meals comfortably. Everything was delicious, but I particularly enjoyed the Eggs Benedict—it was exceptional! The location is convenient as it’s close to both the station and Zepp venue, plus there’s a free shuttle bus to the airport which was incredibly helpful. Everything about our stay was comfortable, affordable, and enjoyable—thank you very much! I would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

    I forgot something in the Room, but when I contacted them, they responded immediately, and I received it today. Thank you. I hope for a slightly higher-class hairdryer in both the public bath and the Room. I look forward to staying again if I have another opportunity.

    This was my third stay, and I am satisfied every time. - Excellent cleaning - Quiet environment - Compact and user-friendly Room design - Friendly staff service - Free bus to Haneda Airport I really like these features. I will definitely choose to stay here again during my future visits to Tokyo.

    Stayed the night bef...

    Stayed the night before the tour. Chose a hotel close to the airport with morning shuttle service. Unfortunately, the reception staff did not greet us and barely listened when we tried to ask questions, instead directing us to use a machine!? It felt cold and unwelcoming, so we decided not to ask further questions to avoid an unpleasant experience. Disappointing.

    No Onsen atmosphere.

    Stayed for one night in Tokyo to relax and have a meal with my brother's family on the way back from Hakone Gora to Kansai. I was impressed by the proximity of the elevator to the platform heading towards Haneda, whether using the monorail or Keikyu line. The Hotel is clean, and the spacious grounds of the entire area are excellent, but it was disappointing that there were no shared amenity sets in front of the bathroom mirror. Since there are no shops around, having a 24-hour convenience store inside the Hotel would be incredibly convenient.

    Regarding the toilet in the guest room (Washlet nozzle).

    - The streamlined service made it difficult to evaluate customer service. Apart from the restaurant, there was almost no interaction. If this is understood from the beginning, it’s not an issue. - The large public bath was a nice feature, though it was disappointing that morning baths were unavailable. This might be due to cost-cutting measures, which is understandable. - The facility was clean and generally satisfactory, but one point was disappointing. When using the bidet in the room's toilet, I noticed that the nozzle was very dirty when it extended out, which shocked me. As a result, I avoided using the toilet in my room and opted for the hallway restroom instead. Cleanliness of toilet facilities is essential and must be improved immediately.

    The public bath was ...

    The public bath was excellent. The room was clean and tidy. There was a young man at the reception who didn’t listen until the end of the conversation. It’s unclear whether he is still in training or a foreigner.

    A clean and user-friendly Hotel

    With direct access to the station, it was very convenient and I didn’t get wet even in the rain. Because the Rooms are arranged around the entire building, I had to walk a bit from the elevator to my Room, but it was spacious, and best of all, having the bath and toilet separate is a big plus. That said, since the Rooms face an inner courtyard, it was a little concerning that you can see other Rooms’ windows outside (though you probably can’t see into the Room). Also, it’s a bit inconvenient that the convenience store closes at night, but there are restaurants and cafes nearby, so it wasn’t too much of an issue. I couldn’t use the public bath this time, so I’d like to try it if I have another chance to stay here. They also kindly stored my luggage after check-in and check-out, which was a huge help. Overall, I’m satisfied. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Close to the airport

    This was my first time staying here. I had a bit of trouble finding the entrance. The nearby convenience store closed early, which was inconvenient. I ended up having a casual drink and some light food at a nearby bar-like place! The Room was clean, but unfortunately, the view was just a building wall, which was disappointing (laughs). I also used the large public bath, and it’s really helpful for late-night or early-morning flights!

    I have stayed at various hotels before, but this was the first accommodation where no drinking water was provided in the room. Although I liked the large public bath, it was disappointing.

    Stayed for a night before my flight from Haneda Airport. Having worked in the travel industry, I tend to evaluate accommodations critically, but this stay was almost entirely satisfying. The room was compact but very clean. I also used the public bath; though small, it helped me relax and unwind. Recently, many hotels have unmanned check-in systems, which can be nerve-wracking for first-time stays. It would be nice if there were signs at the front desk saying something like "Feel free to ask for assistance if needed." The hotel also provided transportation to Haneda Airport with a kind hotel staff member driving us, making for a pleasant start to the morning. I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

    No need to worry even if it rains.

    I always stay at this Hotel when using Haneda Airport. You can go directly to the Hotel from the Tenkubashi Exit, relax in the Hotel's large bath, and take the shuttle bus the next day to board your flight. This is my usual routine.
