    This is terrible.

    Misinformation from the front desk, being charged an early check-in fee with less than an hour to go, WiFi so weak it was completely unusable, a rude attitude from the Shuttle Service driver to the airport, and a terrible view… I don’t think I will ever stay here again. There are many other good hotels in Haneda, so I recommend choosing another one. I also question whether IKYU should list such a terrible hotel. If you don’t understand the actual situation, it will negatively impact your service itself.

    Excellent!

    I stayed here after a concert at the Zepp next door. I was able to change clothes for my merch, and relax my tired legs in the large public bath after the show. The facilities and the Room were clean, and I think it’s reasonably priced for Tokyo, especially considering how close it is to Haneda Airport.

    I stayed the night before because I had an early morning flight from Haneda the next day. There are vending machines, microwaves, ice makers, irons, and more on each floor, which is very convenient. I didn’t use the large public bath this time, but there is also a coin laundry—everything you could need is provided. The Room was clean and comfortable. Since my Room had a bathroom with a separate washing area, I was able to relax even during my short stay. With a typhoon approaching, I was worried about whether the shuttle bus would be running, but since the weather wasn’t as severe as forecast, I was able to board without any issues. I’d definitely like to stay again!

    Extremely close to the live venue!!

    I stayed here for a live show at Zepp Haneda. It was extremely convenient to get from the Hotel Room to the adjacent venue. As it is a new Hotel, it was clean, spotless, and very comfortable.

    The large public bath was excellent!

    I stayed here because I was returning home late. I had stayed once before and remembered it being good, so I chose this Accommodation again. I’m glad I stayed again!! A taxi cost 1,300 yen with the late-night fare. After the flight, my tired body relaxed all at once in the large public bath. Both the changing area and the bathing area were very clean. There was also an outdoor bath, which felt great. I brought pajamas just in case, but the Room pajamas were proper waffle fabric and perfectly fine. The twin Room was spacious. The bedding was comfortable—the mattress was a Simmons—and the pillow suited me well too, so I slept soundly until morning. I extended my stay and slept in. There was also an air purifier with a humidifier, and even the tank was clean. With this level of care, housekeeping is clearly very thorough. If it’s your first time visiting, you might get a little lost. From the bus terminal, go up the escalator next to Tully’s, walk straight ahead, then head diagonally to the right to find the entrance. Once you know it, it’s easy! Most shops are closed at night, so I recommend buying drinks and food in advance. There are vending machines for drinks, ice cream, and frozen light meals. For lunch at the restaurant, I had their hayashi rice for 1,200 yen (with a drink bar). It was convenient and tasty.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed for two nights. I made an unusual Reservation by booking each night separately, but thanks to your courteous communication, I was able to check in smoothly. It rained on the second and third days, but it was great that I could get to the Hotel from the station without getting wet. Both the in-Room bath with a tub and the large public bath were relaxing. The Room was clean, and the loungewear was comfortable. It was also convenient that I could go to the large public bath in loungewear and slippers, and that a tote bag was provided. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Stay in a Near-Future City

    This property is extremely convenient for travelers using Haneda Airport, especially those with early morning flights. As it is new, it is clean and comfortable. I plan to stay here again when flying out of Haneda in the morning. Keikyu can do it when they try.

    Overall, it’s easy to use.

    Although it looks very close on the map from Tenkubashi Station, it takes a few minutes to reach the front desk, and you can get there without getting wet even in the rain. The Room is small but has enough space to place your belongings, and you can also work at the desk. One disappointing point is that there is only a towel rack inside the shower booth and none outside. If you put a towel in such a small shower booth, it will obviously get wet, which is puzzling. Could you consider adding a towel rack outside in the future? The shower water pressure isn’t very strong; the spout side is fine, but that was also a bit disappointing. Overall, I find it very convenient and easy to use. I have another Reservation coming up soon.

    A conveniently located Hotel

    I stayed here to attend an event at Zepp Haneda. Not only is the location convenient, but there are also restaurants, a convenience store, a pharmacy, and ATMs within the Facility, so I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and stylish, but unfortunately I couldn’t sleep well because I could hear noise from the neighboring room, possibly due to thin walls. I’d like to try the well-reviewed large public bath and breakfast next time.

    Noisy groups...

    Several Rooms across from ours were occupied by a group of young people, possibly here for company training. Even after midnight, some of them were talking in the hallway and it was quite noisy. When I called the front desk to complain, they said, “We’re very sorry; we will patrol immediately.” They probably did, because it would get quiet for a while, but then another group would start talking nearby again—and even after 1:00 a.m., some were running in the corridors. If they are here for company training, I would like the Hotel to enforce rules in advance such as “Do not talk outside your Room after midnight.” They looked like working adults in suits, but it felt like a school trip. It’s not really the Hotel’s fault, though. All of the Hotel staff were smiling and very pleasant. The nearby convenience store closed at 18:00, but Tully’s was open until 22:00, a Chinese restaurant until 23:00, and Matsuya was open 24 hours. The view from the sky deck with the footbath was excellent. Above all, breakfast was outstanding. The Eggs Benedict was freshly made; there were also plenty of options like green smoothies and rice accompaniments—everything was delicious.

    The Hotel was very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. One thing I noticed in the Room was the position of the toilet paper holder. It was too close to the toilet seat and a bit awkward to use. The bath area was often crowded... maybe because it’s only open from 15:00 to 25:00. I would really appreciate it if it could also be open in the morning, such as 6:00–9:00 (even for a shorter time). At the breakfast buffet, the service wasn’t very friendly and there were no smiles, which felt a bit disappointing. However, the Eggs Benedict looked amazing and tasted fantastic—it was truly delicious.

    Once again, I stayed...

    Once again, I stayed here—one of my favorites—and was very satisfied. However, one disappointing point was that from around 8:00 a.m., there were loud noises in the hallway during housekeeping, and the housekeeping staff’s conversations were too loud. It woke me up, and I couldn’t relax until check-out this time.

    Disappointing Hotel

    Because I checked in late at night, even the convenience stores were closed—it felt completely isolated. This is a Hotel I’d prefer to avoid if possible. The Hotel’s large public bath also closed at 1:00 a.m.—seriously? At breakfast, there was a staff member at the entrance, but they gave no explanation at all. It seemed there were items you could order, but there was no information on where to order or how payment worked—no guidance whatsoever. The staff member appeared to be doing nothing. I had another Reservation after this, but I Cancelled the Reservation. This is not a Hotel I would return to.

    It was clean and conveniently located near the airport.

    As it has only just opened, everything was very clean. It was within walking distance of Terminal 3, which was very convenient. Innovation City itself felt quiet and sparsely populated, but since we were only there to sleep, it wasn’t an issue. The large public bath was also clean.

    It was great.

    It was my first stay. The Accommodation was easy to access from the station, the large public bath was clean, and the amenities were well stocked, so I was very satisfied. Breakfast offered a great variety; it was fun to choose and everything was delicious.

    A quiet Hotel

    Although it is near the airport, this Hotel is very quiet. It also has a large public bath and Shuttle Service to the airport, making it very convenient for business travelers.

    Farther from the sta...

    Farther from the station than expected. The entrance is hard to find. The Room was not thoroughly cleaned; there were hairs on the desk and chairs, and it felt dirty. Only the bare minimum of towels were provided. The Hotel staff on the night shift did not feel welcoming at all. There are few restaurants or convenience stores around the Hotel, so if you arrive after around 7 p.m., you may need to walk about 20 minutes to the neighboring station area for food and supplies.

    Perfect for fan activities

    Both the Room and Facility are new, clean, and comfortable. It was great that the large public bath was available until 1:00 a.m. It was reassuring that they could store luggage even before check-in on the day of use, and that staff were always at the front desk for late-night check-ins. The early-morning Shuttle Service to the airport was also a welcome perk. With such excellent amenities at a Business Hotel price, I would definitely like to stay again.

    This is my second stay.

    I stayed here to visit an exhibition. I also stayed in November, so this was a return visit. The location is extremely convenient. The staff are kind, the Room is clean and easy to use, and the best part is the large public bath—absolutely wonderful water. Everything is spotless and well maintained. That said, the in-room bathroom is also spacious and great, so even if you don’t feel like leaving your Room, you can still enjoy a very satisfying bath time. All amenities are provided. It’s stress-free and very relaxing, so considering the time and effort of dragging a suitcase all the way to an expensive downtown Hotel, I think I’ll choose this Hotel again next time for its great value and efficiency. The popular twin Rooms are limited in number, so if you find one available, I recommend making your Reservation early. I still haven’t been able to try the highly rated breakfast due to my schedule, but I’d love to next time. (The breakfast venue looked wonderful.) Thank you very much for this stay. I look forward to staying with you again.

    The meals were excellent!

    We stayed here as a family of four for an overnight stop before a connecting flight the next day after returning from overseas. First of all, it was very clean! We made a Reservation for two Rooms (one triple and one single) and requested that they be as close together as possible. They were truly close, which was very convenient and really helped us. Thank you. We arrived around 11:00 PM, and my two daughters and I planned to quickly use the large public bath, but when we went there the changing area was extremely crowded—so much that it was hard to find space—so we gave up and used the bath in our Room instead. It would have been nice if the changing area were a bit larger... but it can’t be helped. More importantly, as I had seen in Reviews, breakfast was truly excellent. Since we’d been eating heavier meals overseas, the mentaiko, grated yam with natto, dashi ochazuke, and rice with egg were amazing. Neither my daughters nor I usually eat a big breakfast, but we ate plenty and were very satisfied! It’s also just a short walk from Tenkubashi Station, so we’d love to stay here again next time we have a connection at Haneda Airport.

    Very convenient.

    I stayed here for an early morning flight. The shuttle bus to Haneda Airport was very convenient. I was also glad I could get from Tenkubashi to the Hotel while avoiding the rain (though it’s a bit hard to find). One downside was that the partitions between washing areas in the large public bath were low, so water from the next person’s shower splashed over.

    Convenient access to the airport.

    I stayed here the night before an early-morning flight. The Facility is still new and felt very clean, which was great. Check-in and check-out were smooth. There is a separate large public bath, but I didn’t use it. The Room has only a shower, but that wasn’t an issue. The air conditioning blows downward, so I felt a bit cold when lying in bed.\nFor that reason alone, I rated it 4 stars.

    Isn’t it an excellent value for money?

    I stayed here because I had an early morning flight and wanted to stay near Haneda Airport. The price was cheaper than other options, especially considering that even recent Business Hotels often cost around 20,000 yen. Despite the price, it felt new and the Room felt spacious. The Room has only a shower, but there is a public bath. The public bath is not very large. Check-in and check-out are done by machine, so I’m not sure about the staff service. You can get here from Tenkubashi Station without getting wet even in the rain. I didn’t use the shuttle bus this time, but it seems convenient for people with large suitcases or families. There is no bottled water in the Room, so if you need it you’ll have to buy it at a convenience store or from a vending machine in the Hotel.

    It was comfortable.

    I arrived at Haneda Airport around 11:00 p.m. and stayed overnight because I had a flight departing the next morning. The Room on the 5th floor was convenient, as it’s on the same floor as the large public bath, laundry room, and vending machines. You need to tap your key card to use the elevator and enter the floor area, so security felt excellent. The Room didn’t have a view, but since I was only there to sleep, it wasn’t an issue. I would have appreciated a complimentary bottle of water, but there wasn’t one in the Room so I bought one. The large public bath was also a great way to relax before traveling. It isn’t open in the morning, but it would be nice if it were available then too.

    New and comfortable

    It’s new, so it feels very pleasant. It’s great that the large public bath is open until late at night, but it would be even better if it were available in the morning as well, since the shower room in the Room is small and not easy to wash in. The Facility is very well equipped, and it was convenient to be able to buy a late-night snack from the vending machine. The free coffee was also appreciated. I’d like to stay again.

    Accommodation for a live concert

    I stayed here for a concert at Zepp. It’s extremely close, so I could go back after buying merchandise, and I didn’t have to wait around unnecessarily in the cold winter air—an excellent location. The Hotel had everything I needed, which was more than enough for me. I also really enjoyed the bath. I think I’ll stay here again. Thank you very much.

    Perfect for your return trip from overseas!

    I returned from overseas late on the 2nd and stayed for one night—thank you for taking care of me. After arriving late and tired, I was able to take a bath and relax. I tried to find a view of the runway from the bath, but couldn’t. When I asked in the morning, I was told it’s only visible from a very limited number of Rooms on the 5th floor. Check-out was at 10:00, so an 11:00 check-out would have been more comfortable. The bath was available only at night, so it would have been even better if it were open in the morning as well. Still, thank you again—I’ll be back when my flights arrive early or late.

    One stop from the airport

    After returning to Japan, I wanted to relax in a large bath, so I chose to stay here. The in-room TV showed the bath as “available,” but when I went, the washing area was already full. The women’s bath only has space for about 6–7 people and felt quite small. Is the proportion of female guests low? Even so, there is an open-air bath as well, and it was very relaxing. I also added breakfast; there was a wide variety of dishes and everything was delicious.

    Breakfast starting at 6:00 AM is very helpful.

    This was my second stay, and I added breakfast for the first time. The 6:00 a.m. start time was perfect for an early flight and really helped me. I also enjoy having breakfast at the airport, but it was convenient and nice to eat here instead. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

    This is the worst.

    In any case, the man at the front desk— maybe you should reconsider your approach to customer service. His manner of speaking was curt. Even when our eyes met, there was no greeting. It was my first stay, and it left me feeling very uncomfortable. The next day, I stayed at a different Hotel, and everything was perfect—for the same price. I don’t usually write Reviews, but I’m posting this because it was extremely unpleasant.
