    This was a short sta...

    This was a short stay with check-in on the 23rd in the afternoon and check-out before 7 AM, but it was a convenient location, and I would like to stay here again.

    The parking area is difficult to locate.

    The parking lot was very difficult to find. It would have been helpful to have clear photos or maps provided. I had to circle around multiple times. Other than that, it was a very good Hotel. For those arriving by train, it’s an excellent choice. However, the difficulty in finding the parking lot was truly disappointing. Being so close to the traffic light made it hard to slow down and locate it easily.

    Excellent Accessibility

    I made a last-minute reservation for the night. The room was compact yet functional and comfortable. They kindly stored my luggage after check-out, which was very helpful.

    Directly connected to Okayama Station, highly recommended as a Business Hotel.

    Directly connected to Okayama Station, this Hotel is extremely convenient. The building is new, well-maintained, and very clean. I stayed in a Double Room for two guests (Non-Smoking) Single A Desk Type (Double) for one night with breakfast included. As a Business Hotel, I found it to be of a very high standard. The breakfast was particularly impressive with a wide variety of dishes and delicious desserts that made me go back for seconds. However, there are some areas for improvement: 1. The sound of water flow from the plumbing in the room was noticeable (enhancing insulation materials around the pipes could help). 2. While the idea of having indirect lighting behind wall art is excellent, the light switch on the unit bath side (behind the artwork) is not consolidated near the bed. This required getting up at night to turn off lights, which felt inconvenient. 3. The tissue paper size was small and caused stress during use; switching to standard commercial sizes would be better. At breakfast, staff members were kindly preparing trays with paper napkins and chopsticks for guests; however, this led to congestion as more than two staff members were constantly present in an already narrow space managing food supplies and other tasks. Eliminating tray preparation by staff might improve efficiency while allowing guests to choose their preferred quantity of napkins themselves.

    Directly connected to the station for convenience

    Stayed for one night. Conveniently located right outside the west exit of the station. The room had a large desk, which was helpful for work. The bathroom had limited space to place items. Amenities are placed in the lobby, and guests can take what they need. Brushes and razors were available for an additional fee. Breakfast is not included but can be reserved by the day before at an extra charge. It featured standard Business Hotel breakfast options plus local specialties, which were delicious. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, slightly early (12:00 PM if booked through the Hotel's official website).

    Weekly use

    I happened to use it consecutively, and I felt a sense of security and true relaxation. I want to make it my regular accommodation in Okayama. It's disappointing when there are no vacancies. Being located inside the station is extremely convenient. I will use it again. I also downloaded the Via Inn Okayama app.

    I stayed here for the first time. It is a very convenient Business Hotel located near the station. The facilities are sufficient.

    It was a barrier-free room, so it was very spacious.

    Unexpectedly, I enjoyed a comfortable barrier-free Room without any steps, spending my time leisurely while thinking it would be nice to stay here in my later years. I didn't know such Rooms existed. It felt like I could move freely even with a wheelchair, and the bathroom was spacious as well. From now on, Hotels with such Rooms are truly necessary in this era.

    The breakfast is not worth the price.

    We sincerely apologize, but the breakfast was not delicious, and the variety was very limited. I felt that I would have had a better impression of the Hotel if I had not included breakfast. There were only cold side dishes, and the Western food available in the half-buffet tasted like it had absorbed the smell of the refrigerator, lacking any flavor and almost tasteless. When I went at 9 a.m., there was no Japanese food left, so I reluctantly chose Western food, but is the Japanese food any better? Also, the staff frequently stirred the side dishes, which might be out of consideration, but it was a bit unpleasant, so I thought it might be better not to touch them so much. While the side dishes were diligently checked, there was almost no white rice, and the coffee was not coming out of the machine, so the replenishment of unseen parts was done after being pointed out by other users. The guidance was very polite, but the service seemed somewhat biased, and since the breakfast area was small with a limited variety, it was inevitably noticeable. The Room was very clean, and the bathroom was smooth and comfortable. The front desk staff was also very polite, and I think it is a highly satisfactory Hotel in terms of location without breakfast.

    Very comfortable Hotel

    Due to the inbound demand and the autumn foliage season, it was unfortunate that the price was about double the usual rate (hence one star deducted). Being a new Facility, it was very comfortable and pleasant to stay. Directly connected to the station, highly recommended. The restaurants for dinner and sweets suggested by the front desk staff were all delicious and enhanced my satisfaction during my business trip to Okayama. Thank you very much!

    Regarding the parking lot

    The guidance for the affiliated parking lot was unhelpful. If I had been given accurate directions, I could have parked easily, but it was difficult in the evening as I was unfamiliar with the area. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay. Thank you for your hospitality.
