    Conveniently located with direct access to the station.

    With direct access to Okayama Station, it was convenient for both the Shinkansen and local trains. It was raining on the day of my stay, but they lent me an umbrella when I left my luggage before check-in, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Okayama. I would like to stay here again when I visit Okayama.

    Directly connected to Okayama Station, but it’s hard to tell where the entrance is.

    The corner Room had a separate bath and toilet, and the bathroom even had a window, so it was bright and very nice. However, as mentioned in some Reviews, the window frames and corners of the floor were covered in mold, which was disappointing because it seems like something that could be resolved with proper mold removal and cleaning. The lobby and breakfast venue are surprisingly small for the number of Rooms, so there’s nowhere to sit. At breakfast, staff and guests are right next to each other in a cramped space, so it feels like you eat quickly and head straight back to your Room. That said, the breakfast selection exceeded expectations and was excellent, featuring Okayama local dishes such as mamakari (marinated fish), ebi-meshi (shrimp rice), hormone udon (offal udon), and curry made with Momotaro tomatoes. In many Hotels you can’t fully relax because noise from neighboring Rooms is an issue, but as other Reviews noted here too: although you can hear some station noise, it was quiet overall and I wasn’t bothered by sounds from next door. I wondered why—perhaps because there are many single Rooms. Okayama is a key transportation hub in the Setouchi area, so I’d like to stay here again when I visit Okayama. It was a genuinely good stay for the first time in a while.

    It was very convenient—close to the airport bus stop and directly connected to the JR station.

    The pillow was too high for me. I would have appreciated having a lower pillow available.

    Although it has been renovated...

    The location is unbeatable with direct access from the station, but it’s a shame that there’s a slight odor around the bathroom area. It may be unavoidable given the age of the building, but I hope to see a full renovation next. Even with a significant price increase, I believe there would still be plenty of demand.

    As it was my first t...

    As it was my first time visiting Okayama, I chose this Hotel simply because it was close to the station, but it turned out to be much better than I expected. The Room was well maintained, and with the large windows it didn’t feel cramped at all, so I could relax and take my time. I was also very happy to have a train view. It was also convenient that there were vending machines on the floor connected to the Okayama Station concourse (essentially the Hotel’s first floor). All of the staff were friendly and welcoming with warm smiles, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Multiple Night Stay (3 nights)

    I really enjoyed sightseeing around Okayama during my Multiple Night Stay. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. Thanks to the three coin laundries, I could do my laundry smoothly without any waiting time. If you stay in a Room with a view of the station, you can clearly see Shinkansen and local trains arriving and departing within the station, so I highly recommend it for train lovers. Best of all, it is directly connected to Okayama Station, making access excellent wherever you go! There are also plenty of shopping options nearby between outings, which made it convenient to buy souvenirs. I would like to stay here again.

    Directly connected to Okayama Station, it was ideal for sightseeing.

    It’s directly connected to Okayama Station, which is truly convenient. We were able to leave our luggage and head out sightseeing right away. The building is new, beautifully maintained, and very clean. This time, my daughter and I stayed for one night with breakfast included in a non-smoking double Room for two. The bed was fairly spacious, so we both slept comfortably. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties, and the desserts were delicious. We’ve already said we’d like to stay here again when we visit Okayama together.

    The whole family was very satisfied.

    This was my first stay. I checked in at night, and the front desk staff were very pleasant with a wonderful smile. The view from the Room window is panoramic, so waking up in the morning feels refreshing. It’s also nice to relax and watch the Shinkansen go by. I used to spend time on checkout, but here it was easy—just insert the card. I’d like to stay again when I visit Okayama.

    This Hotel is not particularly inexpensive for Okayama, but the location, service, and Facility are all excellent. I am satisfied. I would stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    Excellent location

    The direct connection to the station was extremely convenient. It was a big help that you could store my luggage both before and after check-in. The station building “Sunste” was open until late at night, so it was as convenient as a convenience store. The udon shop inside Sunste that the staff recommended, “Otoko Udon,” was delicious and I was very satisfied. The Room was compact but had an easy-to-use desk and chair, plus a kettle and refrigerator, which was convenient. However, the air conditioning in the small Room was hard to adjust and sometimes worked too strongly, making it too hot or too cold. It was nice that the window could be opened slightly for ventilation. The view from the window is also excellent. Since it’s right in front of the station, you can hear train noise all the time, but it didn’t bother me. I enjoyed watching the Yakumo Limited Express, Hakubi Line trains, and Shinkansen. The walls are thin, and I could hear loud snoring from next door. I wasn’t happy with the pajamas. They were a one-piece type and my legs got cold, so I woke up many times during the night. I asked at the front desk if there were pajama pants available, but there weren’t any. On my second night I had no choice but to buy something at UNIQLO to use instead of pajama pants. Please consider improving this. Cleaning is done properly overall but felt a bit careless—there was a disposable body towel left by a previous guest still hanging on the shower curtain rail, which honestly made me uncomfortable. The cleaner seemed sincere and hardworking (they appeared to be foreign), but I felt that attention to small details might have been difficult. Overall I’m satisfied, and if it’s in the same price range I would stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    I had a disappointing experience at the end.

    The young woman at the check-in desk was very pleasant and provided excellent service. The Room was clean and comfortable, with no particular issues. After checking out, I left my suitcase at the Hotel to do some sightseeing. The same young male staff member assisted both when dropping off and picking up the suitcase, but his attitude was not very welcoming. When I went to retrieve my suitcase, he seemed busy, so I waited with the claim ticket in hand. However, he silently snatched the ticket from me and brought back my suitcase without saying a word. I thanked him before leaving the Hotel, but unfortunately, this left me with a disappointing impression at the end of my stay.

    I stayed here during a business trip to Okayama Convention Center. It was very clean and conveniently located near the station, and the breakfast was delicious. The quality was more than sufficient for a business trip. I will use it again.

    Clean and convenient

    The entrance elevator is located about 150m after exiting the Shinkansen gates and turning right. The Hotel is clean and seems quite new. Being almost directly connected to the station, it’s convenient for shopping. Breakfast is served as a buffet, and since the space is compact, it’s recommended to go early before it gets crowded. From the counter by the window, you can enjoy a pleasant view through the glass. I would like to stay here again when visiting Okayama.

    Delicious breakfast

    Conveniently located next to Okayama Station. I chose a Room with a separate toilet and bath, which was great. The breakfast area was a bit small, and I was concerned about crowding, but everything went smoothly. The breakfast was very delicious. Thank you to all the staff!

    The Room, toilet, and bath were all very clean and spacious enough for two people. Above all, the access was excellent! Directly connected to the station, making it very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting anywhere. It is also close to the limousine bus stop for the airport. Highly recommended and extremely satisfying Hotel.

    The location was very convenient and great. I used a separate type for the bath and toilet, which was comfortable. However, the mold on the bathroom door was quite noticeable and felt unclean. The Room was compact with no space to place a suitcase, and there was a lot of dust. The location was truly convenient.

    Concert Tour

    The Hotel was very convenient as it allowed me to reach Okayama Station without getting wet and had a souvenir shop right next door. The Room was spacious enough for one person to relax comfortably. The staff were very kind and pleasant. I would love for bath additives to be included in the amenities. This is a Hotel I would like to visit again.

    The bed was spacious and comfortable, perfect for single use. The amenity bar was well-stocked, and the small plastic bags provided were very convenient. Directly connected to the JR station and Sun Station Okayama, it’s in a great location for dining and souvenir shopping. Breakfast had a limited selection, but the staff consistently replenished items as needed. Local Okayama specialties like shrimp rice, mamakari, and curry were available—delicious and enjoyable! I would definitely stay here again if I visit Okayama.

    The location is excellent, and you won't need an umbrella even if it rains after getting off the train. The entrance to the Hotel can be a bit hard to find, so it's better to check in advance. You can access the station building, underground shopping area, and AEON shopping center through underground pathways, making dining and shopping very convenient. The Room was clean and comfortable. I would love to stay here again if I have another chance.

    We couldn't find any positive aspects.

    The reviews were highly rated, so despite the higher price, I made a reservation here. However, when I asked the front desk to store an ice pack, they flatly refused. This was the first time I've experienced this; every other business hotel has accommodated such requests. Although the bath was advertised as a highlight and the price was on the higher side, the window frames were covered in mold. Most of the other guests were from Asia and it was quite noisy. While being close to the station is a selling point, it didn’t matter to me since I came by car... Overall, it was disappointing. I will never go back again. I’ve never encountered such a mismatch between price and quality before.

    In the extreme heat ...

    In the extreme heat where you wouldn't want to walk outside even for 5 minutes, a hotel directly connected to the station is the perfect choice. The location is excellent, allowing access to everything from dining and shopping in the station building to underground malls. You can even enjoy watching early morning Shinkansen arrivals and Sunrise Express trains at Okayama Station, which was delightful even for non-railway enthusiasts. The front desk service, amenities, self-checkout process—all were smooth and impeccable. For multiple night stay guests, however, it was slightly inconvenient due to limited storage space for clothing and a lack of variety in breakfast options. That said, considering the price point, this is an overall highly satisfying and truly smart hotel experience.

    Conveniently located, making efficient use of time possible. However, due to high demand during the Obon holiday and Inter-High School Championships, the price felt too high compared to the Facility. It was good that the air conditioning temperature could be adjusted and didn’t get too cold, but as checkout time approached, the air conditioning stopped working. This seems more suited for business stays rather than daytime room use. It was disappointing since there is a Facility to watch internet TV for free.

    Great service, convenient, and comfortable.

    I have been a loyal guest of this hotel for as long as I can remember. It is convenient because it is located inside the station, and even for those traveling by car, the parking lot is nearby. The front desk service is excellent, and disposable slippers are provided. In the past, I recall there being a period when there were more foreign guests and the floors felt a bit noisy, but recently it has been much quieter and more comfortable to stay. This time, my sons participated in a university rugby tournament and stayed at this hotel on their way from Fukuoka to Kannabe. I joined them here as well. Despite our late arrival past midnight causing some inconvenience, the staff greeted us warmly with smiles, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!

    This was a short stay with check-in on the 23rd in the afternoon and check-out before 7 AM, but it was a convenient location, and I would like to stay here again.
