    Good Accommodation

    A thoughtfully designed accommodation. The breakfast lives up to its reputation, and the spacious dining area means no waiting. There is a pillow selection and a manga corner. Free coffee (a bit weak on the first floor) and soft drinks are available. The bed firmness is comfortable, with USB and power ports conveniently located by the bedside. The onsen felt slightly lukewarm at night but was perfect in the morning. Cleaning staff check every 30 minutes, ensuring cleanliness, including removing hair with adhesive rollers provided. There are 8 washing stations and a sauna available. The onsen operates all night, so you can enjoy it when it's less crowded later at night. The parking staff were particularly friendly and helpful. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station along a main road, so it doesn't feel far at all, with a convenience store nearby as well. However, note that the room only has a cooler instead of a refrigerator; ice cream should be eaten immediately after purchase to avoid melting! A dining map is available at the front desk for recommendations. I would definitely stay here again next time!

    I chose this place for its location and price, but the staff on the floor, at the front desk, and in the parking area were very pleasant, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. I felt it offered great value for money. I would like to stay here again when visiting Shizuoka City next time.

    Ideal for business trips, featuring an Onsen large bath and complimentary breakfast, meeting the essential requirements of a popular modern Business Hotel. The room is clean, but the TV is positioned slightly high, which might strain your neck if viewed up close.

    It lived up to its reputation.

    Upon checking in on a rainy day, I was touched to find towels placed right at the entrance. The room was equipped with an air purifier and other thoughtful amenities, showing great attention to detail for guests' needs. The buffet-style breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, all of which were delicious and impressive! This has become a hotel I would definitely like to use again. The only disappointment was that the women's bathroom had only four dressing tables. Since using a hairdryer can take time for women, I gave up waiting and returned to my room with wet hair. With such positive reviews, I believe the number of female guests will continue to increase in the future. I look forward to seeing improvements in this area.

    A comfortable Hotel as per the Reviews

    Great breakfast, excellent bath. The comfort level was exceptionally high for a Business Hotel. The staff were allocated appropriately to maintain the comfort level. It seemed like a deliberate focus on spending where it matters, but as per the reviews, I had a very comfortable stay.

    Great value for money!

    I made a reservation the day before and stayed overnight. Despite being a Business Hotel, it has an Onsen and the breakfast is delicious. Plus, free parking at this price? Amazing! The Room was clean, and even though it was just a one-night stay, there were two bath towels per person—perfect for someone like me who loves to enjoy the Onsen multiple times. The provided yukata and pajamas were also a big plus! At night, they even offer limited servings of curry rice—it's almost like having two meals included. I really loved my stay and will definitely come back again!

    Simply outstanding.

    I have stayed at numerous accommodations, including overseas, but this hotel truly exceeded expectations with its exceptional attention to detail! There were almost no points where I thought improvements were needed, and the layout was impressively well-designed. The natural Onsen is circulated, so it’s as expected, but the sauna was a great addition and very satisfying. The fact that cleaning is done every 30 minutes was also excellent. Having a coin laundry on the same floor was extremely convenient. I believe this is the best Business Hotel you can stay at for this price. Highly recommended!

    Wonderful!

    It was a very nice hotel. The large public bath was a natural onsen and quite spacious. The room was modern and clean, making it very comfortable to stay. It was unfortunate that I couldn't try the complimentary curry and breakfast. I would like to make this my regular accommodation.

    Always the best

    Every time I stay, I feel that this is not just a Business Hotel but a high-quality luxury Hotel. It cannot be compared to the hotel I stayed at the previous day. I am impressed every time I visit. I will come again.

    Always enjoy a comfortable stay.

    I stayed for 3 nights for the first time and, as always, had a comfortable stay. One point of confusion was that there was one day when breakfast opened earlier than usual. Many guests, including myself, look forward to breakfast during their stay. I usually aim to arrive just before the 6:00 AM opening and wait in line briefly before entering. However, on this particular day, when I arrived slightly before 6:00 AM, the breakfast area was already somewhat crowded with people seated and eating. This led me to assume that it must have opened much earlier than usual. I enjoy entering at opening time to take freshly prepared dishes in their pristine state. If there are any changes to the opening time in the future, I would greatly appreciate being informed in advance.

    Shizuoka Trip

    I stayed for one night during my first trip to Shizuoka from Osaka. Although the hotel is a bit far from the station, it has a natural Onsen. Feeling tired from the heat and not wanting to go out for dinner, I appreciated the free salad and curry dinner service. I have a sensitive throat, but the air quality in the room was excellent, and I didn’t cough even once. The hair oil provided as an amenity made my hair silky smooth, which was surprising. The design of the room wear is also very nice. I would love to stay at this Hotel again when visiting Shizuoka. Thank you!

    Still the best.

    The best as a Business Hotel. Thoughtfully designed from the guest's perspective, with functional and fully equipped rooms. Onsen, sauna, and a satisfying complimentary breakfast. Truly impressive.

    It was a short stay, but I’m glad I chose this place.

    Due to an unexpected schedule change, I stayed from the night before until check-out the next day. After work, I had to make a quick reservation while on the move. Since my stay was short, I chose this accommodation hoping for a hotel where I could have breakfast and rest well. The room was clean, the amenities and facilities were excellent, and it was a very satisfying experience. Check-in at night was smooth, and I enjoyed breakfast in a beautiful lounge hall the next morning. The staff were incredibly kind; when I asked about local information in the morning, they provided detailed and courteous assistance that left a strong impression on me. Although my stay involved irregular travel plans with little time to relax mentally, the thoughtful care of the staff and excellence of this hotel stood out remarkably. I was able to rest comfortably in my room and am deeply grateful for that. Next time, I'd love to visit for leisure with family or friends for a more relaxed stay!

    I was surprised...

    Thank you for accommodating our request for a multiple night stay in the same room, even with a last-minute addition. As always, we had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The breakfast was excellent as usual! However, I was disappointed to see someone with visible tattoos exerting pressure near the drink machine and allowing their companion to use it without waiting in line. I now understand that there are no restrictions regarding this matter. I am sharing this feedback privately and do not wish for it to be published but hope it reaches the hotel staff.

    Posting after a long time.

    I have lost count of how many times I have stayed here during my business trips to Shizuoka. I always look forward to breakfast as there are new menu items every time I visit. However, this time, a few points caught my attention: - The refrigerator's temperature was too high and couldn't chill drinks. - The reception service felt a bit careless. - There was slight slipperiness in the bathtub of the Room. The refrigerator issue, in particular, is something I would like to see addressed immediately. That said, overall satisfaction remains very high as always, and I will definitely stay here again. Please do consider improving the refrigerator...

    The breakfast is excellent.

    This is my second visit. Whenever I go to Shizuoka, I choose Olein without any comparison. The high quality of the breakfast, which doesn't feel like that of a Business Hotel, always amazes me. My gratitude goes to all the staff for their efforts and dedication. If I may point out one thing, the parking lot is mechanical, so it can be challenging for wider vehicles. As we approach the hot summer season, please take care of yourselves. I look forward to visiting again.

    Enjoyable Time

    I stayed for one night to welcome someone special. I was attracted by the fact that there is a large public bath (Onsen) separate from the room. Despite being in the city, parking was free, the room was clean, there was a natural Onsen, and the price was very reasonable—an excellent Hotel overall. The breakfast buffet surprised me with its wide variety of dishes; everything was truly delicious, and I ended up eating too much. Although my home is nearby, I would love to stay here again even without any particular reason. Actually, the day before this stay, I stayed at another place near the station south area which also had a large public bath and breakfast included. However, their breakfast consisted mainly of Western-style options like bread and sandwiches with very limited choices. Additionally, parking cost about 1,400 yen there. This comparison made me realize how wonderful Hotel Ole Inn truly is. I am extremely satisfied—thank you very much!

    Did I expect too much?

    The reviews were excellent, so my expectations might have been too high. Due to some bad timing, it turned out to be a fairly average but good hotel. Location: It’s a bit far from the station. However, there’s a convenience store right in front, which is handy. Room: The room was clean and had a sense of cleanliness. The size was reasonable for the price. Amenities: Everything you need is provided. There are both room wear and pajamas available, and they’re comfortable to wear. Towels and bath towels are provided in pairs, which is great since you’ll need them for the onsen. Onsen: You can check the crowd level on the TV in your room; however, even when it said "not crowded," it was extremely busy when I went there. There were no empty lockers with keys available—only open baskets were free to use. All washing stations were occupied with people waiting naked for their turn! With so many users, hair on the floor became noticeable as well... After bathing, all makeup stations were full too; I ended up returning to my room still wet because of this inconvenience. Elevators at this hotel take quite some time regardless if morning or evening—it always involves waiting around longer than expected! Post-onsen experience included standing damp-haired while enduring elevator delays yet again. Breakfast: For being part of a business hotel setup—the variety offered seemed decent enough (including sweet options). Taste-wise nothing disappointing either though arriving earlier didn’t help avoid crowds contrary advice given during check-in process itself! Services offered here include nighttime curry availability—not personally tried but could benefit budget-conscious travelers preferring staying indoors instead venturing outside unnecessarily perhaps? Complimentary drinks post-check-in felt nice touch overall despite missing chance selecting lower-height pillow option due lateness arrival affecting choices left remaining unfortunately… Manga reading facility exists though skipped exploring further myself ultimately speaking! Overall impression suggests suitability better aligned towards guests aiming maximize usage across every service feature provided therein accordingly!

    Although the hotel is a bit far from the station, choosing this Hotel was the right decision. The Room and the entire Facility were very clean, and everything was satisfactory. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was delicious, making me eat more than usual. I would love to stay here again when visiting Shizuoka.

    Walking in Shizuoka City

    During Golden Week, I avoid tourist spots and explore cities I have never visited before. This year, I walked around Shizuoka City. For an active senior, everything was fresh and exciting to discover. I stayed at this hotel with an onsen as my accommodation. The clean room, delicious breakfast, and staff's excellent service matched the reviews perfectly, making it a very comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again.

    It was a beautiful and wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed here for the first night of my trip to Shizuoka. The Hotel was incredibly clean, and I was surprised to hear it has been open for six years as it looked so new. The large public bath was also well-maintained, with staff coming to clean every 30 minutes. Breakfast was a buffet, and the male staff member guiding guests was very kind. He explained the dishes and recommended some, providing excellent service that made breakfast an enjoyable experience from the start of the day. All the food was delicious. This has become a Hotel I definitely want to stay at again when visiting Shizuoka, and one I would recommend to friends as well.

    First-time Accommodation

    Stayed in Shizuoka City for the first time in years. Surprised to see such a Hotel here. A friend recommended, "Stay here," so I made a Reservation. When I arrived, there was a parking lot that could accommodate a one-box car. I had my golf bag with me, so it was reassuring. The Room was clean, and the bed was neither too hard nor too soft—very comfortable. The amenities were well-prepared, which gave peace of mind. Unfortunately, since I checked in late, I couldn't choose a thinner pillow. The breakfast taste and variety of menu options were impressive! Before heading to the golf course, I had a hearty meal to prepare for the day ahead. I plan to choose this Accommodation again next time!
