    Cost-effective Hotel

    The room was clean and comfortable, and the women's Onsen was thoroughly cleaned in all areas, including the washing area, washbasin corner, dressing room, and stairs, with skincare products available, making it a pleasant experience. On the other hand, the men's area had trash and used hairdryers scattered in the washbasin corner, the washing area was left as it was after use, and the mat on the stairs was not replaced and was soaking wet, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, my companion complained that when they used the shuttle bus from the airport, the arrival was significantly delayed, and they wished they had used the monorail instead. Due to these factors, there is a considerable difference in impressions between my companion and me, but I thought it was a very cost-effective Hotel, including the breakfast content. I hope for improvements in the men's bathing area in the future.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    Check-in was done by machine, so there was no explanation of the Hotel in person, which is why I rated the customer service as 2. I repeatedly checked the easy-to-understand guidebook in the Room. The breakfast left an impression of being beautifully and carefully arranged, and everything was delicious. It is a bit far to Kokusai Street, so I think it's best to take a taxi or use the airport shuttle bus to go by Yui Rail. The Hotel staff kindly informed me. I would like to use it again.

    Please ensure proper maintenance of the bath.

    I stayed for the first time. I think the apartment was renovated into a Hotel, but it was inconvenient that the large public bath was divided between the first and second floors, requiring you to go out once and climb the stairs. Also, the water was accumulated in the drain, and the dressing room was scattered with hair, which was unpleasant. I don't think I will repeat my stay.

    This is my second time using the property, but I would like to stay again.

    This is my second stay. I chose the same room with an ocean view as before. Previously, I mentioned that the windows were dirty (the dirt was on the outside, probably due to the salt), which was disappointing, but this time they were cleaned, and the ocean view was very clear. The room cleaning is perfect, clean, and comfortable. You can tell that it is properly cleaned, and the sheets are also clean. It's clear that the entire room is carefully cleaned. After staying for two nights, when I asked the cleaning staff outside the room, "Could you clean the room now?" they responded with a smile, "We'll get started right away," which was pleasant. The staff at the front desk were also kind when I asked for towel exchanges for the pool and onsen use. The staff at the breakfast venue were also polite, kind, and smiling. As for breakfast, they make various Okinawan-style arrangements, but I would like to eat classic dishes like Goya Champuru and braised pork belly, which are not available every time, which is disappointing. Also, last time there were five types of fresh herbal tea, but this time there were only three. I was looking forward to this, so I think there are seasons when herbs can and cannot be harvested, but I think the good thing about Okinawa is being able to experience things you can't usually taste, so I would appreciate it if you could consider this. The clientele includes both young people and middle-aged and older people, but not all of them are classy guests, though there are no people causing a ruckus. I love Naminoue Beach, so I would like to come again during the swimming season. However, the surrounding area is a love hotel district, there are almost no restaurants, and no convenience stores, so it's a bit inconvenient for someone like me who only walks. Nonetheless, the pool is pleasant, the beach is close, and it's clean and tidy, so it's a hotel I would like to stay at again.
