It’s great that there’s an Onsen.

The Room was compact but clean and easy to use. Having an Onsen was a real pleasure. I couldn’t make it this time, but next time I’d definitely like to visit the rooftop pool on the top floor. It was conveniently located close to both the airport and the cruise terminal. The staff were very helpful.

We’re very happy that Shuttle Service is available.

I often stay here when visiting Naha, Okinawa. The Shuttle Service to the airport is convenient, as it can be arranged to match my flight schedule. There is an Onsen and a sauna, and the rates are reasonable. I also enjoyed the breakfast—it was delicious. I was surprised they even had wine. I was even more surprised that from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM before check-in, alcoholic drinks such as beer and ice cream were available freely. Thank you very much for upgrading me to a high-floor room.

If you arrive by car at night, you may end up driving around the love hotel district looking for parking.

I arrived by car around 9:00 PM and headed to the Hotel parking lot, but was told there were no spaces and that I should find a coin-operated parking lot myself. They also said it’s usually full by around 6:00 PM and that it was my fault for arriving at that time. There were no available coin-operated parking lots nearby, so I parked at the bowling alley across the street, which cost JPY 4,200 for one night. Given the location in a love hotel district, I was approached by touts even while still inside my car while searching for parking, which was extremely unpleasant. If you plan to arrive by car at night, I recommend choosing with these points in mind. Check-in and check-out were fully automated, and amenities were not in the Room—you have to pick them up yourself from the lobby—so there was no interaction with staff. There was also no water provided in the Room, and throughout my stay it felt like cost-cutting was clearly prioritized by the Hotel. If you choose this Hotel with that understanding, there will be less of a gap between expectations and reality.

I was happy that the Shuttle Service was included.

When staying in Naha City, the free Shuttle Service to the airport is very convenient. The large public bath is an Onsen, and there is also a sauna, so I was able to relax. Breakfast was delicious, and being able to enjoy both red and white wine was the best. The price is reasonable as well, which makes me very happy.\nI’ll be back next month for a Multiple Night Stay.

    The staff were kind,...

The staff were kind, and we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was inexpensive, but I felt it wasn’t quite like the photos. The jimami tofu and Okinawan-style marinated squid were delicious and very Okinawan. The pool was also clean and enjoyable. There weren’t many dinner options within walking distance, but there was a set-meal restaurant near a FamilyMart where we had Okinawa soba. It was tasty for 850 yen.

Various things I learned during my stay

I changed my destination to Naha at the last minute, so I read all the Reviews before staying, but it wasn’t what I expected. Our Room was on the same floor and very close to the lounge, and I assumed it was drinks only—but when I finally stopped by briefly at night, there were various food items as well. If I’d known from the start, I wouldn’t have had to go back to Naha Airport to eat! What a shame (lol). The Shuttle Service bus to Naha Airport: by taxi it’s about 10 minutes, but since the bus stops at various places along the way, it takes quite a while—up to 45 minutes. Shuttle Service pick-up point: on the phone an AI explained it, but if that area is crowded, apparently they use a road just before it. I only found out later after asking the driver. After arriving at Naha Airport I looked for it, but there was no bus at that spot on the 3rd floor. I ended up going back down to the taxi stand on the 1st floor—so there was quite a bit of time lost (lol). The taxi stand was crowded, but taxis kept coming so we got one quickly. There were benches nearby too. I also assumed there wasn’t a convenience store nearby, then realized at night that there’s a shop inside—so going out of my way to buy water at an outside convenience store was pointless (lol). The open-air bath in our Room had no cover at all—like another Hotel in Naha where I stayed before—and honestly I didn’t feel comfortable using it. Next time I think I need to choose a Room with a regular bathroom and washing area (lol). Breakfast was great—the steak and jimami tofu were especially delicious! It was also really nice how efficiently staff cleared dishes right away. It felt like pretty serious “photo fraud” (lol)—there were none of those lovely plates shown in the photos, which was very disappointing (lol). All of the staff members we interacted with were very pleasant, and we had a good stay. Thank you very much. As for the Onsen—I can’t say because my legs aren’t good so I couldn’t go—but my husband said it was nice.

The meals are even more delicious than before.

I’ve stayed here several times, and this was my first visit in a while. The breakfast had improved and was delicious—especially the steak. There were also more herbal tea options, which I really appreciated. The breakfast staff, both Japanese and international, were kind and pleasant. I stayed for two nights, and the hot dishes changed a little each morning, so it never got boring. Aqua Citta Naha from the same group also has great breakfast, and the staff there are similarly friendly with warm smiles—it makes you feel truly welcome. What I like most about this Hotel is that they listen to guests’ feedback and keep improving. I once mentioned that the windows were cloudy (not just dirty), and on my next stay they had been fixed. Thank you as well for accommodating my request for a quiet Room. Most guests seemed to be Japanese, with a good mix of solo travelers, couples, and friends. No one was noisy. Self-service toothbrushes and tea bags were replenished regularly, which showed great attention to detail from the staff. One small issue: the Room cleaning was slightly lacking. I have short hair, but right after check-in I found a long hair on the floor, which was disappointing. However, the bed was clean, and the bathroom area—including both the bath/shower and toilet—was spotless. I’ll be staying again in the future—thank you very much.

The noise from the neighboring door opening and closing was loud. There were no available parking spaces, so I had to use a coin-operated parking lot farther away.

    I stayed for two nights.

I suddenly needed to stay overnight in Naha and was looking for an Accommodation near the airport.\nSince there was a free Shuttle Service from the airport, I made a Reservation here.\nThe Hotel had all the basic amenities, the Onsen was spacious, and there was also a small shop where you could buy drinks and ice cream, so it felt easy to stay even without bringing much.\nIt was convenient and a great experience—I'd like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Satisfaction

We stayed in a Japanese-Western style room with two preschool children. The Onsen was at a comfortable temperature, allowing the kids to relax and enjoy it. Additionally, we could borrow board games, which made things easier and more enjoyable. However, since check-in was done via a machine, there was no explanation about the Facility usage or other details, which made us feel a bit uneasy. It would be reassuring if there were at least some guidance provided.

    Shuttle Service Available

Shuttle service from Naha Airport to the hotel is very helpful. I always use it on my last day in Okinawa. The Onsen and sauna are great. The breakfast was also delicious.

    Delicious breakfast

The accommodation was affordable, with an onsen, sauna, and delicious breakfast. I was satisfied as I could even enjoy wine in the morning. I was also happy with the shuttle service from the airport.

    Challenging surrounding environment

The rare Onsen in Okinawa was the reason for choosing this Accommodation, but I was speechless at the unexpected environment around the Hotel. It may be my fault for not researching thoroughly, but I cannot recommend this place to elderly couples who trust and Reserve based on IKYU Gold Member exclusive benefits. Being surrounded by a red-light district with no nearby restaurants or convenience stores is concerning.

    A full-spec city Resort Hotel

This is a hotel I regularly use in Naha. There are mixed opinions about the location, but I believe this is why it is offered at such a reasonable price. For couples or families, it might require some consideration. However, considering the facilities like a large public bath, pool, jacuzzi, and rooftop bar within Naha City, I feel that accommodations with similar features would typically cost 1.5 to 2 times more (this is my personal opinion). Regarding the reviews mentioned online, I noticed improvements have been made in areas that can be addressed. While certain aspects of the facility cannot be changed physically, there seems to be an effort to enhance services and create a better experience. For instance, shuttle buses have become larger and new routes have been added. Additionally, there were more notices near elevators encouraging guests to keep quiet—showing their dedication to improving guest comfort. This time was my first stay with a breakfast-included plan. The breakfast hours extended until 11:00 AM showed consideration for resort guests rather than business travelers. The availability of alcohol during breakfast also seemed like excellent service tailored for such guests. That said, I felt that the breakfast menu could use some refinement. It’s slightly disappointing given their focus on providing great service for resort visitors. Nevertheless, as mentioned earlier—if you understand and accept the location before making your reservation—it’s truly an excellent hotel. If you find yourself uncomfortable with its location after all considerations are made regarding pricing versus convenience—you might want to spend slightly more and stay at hotels closer to Kokusai Street instead (this is just one individual’s perspective). Lastly—to all staff members—thank you again for another wonderful stay! Wishing continued success in maintaining your outstanding operations!

Hotel located in the heart of the red-light district

The hotel is located in the middle of a red-light district, surrounded by bright neon lights, with customers and solicitors wandering outside. The area also has many love hotels, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. The rooftop pool costs 4,500 yen per person. However, there is no mention of the paid pool on the reservation site. The small pool on the second floor receives limited sunlight and has a shallow depth of about waist level, resembling a children's pool. There is a jacuzzi available, but it is unclear when the water was last replaced, raising concerns about hygiene. Observing areas like the bathroom suggests that overall cleanliness may not be up to standard.

    Satisfied.

I stayed for one night with no meals included. Since I arrived at night, the simple check-in process and the system of picking up amenities near the reception were convenient. The onsen and room were clean and had a sense of freshness, making my stay comfortable. I look forward to staying again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much!

The building and the bath are clean.

The building and bath are clean, but the staff were not friendly. When I said "Thank you" while looking them in the eye at checkout, I was ignored.

    Is it a bit strict?

Onsen: The foot mats are soaking wet and give a strong sense of uncleanliness. Judging by the state of the washing area and locker room, it might be an issue on the user's side rather than the hotel's. However, increasing patrol frequency could potentially prevent this to some extent. At the front desk, there are two staff members seated with self-service PC guidance. The shop also uses self-checkout systems, which suggests that extreme staff reductions have had negative effects. In the Room amenities, while there is a kettle for boiling water, there is no tea or coffee provided—perhaps suggesting we should just drink hot water? The hallway is exposed to strong winds making it unreasonable to reach the elevator in such conditions. Breakfast: Is it supposed to be a selling point or main feature? Okinawan local vegetable shabu-shabu was offered but leftover vegetable scraps from previous users were floating in the broth pot, reminding me of yesterday's unclean bath experience and making me unable to eat it. Considering rising prices, I thought if I could compensate for accommodation costs with Onsen and breakfast it'd be fine—but all expectations were shattered.

    The good and bad poi...

The good and bad points are clear, so I request improvements. The shuttle service from the airport was very convenient and helpful. As mentioned in other reviews, the breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious, so I recommend it. However, when I turned on the air conditioner, dust rose, and I couldn't sleep that night due to itching. Moreover, what was most shocking was the foul odor from the bath towel, similar to a used napkin. I had no choice but to change clothes and go to the front desk to get a new towel, and even after washing everything again, the unpleasant smell lingered for a while. I would like you to review the cleaning and laundry services.

    Sauna

Equipped with natural Onsen and sauna, the temperature of the cold bath felt a bit high, but the breeze while resting on the chair was pleasant. The access from the airport is good, and it's great as long as you don't mind the surrounding environment.

    Onsen and sauna

Used for accommodation during a business trip. The large public bath with natural Onsen and the sauna on the second floor were very good. It would be even better if the sauna temperature was a bit higher and the chiller in the cold bath worked a bit more effectively.

There are many great features such as Onsen, meals, and Shuttle Service.

The location is in a bustling area, so couples and those with children might need to be cautious. Other than that, I think there are no complaints. The breakfast is delicious. The room is clean. Relax and unwind in the Onsen and sauna. They even provide a shuttle service. No complaints at all. If I had to say, there is no large desk and chair, making it difficult to eat or use a computer. The end time for the welcome drink is a bit too early.

Enjoy Onsen to Your Heart’s Content in Naha

Arrive at the Hotel in about 10 minutes with the free Shuttle Service from Naha Airport. From the bar terrace and poolside, you can relax while looking out over Naha at sunset. This is a clean, casual Hotel where you can enjoy both a resort stay and an Onsen.

    If you have small children,

I wondered if it might be better to avoid it due to the location and environment. The shuttle service to the airport, which I found appealing, accommodates 8 people and runs every 30 minutes, but reservations are not possible. Since it overlapped, I was sent on the next one.

    The Onsen was great.

I chose a hotel close to the airport with a shuttle service between the airports, where I could enjoy a resort-like atmosphere. Unfortunately, the weather was not favorable, so I couldn't stroll on the beach, but the Onsen and breakfast were good.

I will use it if it's at a sale price, but

Standard twin use. There is no baggage stand in the Room, so luggage can only be placed on the floor. There is neither a table nor a chair. The washbasin is too low, and there is no shelf, so if you place a pouch next to it, water splashes and it gets wet. In the large public bath, the corridor from the changing room to the bathroom entrance is a dryer space, so after bathing, you have to walk through a lot of fallen hair, which is extremely unpleasant. I wish the dryer space was at the back of the changing room. The shower head is ReFa, but I would prefer the dryer to be ReFa. From the second-floor guest rooms above the first-floor breakfast venue to the rooftop, it is open, and the smell of cooking enters the Room. The outer walls are missing on both sides of each floor, like an apartment building, so the corridor from the elevator to the Room is exposed to rain and is hot or cold. I don't understand the choice of drinks and snacks in the shop. I would use it if it is cheaper compared to multiple Hotels due to its location from the airport, but not at the regular price.

    欽ちゃん!

    Great!

This was my second stay! I think it's a pretty good hotel, the bath was relaxing and there was a sauna, which was nice! The bed was big and good, but I was a little concerned about the spring in the middle! Also, the shuttle service to the airport is appreciated! When I asked the night before, they said that recently there are times when you can't get on even if you line up, so we went early and lined up, and we were the only ones who got on (EMI). I'll visit again if I have the chance!
