    We enjoyed a convenient two-night stay in the city. The Room was truly clean and comfortable.

    This is a quiet Hotel.

    It’s quiet and comfortable for working, and there’s a convenience store right next door. There are plenty of places to eat both day and night, so you don’t even need to go out to Susukino. The subway station is also nearby, making it easy to get around.

    Second stay

    This is my second stay at this Hotel. There is a 7-Eleven next door, and it’s conveniently located for getting anywhere, with a main street and the streetcar nearby. The male staff member at the front desk was very kind, and since it’s a new Hotel, the Room and bathroom were clean as well. I was able to relax in the twin Room. I just wish YouTube were available. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

    Satisfaction

    Once again, I was upgraded and had a quiet and comfortable stay. This is the only accommodation I consider when staying in Sapporo.

    I made a reservation due to an urgent business trip, but...

    Perhaps because it was the high season, the surrounding Hotels were fully booked, and although the accommodation cost exceeded 20,000 yen, I had no choice but to make a Reservation. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to learn that there was no breakfast service (only those who made a prior Reservation could arrange for a bento). However, the room was clean and the bed comfortable; it was very pleasant to stay.

    It was comfortable.

    This was my first stay. They kindly accepted to store my luggage after check-in and check-out, which made it convenient to move around without carrying heavy bags. The room was newly renovated a year ago, so it was very clean and comfortable. It is close to the Odori Station exit, and there are three convenience stores nearby, making the location very good. Thank you very much for this time.

    Unhygienic, worst service

    The cleaning was not done properly, and when I requested a change of rules, they said they were fully booked. Even when I asked for a refund because I would stay at another hotel, they refused. I was shocked to find such a terrible hotel.
