    The large public bath and pajamas are nice.

    The excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from the station, and the large public bath were deciding factors for my stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable pajamas.

    Business trip use

    I stayed at the property during a business trip to Hiroshima. Although I checked in quite late, past my scheduled arrival time, thank you for accommodating me. The hotel is located in a quiet area near the station, and the facility and guest rooms were very clean and tidy, allowing me to rest very comfortably. However, perhaps because I was taking my time relaxing or due to it being slightly crowded, I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't have breakfast at Komeda Coffee. It's just a small thing though.

    The Room wear had a ...

    The Room wear had a damp smell and was unusable. The breakfast at Komeda Coffee was a delightful Earn Points. Additionally, I chose this Property because I could visit the restaurant I wanted to go to using the meal voucher valid at the station building. The bath seemed new? It was clean, but it was too small for the number of guests, and some people had to wait naked to use the lockers in the changing room...

    Good location.

    The presence of lockers and the direct connection to Komeda Coffee Shop were particularly advantageous. Although it might be a non-intrusive service, there were some aspects that were unclear to me as a first-time user. However, any questions I had were easily answered, so it wasn't a problem.

    It was convenient.

    It was convenient as it was close to Hiroshima Station of the Shinkansen. There was also a convenience store nearby, which was nice. The charming staff at the reception were polite and pleasant. I would like to use this place again when I visit Hiroshima. I did not use the Onsen this time.

    The only disappointm...

    The only disappointment was that the large public bath was too crowded to enter. The location is good, and the breakfast was also nice. I also appreciated having pajamas that are separated into top and bottom.

    I think it depends on the time of stay, but I was able to relax in the spacious large public bath and relieve my fatigue. The guest rooms and other facilities were clean, allowing for a pleasant stay, and I would like to use it again.

    This is my second time using this service.

    It is a comfortable Hotel. The large public bath is also nice. Breakfast can be enjoyed at Komeda Coffee. However, you need to bring your own razor and brush.

    Location, breakfast, and the bath as well...

    I used this hotel for a business trip before this summer and liked it, so I booked it again. Since it was a business trip, I prefer to relax alone rather than in a large public bath, so I didn't go to the bath on the top floor. However, I was satisfied with the convenient location near the station, the breakfast at Komeda Coffee, and the cleanliness and security. Many hotels have raised their prices and lowered their services due to the inbound tourism boom, so I hope they continue to do their best.
