    Highly recommended overall.

    The Hotel is very close to the station, making it easy to get around. The Room was clean and spacious, and the king-size bed was large enough for two adults and one child to sleep comfortably. The large public bath has both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day. The only drawback was that check-in is done using a self-service kiosk, but the instructions were a bit unclear and it didn’t feel very user-friendly.

    Overall, it was good.

    From the moment I opened the Room door, there was a sweaty odor that bothered me. Also, the air conditioner didn’t work very well. The Room was clean, and the bath on the 10th floor was nice, so overall I’m satisfied.

    Easy and convenient—just 3 minutes from Hiroshima Station!

    It is in an excellent location, about a 3-minute walk from the station’s Shinkansen exit. It would be a perfect 5 out of 5 if the accommodation cost were a little lower, but I was fully satisfied with the Room, Facility, large public bath, amenities, and more.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    The station was close and convenient, and there were various shops nearby, which was great. There was also a large public bath, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity!

    Conveniently located near the station!

    It was conveniently located very close to the Shinkansen exit. Check-in and check-out were done by machine, but staff were there to guide me, which was reassuring. The bath opening time felt a bit late at 6:00 a.m.; I had an early morning departure planned, so I gave up using it.

    Highly satisfied

    I chose this Hotel because it is close to Hiroshima Station, and this was my first stay. It was only for one night, but I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was compact but clean. The bath on the 10th floor was convenient because I could check how crowded it was on the in-room TV. Necessary amenities were placed in front of the elevator on the 1st floor, so I could take only what I needed, and there were also sheet masks. There are both a Seven-Eleven and a Lawson across the street, which is very convenient. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

    If you’re fine with it as just a place to sleep, there’s no problem.

    I checked in at 9:30 PM and checked out at 6:30 AM the next morning, so I basically used the Hotel just to sleep. It was relatively close to the station, and there were a convenience store and a supermarket very nearby, which was convenient. However, the Room was only just big enough to open a 65-liter (M-size) suitcase sideways. The sofa in the assigned “Via Inn Single” felt very nice. If your trip is mainly sightseeing and you’re “mostly just sleeping,” it’s clean and I think it’s perfectly fine. But if you want to relax in your Room, it may not be suitable.

    This is my second stay.

    This was my first stay in two years, and it had been a while. Conveniently located near Hiroshima Station, with friendly staff and well-equipped rooms. I had been looking forward to Komeda Coffee’s morning set for breakfast, but last time it was too crowded with a large group so I had to give up. This time I was able to enjoy it, and it has become an even more favorite hotel for me. I’d also like to use the large public bath, so I plan to stay here again next time.

    Close to the station and Komeda Coffee

    Thank you for your hospitality. The hotel was conveniently located near the station, and breakfast was served at the adjacent Komeda’s Coffee; it was my first time using this system, and I found it interesting. Since I did not use the large public bath, I gave 4 stars, but your courteous service made me want to stay again.

    Just steps from the station!

    Used for an early check-in. It’s right by the limousine bus stop—super convenient! Stayed solo. The Room was clean, the air conditioning was easy to control, and although the changing area is small, it was great to have a large public bath instead of just an in-room unit bath. There’s a convenience store right in front. Highly recommended!

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Exit, with a convenience store and supermarket right across the Hotel. The Room was spacious and clean, with a separate toilet and bathroom for added comfort. The public bath was also clean and very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Hiroshima.

    Highly recommended.

    Close to the station, the Room was spacious for three people. The large public bath was excellent, and there was also an open-air bath. The toilet and sink in the Room were separate, which was very convenient. Amenities were well-stocked, and the cups in the Room were adorable. There were plenty of hanger racks for clothes, with enough space for coats and more. We even talked with friends about using this place again when traveling to other areas!

    It was comfortable.

    I used this accommodation for a business trip. WIFI was available, and there were conveniently located outlets and USB ports for charging. Since it was a multiple night stay, there was no linen change, but replacement towels were hung on the doorknob. I used the in-room unit bath, which was clean and easy to use. An air purifier was also provided, making my stay comfortable. The compact setup had everything I needed, making it ideal for single business stays. The safe did not have much depth, so the items that could be stored were limited.

    The hotel is conveni...

    The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and the separate loungewear in the Room was very comfortable. The public bath was clean and not crowded. During breakfast, it took about 15 minutes for staff to take our order due to the number of guests, so I recommend allowing extra time. (The coffee and other drinks were very delicious.) I felt very relaxed during my stay and would love to visit again.

    I stayed for 2 night...

    I stayed for 2 nights. Although I didn’t include breakfast, I ended up enjoying it both times (Komeda Coffee). The public bath was clean and pleasant. The reason for giving 4 stars is that I would have appreciated a bit more variety in the amenities. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and the convenient location near the station was a big plus. If I visit again, I’d definitely like to stay here. Thank you!

    Clean and Comfortable Hotel

    This is my second stay. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and above all, its cleanliness and comfort provide a warm and relaxing experience. While separate toilets and bathrooms have become more common in hotels recently, this Hotel stands out with its excellent usability and impeccable cleanliness, making you want to soak in the bathtub. Hiroshima is one of my favorite cities, so I look forward to staying here again in the future.

    Sisters' Trip

    My sister and I went on our first trip to Hiroshima. Since accommodations close to the station are more convenient, we chose to stay here. The front desk staff were very kind. We were greatly helped by the luggage storage service both before check-in and after check-out. The public bath was relaxing, and the morning breakfast at Komeda Coffee filled us up. It turned out to be a very satisfying trip. Thank you so much!

    West Japan Travel

    I stayed at this accommodation during a trip to western Japan with friends. It is conveniently located near the Shinkansen station, making shopping and dining very easy. For those traveling by car, there is a large affiliated parking lot available, which is very helpful. The hotel is new and maintains an excellent level of cleanliness. Breakfast at Komeda Coffee on the first floor of the hotel was delightful. I would love to stay here again when I visit Hiroshima next time.

    Overall satisfaction is high.

    The location is very convenient, close to the station and a convenience store nearby. The lobby has a spacious seating area with amenities provided. Security is excellent, as you need to scan your Room key for access to the 1st-floor elevator and public bath. The Room features a wall-mounted hanger instead of a closet, which was surprising but allowed for more space in the bathroom, sink, and toilet areas. The bath includes a washing area and is separate from the toilet and sink, which was appreciated. The public bath was crowded during the Obon season. While the bathing area itself is spacious, the changing room felt cramped—especially around the four hairdryer stations where it was easy to bump elbows with others. However, the bath experience itself was very pleasant. At times, groups of foreign men were sitting near the entrance of the public bath (possibly due to vending machines on that floor), which could feel intimidating depending on timing. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall satisfaction was high, and I would choose this place again when visiting Hiroshima!

    For my second trip to Hiroshima, I was unsure about which accommodation to choose, but decided on this one based on a friend's recommendation. It's close to the Shinkansen station, has a large public bath, and the rooms are new and clean. On top of that, it's reasonably priced—an excellent hotel that left me very satisfied! When I consulted the staff about sightseeing, they kindly provided helpful advice. Also, the cold water available in the public bath was delicious. Before checking out, I wanted to fill my bottle with it but couldn't because cleaning time was approaching... However, when I asked just in case, they kindly allowed me to do so. Thank you so much! My partner and I have already decided that this is definitely where we'll stay again when visiting Hiroshima! I've even been recommending it to others already—haha!

    We regret to hear ab...

    We regret to hear about your experience. The bathroom had a musty smell, and despite choosing not to use it and refraining from reporting it to the front desk, the toilet could only be used while holding your breath. Even worse, upon getting into bed, itching occurred in various places, making it impossible to sleep properly.

    Large Public Bath

    This was my first time using this hotel. The proximity to the Shinkansen exit and the availability of a large public bath were key factors in my reservation. I appreciated being able to check the congestion status of the public bath on the room TV, but since it was always crowded, I decided to just go for it. Although the changing area was busy, the bath itself was spacious with good water pressure from the showers and perfectly comfortable water temperature—it felt great! The open-air bath was also large and very relaxing. The front desk is located on the first floor, and there are plenty of sofas in the lobby, making it comfortable to wait during check-in. The staff's service was very polite and left a positive impression. We stayed as a pair, but unfortunately, there was only one pair of slippers provided in our room—that’s my only negative point. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Hiroshima!

    I stayed here during my trip to watch the Carp vs. Tigers game! The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and I appreciated being able to leave my luggage before and after my stay. The cleanliness of both the facilities and the room was excellent, allowing for a comfortable experience. I also loved that the bathroom and toilet were separate! I would definitely like to stay here again for my next trip!

    The convenience is outstanding.

    I chose this new Business Hotel near the Shinkansen station based on recommendations from IKYU. Upon arrival, I found the station lockers were full and asked the Hotel for help; they responded promptly, allowing me to head to Itsukushima Shrine as planned. After a day of sightseeing, including Kintaikyo Bridge, I returned exhausted but rejuvenated in the silky bubble public bath. Being right by the station made dining and souvenir shopping convenient, yet the Hotel itself was quiet for a restful night's sleep. The next day, even after check-out, they kindly stored my luggage so I could explore the city hands-free before easily catching my Shinkansen. The staff's courteous service made me fall in love with Hiroshima and ensured I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you!
