    Conveniently located near the station and comfortable.

    This was my first stay here. Both check-in and check-out were quick via the screen, and the staff support was helpful. The Room was compact and clean. The unit bath felt a bit small and I couldn’t fully stretch my legs, but I guess that’s to be expected for 16 m². However, there was another Standard Twin of the same 16 m² (at a different price), and I wondered what the difference was. As for meals, I was glad there were Japanese options. I wished there were a few more side dishes, and I would have liked tofu as well. There were free drinks too, so it was nice to have coffee right after arriving. I would have liked a foldable luggage rack in the Room and hangers for trousers. Other than that, no issues. It felt good overall, and I would stay again.

    Close to the station.

    It was hot in Kyoto, so I really appreciated how close it was to the station! The Room was clean and I was satisfied, and the staff were very kind, making my stay comfortable.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I stayed here for sightseeing on the weekend after Golden Week. It’s close to the station and convenient for getting anywhere. Best of all, the welcome drinks are available until 10:00 p.m. It was the perfect time to relax with a hot drink after a day of exploring.

    Right in front of Kyoto Station

    Right in front of Kyoto Station, the Room is compact but clean. The bed has a very comfortable mattress. I’d like to stay here again next time; above all, it’s convenient that you can store your luggage in the Hotel’s coin lockers (free of charge).

    In front of the station

    I visit Kyoto for sightseeing a few times a year, but this was my first time staying near the station. It was great that they could store my luggage right after I arrived by Shinkansen, and also keep it until my Shinkansen departure on the day I left.

    Close to the station

    Thank you for your help. When I arrived, I actually went to the wrong place (Keihan Grande?), but you checked my Reservation and guided me. Once I found the location, it was very convenient and close to the station. You were courteous in every situation, and I felt comfortable staying there. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located in front of the station

    It is located right outside the Shinkansen Central Exit, offering excellent convenience and a clean Facility. Free drinks were available upon arrival. While the breakfast selection was limited and could be improved slightly, the essentials were delicious. The French toast was particularly tasty. The cleanliness of the bath and the comfort of the hairdryer are notable positives.

    The facility is new and comfortable.

    Ideal for business use, the facility layout and hotel services are well streamlined. This efficiency is reflected in the cost performance, which is impressive. Kudos to the Keihan Hotel division. I would love to stay again.

    Comfortable

    Stayed during the autumn foliage season. There were many cars and people, but the room was quiet. The firmness of the pillow was just right, and I slept soundly. It was convenient to adjust the room settings with the touch panel. After checking out, I was very grateful to have my luggage stored in a locker. I would love to stay here again.

    Close to the station!

    I stayed at the hotel on the Hachijo side for the first time in a while, and it was extremely convenient! I was surprised at how stress-free it was to reach the hotel from the station gates, even in a crowd. It's also attractive that you can walk to a convenience store in 2 minutes from the hotel. With three elevators in operation, the busy times in the morning and evening are very smooth, with no "elevator stress." As it is a Business Hotel, it is not suitable for families, but it is especially recommended when you have large luggage or when you know for sure that it will be rainy during your trip.
