    We stayed as a famil...

    We stayed as a family of three with my mother in a wheelchair. The Hotel was very clean, and the Room was spacious. My mother could sit comfortably on the sofa. We were very satisfied and would like to visit again next time with breakfast included.

    It was great!

    The location, meals, and service were all excellent. The cleaning was thorough, and it was a very pleasant Hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. If I may mention just a small point, the breakfast felt a bit too luxurious and expensive. It seemed wasteful as I couldn't eat that much in the morning. Also, there is a smoking room next to the restroom on the second floor. While the cleaning staff worked hard to clean it, leaving the door open during cleaning allowed cigarette smoke to escape outside. Sitting on the sofa nearby became quite unpleasant due to the smell of smoke. If that much smoke escapes from the smoking room, it might be better to relocate it elsewhere. The smell spread throughout the lobby and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Other than this issue, everything else was truly impeccable!

    Well-balanced service overall; the only disappointment was...

    We stayed here for a family trip during summer vacation. The services our family values (the large public bath, an in-room washing machine, and the breakfast buffet) were very satisfying. There were no unnecessary or excessive services for us (we don’t need overly attentive service), so we were able to enjoy a simple stay in that sense. We made great use of the in-room washing machine, as we had lots of changes of clothes, it was summer, and we had a Multiple Night Stay. We also appreciated that one dose of detergent was provided (we brought some as well). We were able to use the large public bath at less crowded times on purpose, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety—good enough to make us want to stay again. When we go to Shin-Osaka, we’d like to visit again. Just one minor point for our family: as is common with many Business Hotels these days, the refrigerator is small and doesn’t have a freezer function. Since it was midsummer and visiting Expo was one of the purposes of our trip this time, it would have been nice if we could have chilled our cooling items during our stay... I know that’s difficult, but if that had been possible, it would have been a perfect memory. However, there is a convenience store nearby, so it wasn’t an issue for our plans—just something that would be nice to have. Thank you very much.

    The breakfast was very delicious and enjoyable. There was a wide variety to choose from. It exceeds the standard of a Business Hotel. The Room was also clean. The bath with a sauna was nice, but having a cold bath would be even better. I would like to stay here again.

    It was a very clean and nice Hotel.

    I stayed here during my trip to the Expo. It seemed that many guests were visiting for the same reason, so the large public bath was quite crowded at night. However, I appreciated being able to check the congestion status from my Room. The Room was clean, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, which left me very satisfied. I would like to use this hotel again for business trips as well.

    The breakfast was very satisfying. Cold towels and fans were provided, which was a nice touch on a hot day. Since we were a group of three, the space for luggage in the room felt a bit limited, but overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

    Base yourself in Shin-Osaka.

    The room was clean with a great view. The bathroom in the room had a spacious bathtub, and there was also a large public bath, which was excellent. It took a bit of effort to find Exit 4 from the station, but the accommodation is close to the station. I would like to stay here again when visiting Shin-Osaka Station in the future.

    Travel with friends!

    Stayed with six friends from the same high school club. The public bath was amazing! The beds were comfortable, and it was a great relief for our tired bodies after walking around. Since we came from Tokyo, staying near the Shinkansen station was very convenient, and being able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out was a big help. We’ll definitely come back again with everyone—thank you!

    It was very comfortable.

    Stayed with my middle school daughter after an event in Osaka with No Meals Included. We reserved a twin Room, but since a slightly better Room was available, we were upgraded to a Room on the 20th floor with a great view. The Room was very clean and comfortable, though the refrigerator didn't cool well, which was a downside. The Onsen was also clean and easy to use; however, it had almost no windows. It would have been nice to enjoy an outdoor view. Personally, I appreciated that the amenities included hard gel for hair styling.

    I will use it again.

    We stayed at the accommodation with my daughter's family to visit the Osaka Expo. When staying with children, we often worry about them falling off the bed while sleeping, but thanks to the futons in the tatami room, the kids were able to sleep comfortably. In the morning, they were thrilled to see trains and bullet trains from the window. The breakfast was abundant in variety, and we enjoyed it leisurely. The room had tea leaves and a teapot, which I think allows foreign guests to experience Japanese living. However, it would be nice if there were convenient options like coffee or tea as well. We plan to stay here again when visiting Osaka. Thank you very much!

    Better than expected

    Family trip (5 people) with a connected room. The facility is new, and the meals were very satisfying. The beds were comfortable as well. The public bath had lukewarm water and was crowded with inbound guests, which was a bit disappointing. Considering the accommodation cost, it is definitely worth becoming a repeat guest.

    It was excellent.

    I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights to visit the Osaka Expo for three days. Although I don't usually stay at business hotels, I chose this one because the breakfast looked very delicious. The breakfast menu was abundant, warm, and tasty. Coffee was served in paper cups with lids available, so you could take it to go. I thought this service was a nice touch. The takoyaki was crispy on the outside and soft inside, remaining delicious even when cooled down. There was a large public bath where I could relax my tired body after visiting the Expo. However, the changing room was extremely crowded, which caused some stress. It was helpful that you could check the crowd status of the public bath on your room's TV. On the same floor as the bathroom, there were vending machines offering bottled milk and coffee in glass bottles; they were enjoyable and tasted great. I definitely want to stay at Karaksa Hotel again when visiting another Expo because I truly loved it here! Although I took many photos during my stay, for some reason only one could be uploaded. The night view from here was also stunningly beautiful!

    The common areas are clean, which is a great advantage.

    I stayed for one night with breakfast included. Here are the negative points: - The public bath was small, and the behavior of some Asian guests was disappointing. - There were too few coin laundry machines (3 washing machines, 3 dryers, and 3 drum-type washer-dryers). - The elevators were too slow (having six is good, but they are not at high-speed residential standards; likely less than 50m per minute). - The guest room flooring was cushion flooring, which felt cheap. Positive points: - Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced (under 3000 yen). - Common areas were well-cleaned with dim lighting that created a calm atmosphere. - Cleaning staff greeted guests politely. Although there were minor issues here and there, I had a comfortable stay overall. Thank you very much!

    This is our second stay as a couple. We always look forward to the breakfast menu and end up eating a lot. The convenient walking distance from Shin-Osaka Station is also much appreciated. We will definitely stay again.

    Very good.

    The staff's service was excellent. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. It would have been even better if grilled fish were available. The Room was clean and comfortable. However, the sound of chairs being moved echoed quite a bit, even past midnight, possibly from the neighboring Room. The same issue occurred in the restaurant; perhaps using sound-absorbing materials could help reduce this noise. The view from the Room was amazing.

    Bathhouse (Large Public Bath) and Table

    The bath (large public bath) is unfortunately small, both the tub and the washing area. Considering the number of rooms, it feels too cramped. Perhaps I should have chosen a higher-ranked Room, but I needed space to work on my PC (the round table and two chairs were unnecessary).

    This is my second stay.

    I stayed here two years ago during a trip for a live event, and this is my second time. Since then, I’ve tried to make reservations several times, but it was hard to find availability for a triple room that matched my schedule. Finally, I was able to stay this time. The location is excellent, the toilet is separate from the bathroom, and the bath has a washing area. These three points are my main priorities when booking accommodations. However, hotels meeting these criteria often come with high prices. This time (perhaps because it wasn’t a Saturday stay), all my preferences were met at an affordable price of under 10,000 yen per person. The staff members are all very pleasant and made my stay extremely comfortable. It’s also quiet at night; there were no disturbances from neighboring rooms or hallway noise. Before heading out to an evening live event, I wanted to settle into the room first. The restaurant provided me with a place to wait until check-in time, which was very helpful. Additionally, they kindly allowed me to use the coin laundry before check-in upon request. Since I frequently travel to Osaka for events like this one, I’d love to make this accommodation my regular choice. One minor concern during this visit was that the sides of the sink area were narrow and didn’t have much space for placing items. While there’s a foldable basket available in the room already, having something like a foldable stand would be convenient for doing hair and makeup more easily.

    I was shocked by the...

    I was shocked by the uncleanliness of the Room. When opening and closing the door, a large amount of dust fell from the ceiling vent. Despite being tired and having wet clothes from the rain, it took me nearly an hour to clean, leaving me stuck in the Room. Although I was told it would be reported to a supervisor, the next day at checkout, I was simply told "that's all." The response was extremely disappointing.

    I had various thoughts.

    There is no designated space to place luggage in the Room, making it feel like you are expected to leave your bag on the floor. It would be better to provide furniture for luggage storage (foldable options are available). Although I do not wear makeup as a man, the setup seems quite inconvenient for those who do. It might be worth reconsidering the design (perhaps it was designed by someone uninterested in makeup). Guests who wear makeup should be prepared for some inconvenience (my wife found it challenging). I did not use the public bath and instead used the bathtub in our Room. While compact, it is similar to a typical Japanese household bathtub and allows for a more comfortable soak compared to standard Hotel bathtubs. There is a USB port next to the bed, so charging your smartphone is convenient. The breakfast selection was decent; however, there was an incident where an omelet station staff member ignored repeated "Excuse me" calls from a foreign guest. Eventually, I had to step in and ask them to respond. Since most people don't shout "Excuse me," staff should perhaps pay closer attention. At the breakfast venue, some children from a foreign family were throwing food around or playing games loudly without any intervention from Hotel staff. If this bothers you, you may need to directly address such behavior with their accompanying adults in English.

    This Facility and service are excellent for the cost. Comfortable. It would be even better if you could reach Shin-Osaka Station without getting wet in the rain.

    Returned for a family trip, very satisfied.

    Close to the station with a large public bath, we decided to revisit this place. We arrived past 9 PM but were delighted to enjoy the welcome drink. Additionally, coffee and tea were provided in the Room, which we enjoyed before breakfast. The children were thrilled with the candy service that wasn’t available during our previous stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and even though we had a Multiple Night Stay, some items changed daily, which was very satisfying. One concern was the mold in the drain area of the toilet sink. Other than that, everything was excellent. We would love to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed with my family. The room was clean, and the bathroom with a washing area was convenient, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious! You can check the crowd status from the room, but even when it showed 1/5 for crowd level, there were still quite a few people, so I felt the information might not be updated promptly. However, despite the number of people, the buffet had plenty of dishes to choose from, and seating arrangements were smooth, so we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

    Used for moving to Kansai

    We stayed as a family of four. Exhausted from moving, we hadn't slept much, so we made a prior reservation at this Hotel. Upon check-in, it was even cleaner than we had imagined. To top it off, our reservation was for a high floor, which excited the whole family! The large public bath helped us refresh, and we had a restful sleep. We would love to stay here again someday.
