    Is the bath okay?

    My wife and I stayed for two nights in a High Floor Royal Grande Room (Twin), but the water in the women’s bath at the bathing Facility on the 4th floor was too lukewarm to stay in, so we did not use it the next day. The Accommodation was very nice, and we were very satisfied with the excellent breakfast selection.

    Wonderful!

    We stayed here for a family trip to Osaka with five people. In a word, it was an extremely satisfying Hotel. The building was new, very clean, and comfortable with good air conditioning. The large public bath had a sauna, and the cold plunge pool was refreshingly cold. The room also had a separate bath and toilet, so we could relax even if we didn’t go to the public bath. There was also a wide variety of welcome drinks, which we enjoyed while unwinding after check-in. In summer, it was available until midnight. The breakfast buffet had many options, and everything was delicious. The staff were kind and courteous, and the luggage storage service after our stay was very helpful. It offered great value for money—I was surprised to receive this level of service at this price. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    Your three-year-old grandchild could look down on Shin-Osaka Station from the Room and watched the Shinkansen coming and going for ages. It became a favorite Hotel.

    This is my first time booking with breakfast included.

    This was my second stay. The room was clean, and the amenities—available to pick up as needed in front of the front desk—were well stocked. The bath was spacious and very relaxing, and the steam sauna was at a comfortable temperature. It was my first time having breakfast here, and I was delighted by the wide selection of both Japanese and Western options. Everything tasted great. All of the staff provided very pleasant service, and if there is availability next time, I will definitely stay here again with breakfast included. Thank you very much.

    Even though we made ...

    Even though we made the Reservation on the same day, it was a truly wonderful Room! We were on a higher floor, and our child—who loves vehicles—was thrilled to be able to see trains and even airplanes from the Room. Breakfast also had a great variety, and we ended up eating a lot. We plan to stay here again when we visit Osaka.

    Clean, spotless, and comfortable

    This was our first time staying here, and we were very satisfied. We were able to relax and enjoy a quiet time as a couple. Just one thing: the bath water temperature was a little low, and we would have preferred it slightly warmer. Sorry—this is just our personal opinion! We came by car and parked at a nearby paid parking lot, but couldn’t find an affordable option and ended up paying 5,000 yen, which surprised us. We’ll plan more carefully next time.

    Shin-Osaka

    Pros - Compact, clean Room - Affordable despite being close to the station - Wide variety at the breakfast buffet - Free drinks from 14:00 to 22:00 - The in-room slippers are very comfortable Cons - Noise from the neighboring Room and the hallway was noticeable - The large public bath was too crowded - Dust had accumulated all over the top of the lockers in the large public bath The hallway was clean and overall I had a good impression, but at breakfast I was shown to counter seating even though there were still open seats closer to the buffet. I was asked, “Is this okay?” but I didn’t feel comfortable saying no. The counter area felt darker and was mostly occupied by men. If there were no other seats available, that would be understandable, but it was disappointing not to be seated in a brighter area near the buffet when seats were still available. Also, when staff cleared dishes, they looked expressionless and didn’t come across as friendly. It’s a shame because the food is delicious. Friendlier service would make it feel even better.

    It is conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station, which we truly appreciate. Thanks to its proximity, it offers easy access to Osaka, Kyoto, and other areas. It also features a large public bath and sauna, and the meals are delicious.

    It was a very nice Room.

    Within walking distance of Shin-Osaka Station, it’s very convenient to use. However, although it was early June, I arrived for check-in drenched in sweat in the humid heat, and at check-out I got a bit soaked even with an umbrella due to rain ahead of a typhoon. Compared with Hotels I’ve used where you can walk through underground shopping streets, that felt like a noticeable difference. Still, the Hotel had a large public bath and was very comfortable.

    The Room was clean and well maintained. Having a sauna helped me unwind after my business trip. It would have been nice to have a bathtub in the Room. I was satisfied with the breakfast!

    There are many international guests. While many disposable slippers are quite flimsy these days, these were very sturdy and nice. The arabesque pattern was also cute. The premium coffee at breakfast was delicious.

    Highly recommended.

    I stayed one night before an early morning departure from Kansai International Airport, and it’s also close to Shin-Osaka Station. The building is relatively new, and the Facility is excellent. The Room didn’t feel cramped even for three people, and it was thoroughly cleaned—100/100 satisfaction. The DHC amenities and everything else were great. One thing: I would have liked shower caps to be available in the large public bath. Thank you—I’d like to stay again.

    This was my first stay, and the view from the top floor was outstanding. The Room was not too small, it was spotlessly clean, and I was surprised to be able to stay at this price with a separate bath and toilet.\nIt is also close to the station and very convenient—an excellent Hotel.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    Although it is a Business Hotel, it is thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable to stay in. There are six elevators, and it’s nice that one arrives quickly. However, their slightly slow speed is part of the charm. It’s wonderful to be able to enjoy views of Shinkansen and local trains arriving at and departing from Shin-Osaka, as well as aircraft landing at Itami, all while taking in the cityscape of Umeda.

    Highly Satisfying Accommodation

    It has been a while since I was this satisfied with an accommodation. The quality exceeded what I would expect from a business hotel. What stood out the most was how efficiently the staff worked and their warm smiles during interactions. They were very kind, and their hospitality was truly comforting, making my stay for a break from daily life highly enjoyable. The guest room, along with other areas, was impeccably clean—honestly, I’ve never seen such thorough cleaning in any hotel before, which surprised me. The room had a sofa as well, making it very relaxing to stay in. If I may make one suggestion: it would be great to have more power outlets on the table above the refrigerator and to provide a luggage stand. Although the public bath is not very large, it was also spotless and allowed me to relax comfortably. Breakfast was delicious across all options and left me completely satisfied. I heard there are locations outside of Osaka as well, so I’d love to use them in the future!

    Comfortable space

    The view was excellent as it faced the direction of the station. It was a bit disappointing that there was no bathtub since there is a large public bath. There were plenty of elevators, allowing smooth and stress-free movement even during busy times. The amenities were well-equipped, providing a very comfortable space.

    Overall, it was good.

    The hotel is conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station. This was my second stay, and overall, it was very good. The room is usually kept clean, but this time I found a small transparent piece of trash on the sheets. Other than that, it was very clean. As I mentioned in a previous review, the breakfast offers an extensive menu with delicious options. However, at 2,750 yen per person, the price feels high considering it's difficult to try everything offered. It felt wasteful not being able to eat all the dishes available; perhaps lowering the price would be helpful for guests who prefer smaller portions in the morning. Regarding the smoking room on the second floor: when using the restroom nearby, I noticed a strong smell of tobacco as smokers entered and exited. This was unpleasant and made me uncomfortable while sitting in that area due to how much smoke odor lingered around—it doesn't feel like proper separation between smoking and non-smoking areas has been achieved. I suggest relocating this smoking room or implementing measures such as double doors to prevent smoke from leaking into public spaces like the lobby where many people pass through or sit down. It's puzzling why such a location was chosen for a smoking area in what is otherwise an excellent hotel—it detracts from an otherwise positive experience here!

    The Hotel itself is not the issue, but why are the exit signs at Shin-Osaka Station so unhelpful? From Exit 4, it’s a convenient Hotel just about a 3-minute walk if you don’t get lost. The Rooms provided are more spacious than standard ones, and you can choose from various bed sizes. I opted for a king-size bed and enjoyed a relaxing evening with dinner brought in. The wooden flooring felt slightly cold due to the season, but wearing slippers made it comfortable. The bathroom only has a shower without a bathtub. It’s clean and features a sleek design that suits both business travelers and families alike.

    The rate was high due to staying on a Saturday, but the experience was neither particularly good nor bad. The breakfast buffet was not as great as others mentioned; the space for dishes felt cramped compared to the number of seats, and during busy times, it took a long time to get preferred items. As for other services like check-in and guidance, staff responded when asked but provided no proactive information, making the Hotel efficient but lacking any sense of hospitality. Overall, there were no unpleasant experiences, but it felt like a mechanical Hotel. I used the large public bath facility; however, with many families with children present, the powder room area was wet and uncomfortable both in the morning and evening.

    A comforting Hotel that soothes your fatigue

    I was a bit anxious about the unfamiliar trip, but the staff were very kind, and I felt at ease during my stay. After spending a full day at Universal and feeling exhausted, the Hotel provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The spacious bath helped me unwind completely. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious with a wide variety of options, far exceeding expectations for a Business Hotel. The staff also kindly explained how to get to Universal Studios Japan, which was incredibly helpful. Thanks to this experience, my trip with my grandchild became a wonderful memory. I would love to stay here again when visiting Osaka. Thank you very much!

    The Best Hotel

    I visited for the Yodogawa Fireworks Festival! When I mentioned this, they kindly changed my room to one with a view, which made me very happy! The room was extremely clean, and on the day of the festival, there was a "Karakusa Festival" at the accommodation with free treats like fried chicken, chocolate fondue, Yangnyeom chicken, and alcohol! There were also complimentary welcome snacks and drinks. It was truly an amazing accommodation. I definitely want to visit again!

    Overall, a very good Hotel.

    Thank you for your stay. The location and facility are both excellent. Although it was mentioned as a 5-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, it might be closer to within 10 minutes. It can feel farther when you're tired. The room felt more spacious than expected, very clean, and had a sense of cleanliness. However... the table was small. Amenities were well-prepared as well. If possible, having bath salts would be great since I couldn't visit the large public bath this time—please consider this suggestion! The welcome drinks were abundant, allowing for a relaxing time (though it's unfortunate that the young female staff at that time lacked a smile). It also seemed like guests could enjoy their own meals in that space? I couldn't try the highly-rated breakfast buffet this time but will book with breakfast included next time! Also, I read in other reviews about being upgraded during their stay—I look forward to experiencing that next time too! This stay was truly fulfilling; upon searching for Karaksa Hotel Group locations, I found one in Tokyo as well—I'd love to try staying there too. Thank you very much!
