    Neither good nor bad.

    The location is very close to Fukue Port, and there are many places to eat nearby. Since it’s also in central Fukue, the convenience is excellent. Because it’s part of the Campana Hotel group, I assumed guests could use the large public bath at Campana Hotel, but apparently there is no such arrangement. It’s right next door, so that made me feel the “group” connection doesn’t mean much. The view seems better than Campana Hotel since it faces the port directly. Overall it’s not bad, and as a base for sightseeing in Fukue and the Goto Islands it works well. However, since it feels like a Business Hotel, if you’re looking to relax then Campana might be better (though I haven’t stayed at Campana...).

    A functional Hotel with high guest satisfaction

    We stayed for two nights as a family, and with its great location, well-designed Room layout, and highly functional facilities, this is a Hotel we would recommend to anyone vacationing in the Goto Islands. Our whole family was very happy with our stay. When we visit Goto again, this is the Hotel we definitely want to stay at. Thank you very much.

    Great location, and the Room is clean, simple, and stylish. The breakfast is also delicious.

    The Room was very clean and well maintained, and I had a comfortable stay. The Hotel is conveniently located near Fukue Port, which is very helpful for solo travelers without a rental car. The breakfast also offered a great variety and was delicious. Thank you very much.

    A Great Choice in Goto

    In Goto, hotel options are limited, so if you want to stay at a good hotel, it essentially comes down to this Hotel and one other option. The location is convenient, near the ferry terminal, and about a 10-minute walk to Lawson. Since dining options are limited at night, you might find yourself visiting Lawson multiple times. The Hotel's service and interior are excellent, and you can also purchase a one-day bus pass here. The Room is spacious enough; however, the slippers were slightly small. The ocean view from the Room was stunning and very enjoyable. The most disappointing aspect was the restaurant. While the food itself is delicious, lunch and dinner services are only available on certain days, making it difficult to dine when you'd like. It's recommended to check their official website for operating hours in advance. Overall, this is a satisfying Hotel that I would recommend staying at if you're visiting Goto.

    Family Trip to the Goto Islands

    We stayed as a family of five (2 adults, 1 elementary school child, and 2 preschool children) during our trip to the Goto Islands. We reserved a triple room, and the two preschool children used Child Sharing Existing Bedding. The room did not feel cramped at all, and we had a comfortable stay. We arrived at Fukue Port around late morning via jetfoil from Nagasaki Port. Although check-in was not yet available, the Hotel kindly stored our luggage for us since it is only a 6-minute walk from Fukue Port. This allowed us to enjoy sightseeing in the city unencumbered in the afternoon. We had breakfast at the Hotel every day. It was served buffet-style but with a limited variety of options. Once, we had lunch at the Hotel; they offered dishes like pizza and pasta, which were quite delicious. For dinner, we ate outside each time but found plenty of restaurants within walking distance of just a few minutes' walk from the Hotel—so it was very convenient! There were also supermarkets and drugstores nearby within walking distance, making our stay even more comfortable. One day we rented a car for sightseeing purposes; renting and returning it was very easy as Nippon Rent-A-Car is located right next to the Hotel. The laundry machines with drying functions inside the Hotel were incredibly helpful during our stay. One minor downside was that there is no large public bath in this Hotel (although there is one in an affiliated hotel next door that guests cannot use). However overall, it was an extremely pleasant stay!

    Better than expected.

    I believe this falls under the category of a Business Hotel, but it also has a luxurious feel, is clean and new, and the staff's service was excellent. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the Italian cuisine at night was delicious. The location near the port was convenient for joining tours or going out for food and drinks in the evening. That said, while there is a bit of a walk to the nearest convenience store, this is understandable given it's on an island and not an issue. Resort Hotels are great too, but if you want to enjoy the local townscape, this hotel stands out for its location and price—I would love to visit again. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that the Room's bathroom facilities are in unit-bath style (though very clean). It would be perfect if there were a large public bath available!

    Thanks to the room with a great view, I had a satisfying stay. A clean room, delicious meals, and close proximity to the port. I would love to stay again when revisiting Goto. Thank you in advance!

    It was very comfortable.

    From the room, you can enjoy views of Fukue Port and the Goto Islands, as well as the sunrise every morning. I wanted to give an all-5 rating, but during summer, there is often a wait for the washing machines, so I feel that two machines are not enough. Additionally, while hot water from the sink in my room worked perfectly fine, switching to cold water caused a significant drop in water pressure and made it difficult to use. For this reason, I rated the facility/equipment a 4 (though this might have been specific to my room). The staff provided courteous and professional service and seemed well-trained. I had read previous reviews about amenity arrangements for multiple night stays and was curious about how it would be handled. By my third night’s stay, I was informed at reception that amenities could be picked up nearby—this improvement positively influenced my evaluation. Despite being conveniently located near the port, restaurants, car rentals, and supermarkets, it was very quiet and offered a comfortable environment.

    Great location

    The location from Fukue Port was convenient. Breakfast varied daily, offering a delightful variety. Taking only the necessary amenities was efficient and waste-free, and I personally liked the POLA skincare products. The washing machine and dryer (100 yen per 30 minutes) were very helpful. The Room was new and clean, but more detailed cleaning of areas like the sink and shower curtain would be appreciated.

    I always use this service.

    I always stay here when I return to Goto. My favorite part is the highly recommended meals. The amenities are well-prepared, and the staff is very kind. I can return to Goto with peace of mind.

    It was great.

    Initially, I had a reservation at another hotel but canceled it and chose this one instead. It turned out to be the perfect decision. The hotel is close to the port, with a convenience store and supermarket nearby. The room was clean, new, and very comfortable. My only complaint is that the coffee was instant.

    The spacious Room was wonderful.

    I stayed in a slightly larger Room on the 7th floor. It was a Room with a good view overlooking Fukue Port. The toilet, washroom, and bath were all easy to use and clean, making it very comfortable. This is my second night after returning to Fukue Port from Kamigoto, and I think it is a convenient Hotel with good access from the port. If I come to Fukue Island next time, it will be GOTO TSUBAKI HOTEL.

    The hotel has good access.

    Since it is close to Fukue Port, you can depart with plenty of time for the next morning's ship. (It takes less than 10 minutes on foot from the Hotel) It was very convenient as I was planning to go to Kamigoto. The Room this time was a bit small, but only the bath, toilet, and washroom were cramped, and I didn't think the Room itself was that small.
