    It was a wonderful Hotel!

    We usually stay at a different hotel when visiting Disney, but this time we decided to try this hotel that had caught our attention. The staff and facilities were absolutely wonderful! I was especially thrilled to use ReFa and Dyson products, and the other amenities were so thoughtfully prepared—it was perfect! I was also surprised to find not only water but drinks and chocolates in the refrigerator! The room was clean, the location was excellent, and I now want to stay at this hotel from now on. I had such a relaxing time—thank you very much!

    This is my go-to Hot...

    This is my go-to Hotel in Tokyo. It's convenient as you can reach Tokyo Station, Odaiba, or Disney Resort without transfers! The Hotel is new, with separate bath and toilet facilities, and offers reasonable prices. The front desk staff are always polite and pleasant. This time, I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay for the first time. Regarding room cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay, there seems to be little difference between eco-cleaning and regular cleaning. It would be nice if there were an option to skip room entry entirely by simply hanging replacement towels and water on the doorknob. Also, while breakfast is delicious, it was exactly the same menu on both days; having more variety would be appreciated.

    Although my stay was...

    Although my stay was short, it was very comfortable. The availability of cosmetics like face masks and bath additives was a much-appreciated service. The handmade rice dumplings at breakfast were also delicious. I will definitely consider staying again when attending future events.

    JR Shin-Kiba Hotel

    I stayed at this Hotel to visit Disneyland. It is close to Shin-Kiba Station and also near Disneyland. The bathroom in this Hotel has a washing area and a bathtub, which is very convenient for Japanese guests. The bottom of the bathtub has a step, making it easy to get in. It was my first time staying at a Hotel with such a bathtub design. I’m glad I chose this Hotel.

    It was a compact and user-friendly Room.

    It was conveniently located very close to Shin-Kiba Station. The next day, I went to Tsukishima, visited the National Stadium, and returned home. The Room had everything necessary, and I didn't feel any inconvenience at all. The separate bath and toilet were a big plus. There was also a convenience store on the first floor of the Hotel, which was very helpful.

    I had a relaxing and comfortable stay.

    This was my second stay in Shin-Kiba, and I frequently use JR Hotels in various locations. Once again, I enjoyed a clean room and felt secure during my stay. I opted for the breakfast-included plan, but with only one staff member managing the hall starting at 7:00 AM—a slightly late start for business travelers—there was a noticeable rush at both the entrance and food stations. This led to delays in guidance and replenishment. Additionally, while guests were courteously taking turns calling the staff's attention, some international guests skipped lining up at the entrance and directly took seats, creating an odd situation where those who waited properly were delayed further. The single staff member worked very efficiently throughout the morning; however, it made me wonder if this one-person operation is standard practice. The variety of dishes offered was excellent and delicious—I just wish there had been more opportunity to enjoy them leisurely. That said, with its convenient location near the station and spacious, clean rooms providing peace of mind, I will continue to choose this accommodation in the future!

    More than expected

    The early check-in request for the event was greatly appreciated, especially with the approaching typhoon. The room was very clean (important!) and spacious, with a twin bed setup and separate bath and toilet. From the window, we could see the Ferris wheel at the seaside park. Not only was the facility new, but it was also impeccably cleaned, allowing us to relax in the bathtub comfortably. Surprisingly, the showerhead was from ReFa! The water pressure was excellent—an amenity that women would surely appreciate. In the refrigerator were refreshing canned drinks and chocolates. There was also one bottle of water along with four sets of drip coffee, sugar, and milk provided. Although I wasn’t familiar with Shin-Kiba before this stay, I knew about it but had never used it until now. It’s conveniently located near both Maihama and Seaside Park while being just steps away from the station; plus, Yurakucho Line access makes getting to central Tokyo easy! The accommodation cost is also reasonable—there’s so much more potential for promotion here! Even without an event next time, I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much!

    Perfect for business

    Located just a 2-3 minute walk from the main station, this accommodation offers excellent accessibility, making it easy to find even for first-time visitors. The hotel features a restaurant on the first floor where you can enjoy reasonably priced dinners, perfect for those with limited time to go out. Additionally, there is an attached convenience store for quick shopping or light snacks. At check-in, guests are welcomed with a thoughtful gesture of juice to help recover from fatigue and chocolate to support restful sleep. This attention to detail was truly impressive. The staff at check-in were also polite and friendly, ensuring a smooth start to the stay. The guest rooms were clean and very comfortable. The nightwear provided was a two-piece set that allowed for easy movement and relaxation during sleep. Moreover, facilities such as Dyson fans and hair dryers added extra comfort and convenience. These well-thought-out details left a great impression as a business hotel. This hotel is an excellent choice as a base for both business trips and sightseeing, offering both comfort and convenience. It was such an enjoyable stay that I would definitely choose this accommodation again in the future!

    The Room was clean, and the provided amenities were excellent. It was so good that I would like to make it my go-to Hotel from next time. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. Hotels in the JR group offer great meals as well.

    Conveniently located near the station, offering comfort with all amenities available on-site.

    The room was clean, and the Mirable showerhead was impressive. It felt like it removed oil from my skin even without soap. I stayed in a bay window room, but it would have been perfect if the bay window had sofa-like cushions. Breakfast was delicious, and after staying one night, I decided to book a second night here instead of looking for another hotel just to enjoy breakfast again. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and having a convenience store on the first floor is very handy. Even traveling from central Tokyo to Shin-Kiba feels less tiring when you can stay right by the station rather than walking endlessly in central Tokyo to check into a hotel. Reflecting on memories of the now-closed Shin-Kiba Studio Coast, I had a comfortable stay here.

    Convenient Location

    Located right next to Shin-Kiba Station, it is very convenient for visiting Disney and Ueno. The room and bathroom were clean, and the hotel staff were very kind, making me want to give a 5-star rating. However, there were some minor disappointments, so I gave it 4 stars. I had requested the bed to be placed against the wall and a bed guard installed. On the first day, this was done perfectly; however, during cleaning on my multiple night stay, the bed was no longer against the wall and the bed guard was not properly secured with a large gap that rendered it ineffective—I had to fix it myself. Additionally, I found both the toilet lid open and its door left ajar after cleaning, which was disappointing. The complimentary water and chocolates were delightful touches; however, I would prefer bottled water instead of cans that need to be finished in one go. Also, I felt uncomfortable using reusable body towels among amenities—disposable ones would be much appreciated instead. That said, with friendly staff and its convenience as a travel base point, I would definitely like to stay here again!

    Close to the station and clean

    The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the station. The check-in process using the machine was smooth, with helpful support from the front desk staff. Amenities could be selected in the lobby, including Snow Skin Cleansing, face wash, lotion, and emulsion. I was pleasantly surprised to find Labona sheet masks available as well! The Room was very clean and perfect in every way! I would love to stay here again.

    Comfortable.

    I stayed here to visit Disneyland. The amenities were excellent, especially the bubble bath, which helped me relax and recover from fatigue. I truly appreciated the thoughtful details. The Room was also clean. I would love to stay here again next time!

    Satisfied.

    This was my first time using this accommodation. The parking was by prior reservation and I had to use a nearby facility, but it was not an issue. The room was clean, and the breakfast portion was just right. Being slightly away from Maihama allowed me to stay at about half the usual accommodation cost, which is greatly appreciated. I will definitely use this accommodation again.

    It was very comfortable.

    I stayed here the night before visiting Disney. The front desk had an amenity corner with a variety of items like makeup remover and face masks, which was very convenient. I especially appreciated the wide selection of bath additives; I used one in the large bathtub and was able to relax my tired body. The shampoo and other toiletries provided were also of high quality. I didn’t opt for breakfast, but the convenience store on the first floor had a great selection of handmade bread, all of which looked delicious—it was hard to choose! The ones I tried were indeed very tasty. I would love to stay here again when visiting Disney in the future.

    10 minutes from Toky...

    10 minutes from Tokyo Station, convenient access, and friendly staff. I had a very comfortable stay. If I visit Tokyo again, I would love to stay here!

    Stayed for an event ...

    Stayed for an event in Odaiba. Shin-Kiba Station was very convenient as it offers direct train access to both Tokyo Station and Odaiba. The price is more affordable compared to hotels right near Odaiba, which was helpful. Previously stayed here for a trip to Disneyland and had such a comfortable experience that I decided to return. The twin room, spacious enough for two people, features separate bath and toilet facilities, making it very user-friendly. This time, I chose a room with a sofa by the window but personally preferred the chair-type room from my previous stay. The breakfast buffet was also delicious!

    Convenient and relaxing Hotel.

    Thank you for your hospitality. We stayed here to visit DisneySea. The location was very convenient with easy access via Shin-Kiba station, and the staff kindly stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The staff's friendly smiles and kind assistance made our stay very pleasant. There is a convenience store and restaurant on the first floor, which was very convenient. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and even had space by the bedside to place a smartphone, which was helpful. We would love to stay here again next time. Thank you very much!

    I would love to stay here again.

    I stayed for two nights in Tokyo on a business trip. Previously, I used to stay near Shinagawa, but due to rising prices, I chose a hotel in Shin-Kiba this time. Having stayed at hotels from the same group before, I always feel secure staying at JR-affiliated accommodations. This time, I selected a room with a bath type that includes a washing area. The bay window served as a small desk space, making it comfortable for PC work. I was amazed by the variety of amenities provided—not only basic skincare products (toner, lotion, face wash cream, and cleansing oil) but even face masks and an extensive selection of bath additives were available. Additionally, there was even a massage chair in the room that turned out to be more relaxing than expected. While there is a coffee machine at the front desk, having drip coffee prepared in the room was an appreciated touch. As someone who loves coffee and often finds hotels without it in rooms inconvenient—having to dress up just to get some—I usually resorted to buying instant coffee myself; however, this time it wasn’t necessary! The loungewear provided was also of the separate type and very comfortable for moving around freely—it made my stay truly relaxing. Thank you for providing such a pleasant experience!

    I chose this hotel b...

    I chose this hotel because the bath seemed spacious. Overall, I was satisfied and would like to stay again, but there are some points I hope can be improved. Although it was a non-smoking room, I noticed an odor similar to aging. Additionally, the face towel had an unpleasant smell and was unusable, so I washed it with medicated hand soap and rinsed it with hot water before using it the next morning. The smell of the bath towel was not as concerning.

    Highly recommended!

    I stayed here for an event at Big Sight and found it very convenient, just one bus stop away from the Shin-Kiba Station bus stop. The Room had a natural design that women would love, was clean, and very comfortable. The amenity bar offered skincare products from Sekkisei, face masks, bath additives, and more. The Room also had a small massage machine, mineral water, relaxation water in the fridge, and even chocolates—everything was perfectly prepared. Being close to the station with a convenience store on the first floor made it easy for women to shop late at night. The staff were friendly and helpful; I loved the Hotel's location, services, and Room design—it’s truly a rare find! I would definitely love to stay here again.

    Very close to Shin-K...

    Very close to Shin-Kiba Station, making it convenient for travel. (2 stops to Maihama Station, 4 stops to Tokyo Station) The room is clean and stress-free with separate bath and toilet facilities. Parking requires a prior reservation, so we highly recommend contacting us in advance.

    Did not disappoint.

    This was my first stay. I often use Mets Premier accommodations because they are always clean and comfortable, and this one was excellent as well. The staff had a cool demeanor, providing only necessary assistance without being overly friendly, which I personally appreciated. The location is convenient for transportation, so I would like to stay here again if I have the chance. The convenience store on the first floor is Daily Yamazaki, which felt a bit unique (laughs). They had a wide variety of freshly baked bread, so taking some bread and coffee for a walk around Kaihin Park or Yumenoshima sounds like a great idea!

    I would love to stay here again.

    Thank you for the room with a great view. I have stayed here several times, and I always appreciate the comfortable experience. All the staff, including the person who explained how to use the humidifier, were kind and welcoming, making me want to stay here again. Although it snowed and rained during my stay, being right in front of the station was very convenient and saved me from getting too wet.

    Check-out Time

    The reservation was made through IKYU, but as a JR Hotel Members benefit, the checkout time was extended to 12:00 PM, which was very convenient. I confirmed this with the front desk, and they responded kindly. I would like to use it again.

    It was a Hotel that catered to every need.

    I stayed for the purpose of visiting the Disney Resort. Not only is the location convenient, but I was also deeply impressed by the meticulous service provided!! First of all, the quality of the amenities is outstanding. From shampoo and body soap to bath additives, each item was carefully selected. Additionally, the hairdryer and humidifying air purifier were Dyson products, allowing me to enjoy a high-quality and comfortable stay with peace of mind. Furthermore, the availability of chargers and the optimal placement of trash bins were thoughtful touches that made me think, "How considerate!" multiple times. I definitely want to visit again!!

    When I woke up in the morning and looked outside, the weather was great, and I was delighted to see both Tokyo Tower and Mount Fuji clearly in the distance! The Room was very comfortable, and I was able to sleep soundly. It is incredibly close to the station, making everything convenient. It’s also just one direct train to Tokyo Station. I would love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

    Good value, clean and comfortable Hotel

    It was a cold day, but the air conditioning in the building and the Room was effective, allowing us to stay warm and comfortable. It was nice to be able to choose from several types of bath additives available at the amenities in front of the front desk. The woody interior design, fitting for Shin-Kiba, was stylish. The window side was a bench, which was great for sitting and enjoying a drink. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also convenient. The drum-type washing machine in the coin laundry tends to accumulate dirt easily, so it might be better to increase the cleaning frequency a bit. Overall, it was very comfortable. I would like to visit again.

    I became a fan of Hotel Mets.

    Close to the station, the room and facilities were new and clean, and I was very satisfied! This time, I stayed after going to Disney, and I thought I would like to use it again next time. I was satisfied with everything, but if I had to say one thing, it would be that the complimentary water was in a can; a plastic bottle might be better! But overall, I am very satisfied.
