    Excellent!

    I checked in at night, and although it was fairly crowded, the staff handled everything smoothly and discreetly handed me a bag for the amenities. When I entered the Room and opened the curtains, I could see the lights of the Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama, which was exciting for us with DisneySea planned for the next day! Above all, the Facility was excellent. The next day we stayed at an official Hotel, but this Accommodation was better. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Impeccably clean.

    This Hotel was the cleanest I have ever stayed at. There was no dust even in the corners of the Room. There were absolutely no drawbacks. On one day, coffee supplies were not delivered, but it wasn’t an issue because coffee was available at the front desk. I would like to stay here again when I’m in the area.

    We had a very comfortable stay.

    It was spotless, clean, and we were very satisfied. The amenities bar even had bath salts and face masks for both morning and night, which was especially appreciated during this season when UV exposure is a concern. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable!

    Overall good.

    It’s very close to the station, but it was raining on the day of my stay and there was a bit of wind. In those conditions, even though it was only about a 2-minute walk, pulling a suitcase while holding a small folding umbrella was an oddly stressful experience. This isn’t the Hotel’s fault, though. At check-in, the front desk staff were friendly yet polite, which left a good impression. The Room is slightly small but overall good. I wasn’t sure how to use the bay-window-style bench-like feature. The Room I stayed in had a toilet separate from the sink area, which was convenient. I stayed as a trial with visits to Tokyo Big Sight in mind, but since there’s also a famous large theme park nearby, many guests may be heading there instead. With accommodation costs in Tokyo rising recently, I felt the pricing here is quite reasonable. It seemed that a high proportion of guests were inbound travelers. Breakfast was very standard and I had no particular complaints.

    Please avoid excessive expectations.

    I was curious what it would be like since it’s a highly rated Hotel. It felt like they put all their effort into the guest rooms and amenities. While the hair dryer and other appliances are from high-end brands, the lobby is quite small and there isn’t even enough space to expect concierge-like service. The staff were kind. They also seem well stocked with cosmetics for women, so I got the impression there were many female guests visiting for the theme park. Overall, I think it offers good value, though prices seem to fluctuate significantly depending on the day. Breakfast had a limited selection, but everything was tasty overall. The interior design also felt a notch above other business hotels. It’s right by the station, but since it’s Shin-Kiba, if you needed something like medicine due to an upset stomach, you’d have to take a bus or train to another area. It’s important to understand that about the location in case anything comes up. If you treat it simply as a comfortable place to sleep for theme parks and sightseeing, I think you can have a pleasant stay.

    I have stayed here many times.

    I have stayed here many times because of the great location and the convenient bench. The Accommodation is very clean, well laid out, and above all, all the staff are kind and welcoming, which makes me feel at ease—thank you. The night view was beautiful, and in the morning I could even see Mt. Fuji. I also enjoy relaxing while watching the trains go by. I was happy to find decaf coffee provided, and it was delicious to drink at night while reflecting on the day. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much. This time, I also really appreciated the pricing—it made for a wonderful trip.

    Convenient transportation and a comfortable Hotel.

    I informed the Hotel in advance that I have chemical sensitivity and am highly sensitive to odors, and they prepared a Room with no lingering scents from perfume, air fresheners, fabric softeners, hair products, etc., so I was able to stay with peace of mind without feeling unwell. The Room had a separate bath, toilet, and washbasin area, plus space to put my luggage. There were also bath salts, so I could warm up slowly and relax comfortably. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were all very polite and pleasant. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

    Close to the station, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities and Facilities.

    This is my repeat stay. Shin-Kiba is quietly convenient, and when I have plans around Big Sight, Toyosu, or Odaiba, I always choose this Hotel. There are hardly any Facilities nearby, but there are the basics like convenience stores, making it an easy-to-use Hotel.

    I already want to come back again.

    I wasn’t looking to do anything special—just wanted a reasonably priced Hotel stay—and found this place. Another Hotel Mets was comfortable too, but I thought this one had even better Facilities, amenities, and location, so I made a Reservation. It was relaxing without feeling too different from how I spend time at home, and it helped me unwind while also giving me a nice change of pace. Next time, I’d like to try using it for a workcation.

    I stayed here to attend an event in Odaiba. The Room had a simple design—somewhere between a city Hotel and a Business Hotel—but it didn’t feel cramped, and best of all, the bathroom and toilet were separate. I also enjoyed the breakfast, though I did think it would be nice if freshly baked bread—like what’s sold at the convenience store attached to the Hotel—were also available in the breakfast venue. I’d like to stay here again next time.

    What a shame!

    As this is part of the Hotel Mets group, I made a Reservation for a twin Room with a bathroom that includes a washing area, and stayed there alone. The service was consistently good across the group and clearly well trained. The washing area also had both a chair and a wash bucket, which many other groups do not provide, so it was very convenient to use. That said, I’m not sure if the following issues were due to the Facility itself or the location (families with children): 1. The bay window also served as a desk, but sunlight came through gaps in the curtains—making the Room hot in this season due to the afternoon sun, and bright in the morning as well. 2. There was trash caught between parts of the chair, and some long hair stuck to it. It was disappointing from a cleaning standpoint. 3. From around 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and again from about 5:30 am to 8:00 am, there was loud stomping from the Room above (I think), which made it hard to relax. It likely echoed due to heavy footsteps from children (since there is an entertainment park nearby and many guests have suitcases; this is less of a complaint than something that may require considering the location). Still, even though I stayed alone in a twin Room, amenities such as water were prepared for two people, which was appreciated!

    I will use it again.

    At first, I wasn’t very enthusiastic, thinking there might be nothing around Shin-Kiba Station, but once I stayed here, I found it very convenient for getting anywhere. There are convenience stores and places like Komeda Coffee, Matsuya, and curry shops right in front of the station, so even if you arrive late you won’t have trouble finding something to eat. The Hotel is also just a short walk from the station, and I was able to relax with a toilet and a separate washing area in the bathroom. Noise from neighboring rooms didn’t bother me either.\nI would definitely like to stay again. One issue: the elevator takes a long time to arrive. With only two elevators for the number of guest rooms, it was really inconvenient.

    It was very comfortable!

    I have stayed here several times. The rates have gone up compared to before, so it may no longer feel like an easy, casual choice, but it’s close to the station with great access to anywhere, and it’s my first choice whenever I go to Tokyo. For some reason, I sleep better here than at other hotels. When the weather is clear, you can even catch a faint view of Mt. Fuji. I would love to stay again next time.

    Affordable

    It was very clean, affordable, and the Room was spacious—overall, it was excellent. The breakfast was wonderful. It’s rare to find a Hotel in Tokyo you can stay at for this price, so I’d like to stay again.

    Both the Facility and the Room were clean, and we were very satisfied. The bathroom was also clean, and there was a simple massage machine in the Room, which was great. There were amenities for children as well, and our child was happy. Breakfast was delicious, and it wasn’t particularly crowded, so we could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. We stayed after visiting Disney, and the location was convenient. However, parking spaces are limited; this time the Facility parking lot was full, so we used a nearby paid parking lot. It would be helpful if there were more spaces available. Since it was close by, it worked out well. We would like to stay again!

    It was a great accommodation.

    I was satisfied with everything. What I especially loved were the shower and hair dryer! They were incredibly comfortable to use. I think check-in is basically done via the self-service kiosk, but as soon as I started, a staff member came over to assist me, so everything went smoothly. Even while I was choosing amenities, they promptly handed me a bag, and I really appreciated their thoughtful attention to detail. The Room was neatly prepared and well stocked with various items, so I ended up trying out all sorts of things. My Room was near the elevator, but there was no noise at all from other guests coming and going, so I could relax comfortably. The great location—where you can see the building from the station platform—was another big plus.

    I chose this Hotel because I was looking for a place with a separate toilet and bath. It’s a wonderful Hotel. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely stay here again.

    A hidden gem Hotel for Disney trips, right by the station—where peace and quiet come first.

    It satisfies the “I don’t want to pay a lot just to sleep, but I don’t want to regret it because of noise” wish perfectly. Especially for Disney trips or travelers who plan to spend most of their time walking around sightseeing, it’s hard to beat. Location: Right in front of the station. Only two stops from Disney. Checkout can be completed via the Room TV, so there’s no waiting in line—letting you stay in the Room until the very last minute.

    I’d like to stay here again.

    We stayed the night before our Disney trip as a parent and child. When my child was younger, I wanted to stay as close to Disney as possible, but now that they’re older, this location was more than enough. It’s so close to Maihama, and the value for money was impressively good. The Room isn’t large, but the window bench was incredibly useful. I also liked the stylish color of the chairs. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Disney!

    This property is in Shin-Kiba, conveniently close to Disneyland and LaLa Arena. It’s very convenient, the Room quality is excellent, and everything was kept very clean.

    Recommended for trade shows! A Hotel with everything you need.

    I stayed here the night before an exhibition at Tokyo Big Sight. I booked just based on the title “accommodation-focused,” so I assumed it would be a bare-bones Hotel with nothing but a bed, but they provided amenities like bath salts, complimentary coffee at the front desk, and drip coffee in the Room—plus drinks and even chocolate. The towels were fluffy, and with a separate bath and toilet, there was also a beautiful bay window with night views that offered plenty of space to work. There are TV apps as well, and having a convenience store on the first floor (they even had Kansai-only Karl snacks for some reason) made it extremely convenient. The Room was clean and I was very satisfied. Shin-Kiba Station feels a bit quiet, so if you’re sightseeing you may want to plan dinner in advance, but there are still some casual izakayas around, so for business travel I don’t think it’s an issue. This stay exceeded my expectations by far—thank you very much.

    Short-term Accommodation

    I stayed here the day before going to Disney. It was a short stay, so I couldn’t fully enjoy the Hotel. The staff were very courteous, and the room was great. If I have another chance, I’d like to try the dining as well.

    This is my second stay, and I am satisfied every time.

    This was my second stay. The clean Room and spacious bathroom made the stay truly enjoyable and comfortable. The night view of the bay area from the window was also beautiful. The Room is not only clean but also efficiently designed, making it feel just the right size without any sense of being cramped. The layout inside the Room is very convenient and easy to move around in. Having a separate bathroom and toilet is especially appreciated, with the bathroom being particularly spacious and user-friendly. The bath salts available at the front desk were plentiful, and having a mini massage machine in the Room added to a relaxing experience. The refrigerator included chocolates promoting better sleep as well as drinks, which was another thoughtful touch I appreciated. This is one of my favorite Hotels, and I would love to stay here again!

    Highly Satisfied

    10 minutes by train from Tokyo Station, located in front of the station, with a convenience store on the first floor. The Room is very clean, and you can choose your preferred amenities. In addition to water, the refrigerator is stocked with drinks and chocolate. No flaws can be found.

    Clean and comfortable.

    We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The Room was clean, simple, and easy to use. We appreciated the amenities and coffee service. The staff at the front desk and the convenience store on the first floor were very kind when we sent our luggage, making our stay comfortable. Thank you very much!

    It was great to be able to choose bath additives.

    The hairdryer is a Dyson, and there is a massage machine that was very relaxing. Snacks were also provided. There were plenty of power outlets, making it very comfortable to stay. I would love to use it again.

    Perfect Hotel for Disney.

    This is a hotel I use when I want to stay overnight even though it's only about an hour from home. The amenities are excellent, and the Room size and Facility are very satisfying. There's even a bath with a washing area, and being near the station at this price is perfect. Dinner can be enjoyed at the restaurant on the first floor, and you can buy bread for the next morning at the convenience store on the same floor, which has a bakery-level selection. Highly recommended Hotel!
