    Excellent

    I stayed here for a business trip. The location is excellent, very close to the station with a convenience store on the first floor. The Room was clean and spacious, with a separate bath and toilet that were very hygienic. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    It was a very nice Hotel.

    I previously stayed at the same hotel in Sapporo and was very satisfied, so I decided to stay again. This time, I stayed in a Superior Double Station Side room. Since it was on the station side, I was concerned about how much train or station noise would be audible, but it was only slightly noticeable in the bathroom and toilet, and not at all in the room itself. The bed was large enough to fit two people comfortably even for someone of my size, and it provided excellent comfort for sleeping. Check-out could be done through the TV in the room, and all that remained was to drop off the room card into a post box—very convenient! As for other facilities, having one or two more coin laundry machines would have been nice; however, even without that addition, this hotel is absolutely fantastic. I definitely want to stay here again!

    A Summer Night Stay

    Extremely close to the station exit Directly connected to a convenience store Starbucks just steps away New and clean facilities Even though I arrived a few minutes before check-in time, the staff quickly checked if the Room was ready, and I could enter immediately. Traveling in the heat, it was perfect to have everything within minimal walking distance. I was lucky to book at an affordable price on a weekday. The drinks and snacks in the fridge were a delightful touch. The bed firmness was just right, and the air conditioning worked well for a comfortable sleep (though adjusting the temperature took me a moment). The bathroom felt like one from an ordinary home, making it very user-friendly. Thanks to the provided shampoo and hairdryer, my hair seemed shinier than usual! I would love to stay here again!

    Only the bath is available.

    I stayed here for sightseeing in Tokyo. The location near the station and the clean building made it very convenient. I was attracted by the separate bath and toilet when making the reservation, but... The bathtub couldn't hold water. It only filled up to a certain (small) level, and when I stopped adding water, it would drain away. Perhaps the rubber stopper was loose? I'm not sure, but that was the only disappointing point.

    Conveniently located directly connected to Akihabara Station in a lively area, yet the interior is quiet, comfortable, and very pleasant. The Room was compact but featured a spacious bathtub and a fully private toilet, making it highly functional. The amenities and drink services were well-stocked, offering great value for the price at this location. All the front desk staff were courteous and attentive; it's impressive to see such excellent service despite current labor shortages. Just one point I'd like to mention as I plan to stay here again: the sink drainage was clogged and slow-flowing, and there seemed to be some splatter marks on the toilet door. I understand you're busy, but perhaps adding routine cleaning checks could help address these issues. Since everything else about this Hotel is excellent, these details stood out more prominently. Thank you!

    A compact Hotel that fulfills everything

    I have stayed here multiple times before tours. The amenities are excellent, including face packs, bath additives, and cosmetics. Above all, the bathroom with a washing area allows for a relaxing experience. Recently, small massage devices have been added to help soothe tired bodies. Being directly connected to the station makes it very convenient with easy access to convenience stores, family restaurants, and Starbucks. I look forward to staying here again!

    It was clean and conveniently located near the station. The bathroom was reasonably spacious, allowing for a relaxing bath. However, the Room itself was a bit small, so it didn't feel very comfortable for lounging.

    Attractions Beyond the Station Area

    This time, I chose your Hotel because it is located in front of Akihabara Station, but the Hotel's charm was evident everywhere. As you can see from other Reviews, the amenities, Room layout, and cleanliness are excellent. I would definitely like to use it again.

    Regarding the notice

    *Some Rooms have frosted window films, blocking the outside view. Additionally, please note that some Rooms may experience train vibration and noise. Trains run above certain Rooms, causing vibrations and noise from the first to the last train of the day.*

    Convenient coffee available near the station.

    The amenity bar in the lobby offered bath additives like Bab and Japanese hot spring salts, face masks, and Sekkisei skincare pouches, which were excellent. The disposable slippers in the Room were also very soft. The Room was clean and equipped with a Dyson hairdryer. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

    Recently, this has become a popular Hotel for long-term stays in Tokyo. With parking available and its location near the station, it is convenient for both personal and business use. The Room is clean with no complaints. Check-in and check-out are quick and efficient, which is helpful. Walking around Akihabara at night is enjoyable. Looking forward to staying again!

    The bed was uncomfortable...

    The same was true at the Mets in Gotanda, but the bed didn't seem to suit me, and I had a sore back the next day. The noise near the station didn't bother me, and the complete separation of the bath and toilet was good. I also thought the price was reasonable and good.

    I was satisfied.

    Room, location, service, everything was satisfying! The shower was ReFa! The dryer was Dyson!! I felt very luxurious. I definitely want to use it again.

    Occasionally used for work

    I use it several times a month for both work and relaxation. First of all, the building is clean and the hotel staff are very polite, and I am satisfied every time. However, recently there have been a lot of tourists, and it is quite disappointing that I cannot make a reservation. It's a pity that tourists are given priority, even though the location is great, it's clean, and very comfortable. Even at the last minute, if there is a room available, I would like to make a reservation. For example, when I used it (around 4 PM), if the room was available (being cleaned), I would be happy to use it even for a short time. I feel that it is happier to use a room that is not being used, even for day use, and there are not many wonderful hotels like Mets, so I think it might be difficult during weekends, holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays, but if it's a regular weekday, please consider using it. I am very much looking forward to it.

    It's almost as if it's inside the station.

    I thought the room in front of Akihabara Station would be noisy, but it was a quiet guest room where I couldn't feel the outside hustle and bustle at all. I was sleeping during the day for night work, but when I opened the curtains, it was a strange feeling that I couldn't hear anything even though many people were walking. I think it is worth mentioning because I have had many experiences of being disturbed by noise at hotels along local highways.

    I've used it so many times that I've lost count. The location in front of the station is unbeatable, with the Radio Kaikan right in front. Every time I visit, I feel a deep sense of nostalgia, reminding me that I'm in Akihabara. It brings back memories of frequently visiting audio shops during my student days. Late-night visits to ramen shops are also enjoyable. The only downside I would mention is that the parking attendant at the affiliated parking lot was sitting and fiddling with their phone until I spoke to them.

    Change response

    I made a reservation for check-in after 7 PM. I inquired if it was possible to change it to around 5 PM as my plans ended earlier than expected, and they responded immediately. It was very helpful. Also, there were many more bath amenities. As it is getting colder, I thought it would be nice to relax. I would like to use it again.
