    The website system??

    The Hotel offered a wide range of amenities, and the Room was comfortable and relaxing. However, there was a difference between the price shown on the website and the actual charge, which was higher than displayed, so it was disappointing that I couldn’t understand how the system worked.

    So-so.

    The location is very convenient. It was close enough that I could come back and take a shower right away after working up a sweat. However, the Room cleaning was not thorough, and there was a lot of dust built up in the corners. It felt like only the visible areas had been cleaned. The housekeeping staff did not smile and ignored me even when we made eye contact. Since other Mets hotels I’ve stayed at were excellent, this one was disappointing.

    The elevator is extremely slow and takes forever to arrive.

    As the title says: there are only two elevators, and they always stop on the lobby floor, so they’re slow. Also, there are only three laundry machines on the 3rd floor, so they’re always in use and I can’t use them at all. Since these are Facility issues, improvements may be difficult, but I’d at least like the elevators to run faster and not stop on the lobby floor every time. Other than that, everything is perfect.

    Right next to the station—very convenient.

    I was happy to find bath salts among the amenities, and the Hotel is very conveniently located close to the station. The Room layout was also easy to use, and I had a comfortable stay. This time I needed to ship some luggage, and there was a Yamato Transport office nearby, so I was able to buy a box and send it smoothly, which was very helpful. However, as I felt during my previous stay as well, it was disappointing that the bathroom cleaning wasn’t quite thorough. If that improves, I think it will be an even more comfortable Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    It’s great to have a separate bathroom!

    I stayed here again because it’s conveniently located near the station. This time I was traveling alone, so I chose a double room, and the separate, spacious bathroom made my stay very comfortable. On the other hand, I think a more thorough cleaning around the water areas would make the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I was satisfied and would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    I stayed the night before because I was being admitted early the next morning to Inouye Eye Hospital in Ochanomizu. I often stay and dine at Metropolitan Group properties in Ikebukuro and Iidabashi. I chose this Hotel again because it is close to the station and was convenient last time. Since I thought there was a ventilation vent, I called in advance to confirm, and a staff member told me it could be opened slightly, so I made my Reservation. However, when I sent a request by email, I was told that only balcony Rooms can be opened. The front desk checked the email and kindly worked with me, upgrading my Room, which I really appreciated. The Room was a bit small, but you can see Akihabara through the balcony—an excellent Room. I left early in the morning for my admission at Inouye Eye Hospital, and the surgery went well. Thank you very much. Unfortunately, 30,000 points were wasted. I look forward to enjoying great sushi and sake at Edmond again.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station, and the Facility is clean. Amenities are available in the lobby for you to take, and they are well stocked. There is also a coffee server in the lobby. The Room also has drip coffee. The disposable slippers are sturdy. The shower is ReFa, and the hair dryer is Dyson. There’s a convenience store downstairs, and Starbucks is nearby. It’s very convenient—no complaints.

    A Business Hotel with Excellent Amenities

    I have stayed here many times. The Room is clean, with a separate bath and toilet, and high-quality amenities such as face masks and bath salts are fully provided. The slippers are also of good quality. There is also a compact massage device in the Room, which is excellent.

    A Hotel with High Satisfaction for Me

    Whenever I come to Tokyo, this is the first place I check for availability. The Room is small, but it has everything you really need. The high-quality amenities and the bathroom with a separate washing area are more than worth the price for me. There isn’t a changing area, but there’s a roll-up curtain, so it’s not an issue. I was also grateful that the shampoo was the same brand my high school daughter uses! Personally, the location of this Room was very convenient for me this time as well. I’d like to stay here again whenever I’m in Tokyo. The staff are always friendly and welcoming with great smiles—very pleasant overall. Thank you as always.

    This is a great Hotel with no real drawbacks.

    This was my first stay. The location is excellent—about 30 seconds from the Electric Town Exit ticket gates, less than a minute. Check-in was easy. The Room isn’t large, but it didn’t feel particularly small either. 　I was surprised by the bathroom. I didn’t expect a separate bathtub and shower at this price range Hotel. The bathtub was a bit narrow and felt slightly cramped. 　On the 2nd floor, you can make hot coffee or cocoa, and lids were provided so you can take them back to your Room. 　I’d like to stay again. I’m almost certain I’ll become a repeat guest.

    Convenient and clean—that alone makes it great.

    It’s practically integrated with Akihabara Station—just steps from the Electric Town Exit (South). It’s not the cheapest among Business Hotels, but it was spotless and thoughtfully equipped. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water, plus the welcome drink and chocolates in the fridge. The amenities were excellent, and even the hair dryer and air purifier were Dyson—everything felt well cared for. Best of all, the bath area with a washing space and bathtub is separate from the toilet, so you can truly relax in a proper soak. It was perfect for easing tired legs after walking more than 15,000 steps around the city. I also loved that they provided bath tablets as an amenity. A convenient, comfortable Hotel I’d happily stay at again.

    From the Room, I could reach one gym, and after stepping out into the hallway I could reach another. There were five PokéStops nearby, so by using Lure Modules I was able to catch plenty and restock enough Poké Balls after what I used during the day. The Room was small, but it was sufficient for recovering from a full day of walking around. What disappointed me was the bath/shower: the water pressure was far too low. It had a ReFa shower head, so I looked it up and found that it’s a water-saving type with a built-in filter. Thinking removing the cartridge might improve the pressure a bit, I opened it—only to find there was no filter at all. I can’t understand why they would install such an unnecessarily heavy, hard-to-hold shower head. I believe water saving is something people who have children and want to leave even a slightly better environment should choose for themselves; forcing that value on guests is extremely unpleasant. And if there’s no filter installed, failing to clearly state that could even be taken as deceptive in some cases. It’s also disrespectful to the manufacturer—and taken to an extreme, isn’t it effectively harming their business by inviting poor reviews? Calling this “Premium” feels questionable. Also, as for appliances: 1. A Dyson fan—the kind you see lined up endlessly at recycle shops. Did you actually test it and decide it was suitable for guests? Its reputation is terrible. 2. A Chinese-made glass-front Peltier mini fridge. Did you confirm it actually cools properly? You chose based on looks and price, didn’t you? In Akihabara—a place once known as Japan’s electric town and now ideal for showcasing Japan to tourists from around the world—it made me sad to spend my stay surrounded by such low-quality overseas appliances; it felt like being confronted with Japan’s current reality. If this is part of the JR Group that has long supported Japanese businesspeople, I would have liked to see them line up Japanese electronics proudly—something like “This is Made in Japan.” Instead, I felt their current stance—one that seems ready to abandon Japan—was plainly on display.

    I often stay at Mets...

    I often stay at Mets Hotels for their convenience with direct access to JR stations, and this Hotel was truly just steps from Akihabara Station on the Yamanote Line—very convenient. I chose this Hotel to attend events in Asakusa and Yurakucho, and it was easy to get to both areas. There is a NewDays convenience store right downstairs, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is very handy. The guest room had ample space around the bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate, but the sink area/changing area and the toilet share the same space, so it felt a bit cramped.

    There are no issues.

    I’ve stayed here several times. It’s right in front of the station, check-in is smooth, the Room is clean, and the amenities and supplies are well stocked. I don’t notice any outside noise at all. The fact that there’s nothing in particular to point out means it’s already so well done that no further service is needed at this price range. I look forward to staying again.

    This Hotel offers great value for its location.

    This Hotel offers great value for money in Tokyo. The amenities were well stocked, and I had a comfortable stay. Even though trains run nearby, the noise did not bother me.

    Last-minute stay

    After missing the last train, I searched for a place to stay and chose this Hotel! Even though it’s right next to the station, the soundproofing is excellent—I couldn’t hear trains, noise from neighboring rooms, or even the elevator. The amenities were plentiful as well. It’s now one of the Hotels I’d like to stay at again when I come to Tokyo.

    Full of Akihabara vibes

    First time staying here. The Hotel is almost directly connected to the station, which is very convenient. Despite the hustle and bustle of Akihabara, it was surprisingly calm and relaxing. I also loved the Akihabara touches, like the hallway design and Room number digits. Even the view from the Room made me laugh—in a good way. This is Akihabara, for sure. The Room had everything I could ask for and was incredibly comfortable. The Hotel staff were also very kind and helpful. Next time, I’d like to stay longer. Thank you very much.

    Everything was excellent except for the toilet cleaning.

    When I entered the room, unpacked my luggage, and went to the toilet, I noticed urine stains on the toilet seat (photo attached). Since it was already dry, I assume it was from a previous guest, but it made me feel very uncomfortable. I considered cleaning it myself but felt that it's not appropriate for a hotel guest to clean up someone else's mess. So, I contacted the front desk and they promptly addressed the issue. The staff's response was excellent, and apart from this incident, there were no other problems during my stay. However, this experience made me concerned about cleanliness in other areas of the room as well. As a result, even though bath salts were provided, I decided not to use the bathtub. I believe this incident was truly an exception because otherwise this would have been a perfect accommodation. To end on a positive note, here are some great features of this hotel: - Extremely close to the station (almost directly connected) - Separate bath and toilet - Two types of slippers provided - Complimentary drinks and chocolates - Air purifier in-room - Massage cushion available - Adjustable showerhead - Room check-out option

    City Apartment

    Conveniently located next to Akihabara Station, I chose this accommodation for my second stay. This hotel offers rooms with a washing area, and this time I stayed in a room with a balcony. Living in a suburban house, it was refreshing to experience the bustling crowds near Akihabara Station and the surrounding buildings, giving me the feeling of living in an urban apartment. I enjoyed stepping out onto the balcony multiple times to take in the view. The room is compact yet well-organized, with soft linens that provide comfort for a pleasant stay. I plan to return whenever I want to experience something out of the ordinary again.

    The location is excellent.

    The hotel is just a short walk from the station, making it very convenient. Akihabara Station has a shopping mall (Atre) where you can buy groceries and meals, and there is also a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, ensuring a comfortable stay. I would love to stay here again.

    The location is excellent. Additionally, you can choose amenities, and the rooms are thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, which resonates with me.     This has been my regular accommodation in Tokyo for the past few years. The convenient access, reasonable price, and bath size make it highly satisfactory. However, perhaps because it was a last-minute reservation this time, I noticed some room cleanliness issues. If this aspect improves, I believe its popularity will increase even more.

    Stylish and functional Hotel with an excellent location right next to the station. The Room is well-equipped, and I especially loved the massage machine—it was so relaxing that I ended up purchasing the same one later. The transparent refrigerator is convenient as it helps prevent leaving items behind. Thoughtful touches like providing GABA chocolates were also appreciated. However, the air purifier (AirDog, perhaps?) was a bit challenging to use as I had to scan a barcode, search for the model, and check its manual online. It would have been helpful if an instruction sheet or pre-set settings were provided. Overall, it was a fantastic Hotel experience, and I would love to stay again!

    Comfortable, convenient, and courteous.

    After staying at another location for 2 nights, we stayed here for 2 nights. The Room was very clean and extremely comfortable. Having a laundry facility allowed us to pack fewer clothes and reduce our luggage. The hotel is directly connected to the station, so no umbrella was needed even on rainy days, and it is adjacent to a station building with a supermarket and restaurants, making our stay very convenient. With access to 5 train lines at the station, it was easy to travel anywhere. Additionally, the service from both the front desk staff and cleaning staff was excellent, making us want to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much!

    Close to the station and clean

    Due to the approaching typhoon, I made a sudden reservation, and it was a great choice. Super convenient location above a convenience store near Akihabara Station. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast can be chosen from two locations. Highly recommended!

    I stayed here for a business trip. The location is excellent, very close to the station with a convenience store on the first floor. The Room was clean and spacious, with a separate bath and toilet that were very hygienic. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    It was a very nice Hotel.

    I previously stayed at the same hotel in Sapporo and was very satisfied, so I decided to stay again. This time, I stayed in a Superior Double Station Side room. Since it was on the station side, I was concerned about how much train or station noise would be audible, but it was only slightly noticeable in the bathroom and toilet, and not at all in the room itself. The bed was large enough to fit two people comfortably even for someone of my size, and it provided excellent comfort for sleeping. Check-out could be done through the TV in the room, and all that remained was to drop off the room card into a post box—very convenient! As for other facilities, having one or two more coin laundry machines would have been nice; however, even without that addition, this hotel is absolutely fantastic. I definitely want to stay here again!
