    I always choose this accommodation for my business trips to Fukuoka. With a convenience store nearby, it was a very comfortable stay.

    As mentioned in many reviews, the cleaning was not thorough. Despite being told they would call regarding a room change for a multiple night stay, no call came, so I went to the front desk and moved to a twin room on the same floor. The room felt dusty, as if it hadn't been used for days. There was a coffee machine, but when I tried to use it, there was leftover water and used coffee grounds inside. On this day, due to many events happening, the accommodation fee was exceptionally high for business purposes. Breakfast was not included even though it usually is. Coming from Shizuoka with trust in the Shizutetsu brand, I found it farther from the station than expected. The positives were that the bathroom and toilet were separate, the building seemed relatively new, there were plenty of towels provided, and since my room faced away from the city side, train noise wasn't an issue.

    I stayed here on a business trip. It was my first time in Hakata, and I got lost at the station. A more detailed explanation about which exit to take would have been helpful. I visited a local sake restaurant recommended by a flyer from the Hotel, but despite empty seats at the counter, I was turned away as a solo customer—perhaps judged by appearance. While it's not something to complain about to the Hotel, it was disappointing. Unlike many Business Hotels with unit baths, this one had separate facilities, allowing for a relaxing bath experience.

    Everything was comfortable from check-in. Although my stay was short due to a business trip, I appreciated that the bathtub and toilet were separate, allowing me to relax in the bath. Despite staying in a Room on the railway side, I wasn't bothered by noise at night or early morning. I would love to stay again.

    It was a noisy Room.

    I thought it was close to the station, but walking along the quiet road felt somewhat lonely. The train tracks are right in front of the Hotel, or rather directly below the Room, so I kept waking up to the noise of trains and found it unpleasant.

    Tea is always delicious.

    This is my third stay, and I always feel relaxed with the delicious Shizuoka tea welcome drink offered on the second floor during check-in. The type of tea seems to change depending on the season, making it one of the enjoyable aspects of staying here. Another highlight is the breakfast! While it doesn't have a luxurious hotel vibe, you can sense attention to detail in every dish, and everything tastes great. You can also enjoy comparing Shizuoka tea and Yame tea during breakfast. Even without a large public bath, the bathroom in the room has a washing area and provides a comfortable experience. It's a hotel that makes you want to stay again even if you're not a train enthusiast. Special thanks to the staff for carefully selecting such wonderful teas!

    It is a good Hotel.

    It can be a bit challenging to walk from Hakata Station if it's raining, but it's manageable on a nice day. However, the path along the railway lacks sidewalks, so extra care is needed if you're pulling a large suitcase. The room is not particularly spacious, but it makes good use of limited space with separate bath and toilet facilities, which is appreciated. The breakfast is decent enough, and considering the location and price for an accommodation with separate facilities, it offers great value. I would definitely like to stay here again if I can make a reservation at a good price in the future.

    I stayed for one night during a business trip. All my requests were accommodated! Thank you very much. The room was compact but had a bath with a washing area, a large and comfortable bed with cozy bedding, and an adjustable bedside light that allowed me to relax. Trains, including the Shinkansen, pass below the hotel. At first, I wondered about the noise of trains passing by, but once I turned on the TV, it didn’t bother me much. After the last train of the day, it was quiet. Earplugs were provided in case they were needed; however, I didn’t have to use them. A complimentary bottle of water was available in the room’s refrigerator. Additionally, free coffee and water in paper cups could be taken from near the front desk to your room. Amenities could be picked up next to reception as needed—makeup remover, face wash, toner lotion, and moisturizer came in DHC pouches. However, there wasn’t any body cream provided so you might want to bring your own if necessary. Shampoo and other toiletries were available in-room (if I recall correctly they were POLA products). Since this information wasn’t listed on their website at that time—I’m leaving it here as part of my review. As for downsides: there was some dirt left on items like the bath stool or basin as well as marks on doors; also both air conditioning units & pillows carried noticeable odors initially noticed later-on after settling-in further inspection revealed Febreze-like spray bottles placed nearby entrance areas which would've helped freshen things beforehand especially while bathing allowing drying-out properly afterward overall despite minor flaws mentioned above given discounted rates offered via reservation site flash sale promotions pricing quality ratio exceeded expectations making stay worthwhile definitely considering rebooking future trips Fukuoka region

    The location is convenient for travel, being close to the station and easy to find. The Facility is of a high standard, especially with the separate bathtub and washing area, which made it very comfortable. The amenities included bath salts (carbonated), allowing for a relaxing experience, which was highly satisfying. Breakfast was also excellent in terms of flavor and variety. There is even a welcome drink available. I would definitely like to stay here again!

    The room and bath we...

    The room and bath were spacious and comfortable. Bath salts were available at the front desk, so I used them. It was cold, and I was tired from walking a lot, so soaking in the bath felt very good. Green tea was also delicious, available in front of the front desk and at breakfast. It's also available at the hotel in Tamachi, and it's really tasty. Breakfast included Hakata specialties like mentaiko and game-ni, which I enjoyed. Check-in and check-out were done by machine, but it was convenient because I could get help when I didn't understand. There was also a map of recommended restaurants at the hotel front desk, which was helpful. Next time, I want to try a motsunabe restaurant. I was very grateful that they stored my luggage even though it was heavy. I would like to stay again when I come to Hakata.

    Almost satisfied

    The location is not too far from the station, and the bath is reasonably spacious and separate from the toilet, which was nice. The staff were kind and very pleasant! However, it was disappointing that the back of the bath bucket was covered in grime, and while the front of the faucet was clean, the back felt slimy or rough. The back of the bath handrail was in a similar condition, which was unpleasant. I don't want to be too negative, but it wasn't comfortable, and I hope they clean those areas properly.

    Use for business trip...

    Close to the station, with convenience stores and entertainment districts nearby, the convenience is excellent, and the Hotel's appearance and Room are modern and chic. The best part was having a washing area in the bath, which made it incredibly pleasant to wash my body leisurely. I will definitely return.

    A comfortable Hotel, though a bit of a walk from the station.

    I have used this Hotel several times during my business trips to Hakata. The amenity bar on the Hotel lobby floor even has several types of bath additives, and although the bath is in your Room, choosing them is part of the fun. This time, I stayed in a twin Room, which was spacious and comfortable. The Room's bath is not a unit bath but a larger one, which is also appreciated. The breakfast is not particularly Fukuoka-like... (Mentaiko, Tonkotsu Ramen?), but the medicinal curry was especially hot and delicious. It's a bit of a walk from Hakata Station (still within walking distance?), but the price is reasonable, and I would like to repeat my stay.

    Clean and comfortable Hotel

    I used the property for a business trip. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station, and since it's along the tracks, there's no chance of getting lost. Check-in is done using a terminal, but the staff provides support. The room is clean and very comfortable. Considering the price, the breakfast is also very satisfying. This has become my regular stay for business trips to Fukuoka.

    A bit disappointing

    I stayed for three nights for a trip. I chose this hotel because the reviews were relatively good and I liked that the bath and toilet were separate. I was aware that the single room would be small, so I have no complaints about that. However, as soon as I entered the room and went to the bathroom, I found three hairs and short strands on the toilet lid, which was disappointing. Also, there was dust accumulated on the frame at the head of the bed. I think if they wiped it every 2-3 days, it wouldn't be like that. As mentioned in other reviews, if they could put a little more effort into cleaning, the satisfaction level would be higher. I liked that I could choose my own amenities, and it was nice to be able to soak in the bathtub since the bath and washing area were separate.
