    The bath is amazing.

    Perfect for families with children—the bathroom has the same layout as a typical home bath, so it’s easy to use. It was also very clean, which was great.

    First Stay

    I hadn’t had any connection with Shizutetsu before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect before staying, but the location was great, there was nothing that bothered me, and the staff were kind. I’d be happy to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you for a wonderful two-night stay.

    A clean and well-maintained Hotel

    It was a cozy Hotel. The bath was especially comfortable, with a fully equipped washing area. I also enjoyed the local breakfast specialties. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Quiet and comfortable.

    Although it is close to Hakata Station, it is a quiet Hotel located in a residential neighborhood. Even the single Room is spacious, and having a bathroom with a separate washing area really helps you unwind and recover from fatigue. Whenever I visit Hakata, this is my regular Hotel.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near Hakata Station, the property was very comfortable, with a bathroom that has a separate washing area (not a unit bath) and a spacious vanity area. There was also a great selection of bath salts, which made bath time relaxing. However, because it is so close to the station and right by the tracks, I noticed train noise. It may be difficult for light sleepers, though by the third and fourth nights I got used to it.

    I stayed for three n...

    I stayed for three nights on a business trip. My Room was on the opposite side of the railway tracks, so I slept soundly. All the staff were kind, and it was very nice. I will stay again.

    Overall excellent.

    This is my second stay for business. The Facility is average. Check-in and check-out are also standard. The food is definitely delicious. I plan to stay here again when I’m in Fukuoka for work. Even when I come to Fukuoka, I’m often too busy to try local cuisine, so it’s comforting to have Fukuoka dishes at breakfast.

    Comfortable

    Single room for one night. The bathroom and sink area are spacious and comfortable, but the Room is a bit small. The staff are kind as well. I was happy to find a coffee machine at the front desk, and overall I think it offers good value considering the price and cleanliness of the Facility.

    This Hotel is highly recommended!

    I was very satisfied when I stayed in Shinsaibashi and Kyoto, and Hakata was also excellent. Among budget Hotels with separate bath and toilet, I think Presio stands out for the quality of its breakfast and the comfort of its rooms. The Hakata Ekimae location was the same, and it also offered the added appeal of a train view (I’m not particularly into trains, but I enjoyed it). I also had a great impression of the front desk staff. I highly recommend this Hotel. Thank you very much.

    Seems suitable for a Multiple Night Stay.

    The toilet and bath are separate, and the bath has a washing area, so I was able to relax and warm up comfortably. Breakfast felt homemade, which I liked. Unfortunately, the room’s air circulation was poor and did not improve even with the air purifier or air conditioner. Since this is a new Facility, I hope this can be improved. All of the staff were very pleasant.

    Cleaning is a bit lax.

    It’s not even 10 years old yet, but it’s starting to feel a bit dated. Unfortunately, the cleaning has become less thorough. The bathrooms and kitchen are especially noticeable, so I’d like you to check them carefully at check-in. I’m not sure whether cleaning is done in-house or by a contractor, but with a little extra effort it should feel much more comfortable.

    This was my first time staying here. I made a Reservation because the bathroom and toilet are separate, and the bathtub was larger than I expected, so I had a very comfortable stay. Since earplugs were provided as an amenity, I could hear a little noise, but it wasn’t enough to need them. Thank you very much.

    Trains and a delicious breakfast are the perfect energy boost.

    I have stayed here several times. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, and it’s easy to find. The location is especially irresistible for train lovers, so it’s also great for families who enjoy trains. Check-in is smooth whether you use the self-service machine or check in directly at the front desk. For security, you tap your room key card to access the elevator, which feels reassuring. Above all, breakfast is a buffet with so many options that you probably couldn’t try everything without a Multiple Night Stay. Both the rice and bread are homemade, and the side dishes have a nice handmade feel as well. The breakfast staff were also very courteous. Since it’s Shizutetsu, you can even compare Shizuoka tea and Yame tea—something you won’t find elsewhere. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance next time.

    The breakfast was excellent!

    It’s a straight walk along the railway tracks from Hakata Station, so even I—terrible with directions—arrived without getting lost. The Room itself is compact, but the single bed is generously sized, and having the bath and toilet separate made my stay very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Fukuoka specialties, and everything was delicious. My favorites were the smoothie and tonkotsu ramen. I stayed during peak season, but it was such great value that I’d like to stay here again when I visit Hakata.

    Very comfortable and easy to spend time in!

    My spouse and I, in our late 60s, stayed in a twin Room with breakfast included, and it was very comfortable and easy to use even at our age. The bath and toilet were separate, and the Facility was compact yet fully sufficient. The switches were straightforward with no unnecessary complexity, making it a relaxing, stress-free Room. Breakfast followed the same concept—nothing flashy, but each dish was refined, carefully prepared, and delicious. We enjoyed a satisfying morning meal that conveyed the care of those who made it. Overall, we were delighted with a stay that left us truly fulfilled.

    Train noise

    I initially checked into a Room on the railway side, but the train noise was louder than expected. After speaking with the front desk, they kindly switched me to a Room on the opposite side, which was very helpful. Aside from the noise issue, the Room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

    Business trip.

    I’ve visited the Hakata area several times, and considering the Room, breakfast, and distance from the station, I still think this Hotel is the best choice. I’ll stay here again when I visit Hakata!

    At check-in, other guests were being assisted at the front desk, but even though a staff member was present, I was directed to use the machine. I was given instructions, but I’m not sure that was appropriate.

    Clean and Convenient Hotel

    As a returning guest, I find this location near Hakata Station very convenient. The Room is clean, with separate toilet and bath, and the bathroom includes a washing area, making it very comfortable. Check-in is easy via a monitor without any crowding, and check-out is hassle-free by simply dropping the key in a box. The complimentary coffee service is also a nice touch.

    It's been about six months.

    I used this place for the first time in about six months. The separate toilet and bath make it very convenient. The Room was clean and satisfactory. While the size is not spacious, it’s sufficient for just sleeping, so no issues at all. I think I will choose this place again without hesitation when I visit Hakata next time.

    I have used this Hot...

    I have used this Hotel several times over the past five years. While the initial newness has faded with time, slightly lowering my satisfaction, the spacious bathroom and toilet remain a highlight. However, the cleaning quality was not up to par, which was disappointing. Among hotels in the nearby area, it stands out for its spaciousness and excellent service, so I hope it maintains its cleanliness to continue being a great Hotel.

    Unfortunately, something disappointing happened...

    I used to stay multiple times during business trips. However, I had some disappointing experiences, so I would like to share my feedback for improvement. ① Long hair was left behind, and the cups were not properly cleaned (there were noticeable toothpaste marks, which felt unhygienic. My companion's separate Room also had hair on the bed and in the bathtub). ② I was kept waiting on the phone for 6-7 minutes. When I called the front desk to request a taxi for the next morning, a young male staff member answered: - He asked me to hold briefly and then asked for my Room number after about a minute of silence. After providing it, he again asked me to hold briefly before asking for my name (what was happening during these moments of silence?). - When I tried explaining that I needed a taxi booked for the next morning, he interrupted me mid-sentence with another "please hold," putting me on hold again. After about 4 minutes of waiting while still connected on call, another female staff member finally came on and took my request... I believe it would be more appropriate to take down requests quickly and follow up later if necessary. What kind of customer service training is being provided? While the female staff who eventually assisted me handled things well, these two incidents have made me reconsider using your services in future. Although you promptly arranged a Room change when requested—handled courteously by another female staff member—I am hesitant about recommending this place or returning myself due to concerns over inconsistent service quality (e.g., unclean Rooms or poor customer interaction as described in point ②). There are indeed polite staff members here as well as good location advantages; however overall disappointment remains strong enough that improvements must happen urgently! Lastly—a side note—during checkout via automated payment processing system afterward someone muttered “thank-you” without even looking up toward guests directly… Whether understaffing issues exist isn’t clear but cleaning standards alongside hospitality aspects seem significantly degraded lately leaving lasting negative impressions unfortunately!

    Clean

    Clean and simple, I would stay here again. The bathroom is relatively spacious, but the room itself is a bit narrow. The bed fits snugly up to the window. That being said, it’s fine. Earplugs were provided as amenities, so I was curious about the noise level, but staying on the opposite side of the tracks made it unnoticeable. You won’t hear any hustle and bustle from the platform. Walking along the tracks from the station makes the distance feel manageable.

    A simple Hotel located near the station.

    It is a short walk from Hakata Station, and I chose it because I thought it was reasonably priced. When I first went to the front desk on the second floor to leave my luggage before check-in, I noticed a smell of cigarettes, but the Room was fine. Although my stay was short, it was comfortable. As it is a Business Hotel, amenities were minimal but sufficient.

    Repeat Accommodation

    Conveniently located near the station without being bothered by train noise, this is always my top choice for accommodation. This time, apart from the mirror in the room being dirty and a slight odor upon entering, the bathroom was spacious and it’s a good hotel.

    How is the staff's service?

    The front desk is often busy, but for those familiar with the process, using the self check-in and check-out machines is not too difficult. However, staff do not provide guidance unless approached. When I asked a male staff member in his 40s or 50s to store my suitcase during checkout, he immediately replied that they could only hold it until the end of the day without asking further details like when I would pick it up. While this might be due to requests from inbound guests for overnight storage, a more appropriate response would have been to ask what time I planned to retrieve it. Later in the evening when I went to collect my suitcase, unfortunately, I encountered the same staff member again. He handed me my suitcase by rolling it on its wheels and pushing it toward me from a short distance away, which was quite surprising. This was my second stay as I frequently visit this area for errands; however, I'm reconsidering staying here again in the future.

    Separate bath and toilet for your comfort

    The accommodation is a short walk from the station, but there is a building nearby with many restaurants connected to the station, so dining is convenient, and there is also a convenience store close by. Being on a high floor and checking in late at night might have helped, as train noise from the nearby elevated tracks was not very noticeable (personal impression). The room was clean and spacious enough. The bathroom, toilet, and sink were separate, making it convenient even for two people staying together. The bathroom had a washing area and was spacious and comfortable; however, filling the bathtub with water took quite some time. On the other hand, while it was nice that there was a handwashing area inside the toilet space, this made it quite cramped. Still, considering the benefit of having separate toilet and bathroom areas, this wasn't much of an issue. There wasn’t much of a view from the window—including any rail views—but that’s expected for a business hotel. Overall value for money was excellent; aside from the narrow toilet space issue, I had no major complaints and enjoyed my stay comfortably.
