    It was comfortable!

    The Room was clean, with separate bath and toilet, and the refrigerator had ample depth, making it very convenient. Pajamas included pants as well. There were both power outlets and USB ports available. The view from the window featured the Yurikamome line and the market's produce building, offering a pleasant sight to enjoy for hours. The front desk service was excellent, and I would love to stay here again.

    It was a very beauti...

    It was a very beautiful hotel. The room on the top floor offered a stunning night view. Although it was accommodation only, it was just a 5-minute walk to Toyosu Market. I enjoyed delicious meals. From Tokyo Station to the hotel, I took a taxi, and on the way back, I used a bus to Marunouchi. There were many foreign guests, but there were no concerns. Thank you very much!

    The quality feels tailored exclusively for foreign tourists.

    This Hotel, bearing the prestigious JAL name, was highly anticipated but turned out to be quite disappointing. Despite costing around 20,000 yen per night per person, I was shocked by the small size of the Room. The interior felt like an experiment in how to fit only the bare minimum Facility into an extremely compact space. Unless there is absolutely no other option for accommodation, I would not consider staying here again unless it costs around 10,000 yen per night per person.

    This was my first ti...

    This was my first time using it. The location is right near the station, and the convenience store on the first floor is open 24 hours. The Room was clean and easy to use. I would like to use it again.

    I felt a little uneasy.

    It is one of the hotels I want to repeat because it is close to Toyosu PIT and Ariake Garden, the bath is deep and easy to enter, and it is clean. However, there was something that concerned me this time. I thought that when you send luggage to a hotel, it would be stored in an area where only staff can enter and not accessible to the general public. However, I was very concerned to see that the luggage was placed on a cart on the right side of the wall from the reception without any netting. The sender's name was fully visible. I was planning to send my luggage from the hotel, but I decided not to ship it, thinking it might be left in the same way without netting until 2 PM when the courier arrives. Perhaps the items for shipment are stored inside, but the staff seemed busy dealing with overseas guests, making it difficult to ask questions.

    It was a nice Room!

    I wasn't extremely impressed, but there was nothing to deduct stars for, so it's all 5 stars. It was refreshing to have a separate bath and toilet, as I've only seen unit baths in this type of room in hotels, so it was nice! The bed was also very comfortable to sleep in, and the breakfast buffet was quite extensive and delicious. There was a Lawson on the first floor, and there were some foreigners hanging around in front, which was unpleasant. Well, that's not related to the hotel, so it doesn't count as a negative, but it was a bit scary because there were quite a few people making noise. Also, I came to Tokyo for an event, and by the time I got back, there were no stores open around, and even if there were, they were closed, so I ended up with convenience store food, which was disappointing. The stay was very comfortable. It would be nice if there were some izakayas around.

    Used every year

    I use it every year, but this time the Room had a great night view and was spacious, it was the best. I will use it again.

    Beautiful Hotel

    I used it as an accommodation for the night of the live concert at Ariake Arena. It is about a 15-minute walk from Ariake Arena. It is close to the nearest station, and as it is still a new hotel, both the lobby and the room had a sense of cleanliness, which was nice. The room I used this time had a separate bath type, so I could soak in the bathtub without worrying about the water overflowing. I was able to slowly massage my tired feet after standing for almost 3 hours at the concert. The breakfast buffet had a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, all of which were delicious. The clam Fukagawa-meshi and small shrimp tempura were especially excellent.
