    Toyosu Market is nearby, and there are plenty of spacious restaurants in the area.

    The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and I was able to check out comfortably. I felt the Room was designed with international guests in mind, especially the bathroom. I think adding a shower chair would also suit Japanese bathing preferences. The coffee maker and hair dryer were very comfortable to use.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    I was looking for a Hotel with easy access via the Yurikamome Line, and stayed for three nights in a top-floor (17th) corner Room with breakfast included. I used a twin Room as a solo guest, and while compact, it was spacious enough. The layout of the Facility amenities was practical, and I had a very comfortable stay over the three days. What I especially appreciated was that a ReFa hair dryer was provided. I had brought my own ReFa iron brush as well, so styling my hair each morning was stress-free and very comfortable. I had breakfast all three days, but on a Multiple Night Stay I would have liked to see a bit more variety in the menu. In particular, if there were more types of bread and the quality were higher, overall satisfaction with breakfast would be even better. I also tried dinner once, but found it slightly underwhelming. Even so, overall it was a very comfortable stay. After being out all day and returning tired to the Hotel, being able to relax comfortably in my Room was the best part. If I plan to use the Yurikamome Line again, this is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    Ideal for sightseeing in Odaiba

    The property had a calm atmosphere, and the staff were very courteous, making my stay comfortable. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip.

    If only breakfast were served a little earlier…

    I stay here from time to time. The rooms are clean, and the front desk staff are always excellent, so I am consistently satisfied. If I may make one request: I often stay for business, so it would be very helpful if breakfast could start at 5:30 or 6:00. This time it started at 7:00 as well, so I only had coffee before leaving.

    The water pressure is far too weak.

    I stayed for two nights to attend an ice show at Tatsumi Ice Arena. The Room wasn’t large, but it was compact and well laid out, and the chic interior was fine. The view wasn’t great. The distant night scenery wasn’t bad, but I could see a cluster of mechanical rooms and outdoor air-conditioning units directly below. I checked in around 8:00 p.m., and the lack of thorough cleaning stood out. There was a piece of trash about 3 cm square on the floor, and stains on a cup hadn’t been removed. I felt exhausted as soon as I arrived. Since it was late, I didn’t have the energy to contact the front desk. The next day, there were no such issues. The toughest part over the two nights was the shower water pressure—it was unusually weak. It was just as weak with the rain shower setting. Even with short hair, it took a long time to rinse off, and it was the same for my body. I couldn’t feel properly refreshed, which was disappointing because I chose this Hotel specifically for a Room with a separate bath area. I wondered if it depended on the time of day, but it was the same around 9:00 p.m. and around 6:00 p.m. I’ve never encountered such low water pressure even at lower-grade hotels than this one. It was truly disappointing.

    The Room was clean, ...

    The Room was clean, and there were several types of pillows available, which really helped me since I can’t sleep if the pillow doesn’t suit me. The breakfast restaurant’s atmosphere and food selection were not very good.

    Disappointing—there was a lot of mold in the bathroom!

    On the day we arrived, we had lunch at Shiomachi Saryo on the first floor, went out, then checked in and stayed for one night (two days). After eating at the restaurant, I used the restroom on the first floor, but for a Hotel there were far too few stalls, and the line was so long that it was really inconvenient! The Room and the Room restroom after check-in were good, but when I used the bathroom at night, I found a lot of mold—around the ventilation vent, inside where I opened the drain area, near the lower part of the entrance by my feet, and around the shower lever/handle. I love traveling and stay at many Hotels in Japan and overseas, but this was my first time seeing a bathroom with this much mold. I was shocked and felt very uncomfortable. It was a hot season and I had been sweating, so I had no choice but to use the shower anyway... I think you should clean it properly!

    We had a relaxing stay.

    Stayed for two nights for a concert at Toyosu PIT. It was great—close to both the venue and Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai. The Room was clean, and the sink area and bathroom were easy to use. The bed was large and very comfortable. Both the front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very helpful. I was tired from the concert and the extreme heat, but I was able to relax well. Thank you very much.

    Great value for the accommodation fee

    It was conveniently close to the station, and the bathroom was separate from the toilet with a washing area. The Room was spacious, and the Accommodation fee felt inexpensive, offering great value.

    We were very satisfied.

    Although the area attracts many international travelers, once inside the Room we couldn’t hear any outside noise, and most guests seemed very well-mannered. There is a Natural Lawson on the first floor, so we bought breakfast there and ate it in the Room. It was also conveniently located—about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop after taking a bus from Ginza 4-chome, and about a 5-minute walk from Shijo-mae Station on the Yurikamome Line. They also upgraded our Room this time; it was more spacious, with a large bathtub and a separate washing area. We would love to stay again.

    Although I checked in late at night, the staff were very courteous. It was an “Omakase” Plan, but they prepared a Room on a higher floor, and the view was beautiful. I was also very happy that the in-room hair dryer was a ReFa model. In addition, LUPICIA tea bags were provided and were delicious. Since the bath area, washbasin, and toilet are separated by doors, there was plenty of space in the bathing area; however, the toilet lid is an automatic open/close type with a motion sensor, so it repeatedly opened and closed whenever I moved between the washbasin and bath or used the hair dryer. The frequent opening/closing sounds were a bit bothersome. Overall, the Hotel felt very clean and pleasant.

    I understand it may be unavoidable since the property caters to international tourists, but I felt the restaurant menu prices were too high. The Room itself was excellent, so I would like to stay here again.

    Overall, it looks good.

    The Room was very clean, and the service was good. The only downside was that if you arrive by car, the entrance is a bit hard to find, and it’s slightly inconvenient that you can’t stop directly in front of the building.

    I stayed here for one night to attend a live show at Tokyo Garden City. It was such a great Hotel that one night wasn’t enough. Toyosu Market is right in front, and I’d love to come back and take my time next visit. Thank you very much.

    Concern About Room Assignment

    I booked a Moderato Twin, believing I had confirmed it on the official website. (Only later did I notice a note saying the floor plan may differ.) I chose it because I thought the partition between the entryway and the bedroom would help me sleep well. However, the Room I was assigned had a strange layout. Right after entering, you are basically in the bedroom—no partition—and directly facing the vanity area. On top of that, there is no door to the toilet, while the bathtub next to it is a view bath. This kind of layout does not feel comfortable to me. I couldn’t sleep well, and using the toilet felt unpleasant, as if someone could see in (there are blinds, but still). Despite these major differences, labeling them as the same Room category is misleading. (It makes me question their judgment.) Also, there was no full-length mirror. Even small business hotels have one. A full-length mirror is an essential amenity.

    Clean and comfortable!

    Very convenient location

    Located near the concert venue, with the Ramses II Exhibition held at the neighboring Facility and close to Toyosu Market, it was a very convenient location that made for a highly satisfying and enjoyable trip.

    I would like to stay here again.

    I stayed here for a concert at Ariake Arena. Previously, I stayed at another hotel, but your Hotel was closer and more convenient. The view of the nearby canal was lovely, allowing me to unexpectedly enjoy a sense of escape from the ordinary. I would love to stay again.

    The Best Hotel

    I booked this accommodation during Obon to visit Immersive Tokyo Harry Potter and the Ramses II Exhibition with my two children. The room was a triple bed, spacious, with separate toilet and bathroom, as well as a separate shower and bathtub, making our stay very comfortable. With Toyosu Market right in front and teamLab Planets nearby, I definitely plan to stay here again next time. The grill & bar in front was also delicious, offering an amazing dinner experience with a view of the night scenery! Highly recommended accommodation.

    Everything was great, except for the air conditioning.

    Everything was satisfactory. The only concern was that when I increased the air conditioner temperature, a strange smell came out, and the Room retained that smell afterward.

    The bath was comfortable.

    Stayed for a live event at Ariake Arena. The room was compact yet functional, with a bath area that included a washing space, which was great. Sheets, pajamas, and pillows were odor-free and clean. Early check-in time was also appreciated. Amenities were minimal. However, the taxi called during checkout required walking to the road and boarding near a fenced area. It would be better if passengers could board at the back parking lot entrance. Having recently stayed at an Osaka hotel with exceptional service, I couldn't help but compare. Also, the 10% service fee left me wondering about the difference between places that charge it and those that don't. I'll pay more attention when choosing accommodations next time.

    We look forward to your return.

    Stayed as a family of three. The corner room with two windows felt spacious even with an extra bed added. The bathroom also had a window, allowing us to enjoy the view while soaking and relaxing. The staff were prompt, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Conveniently located near the station and within walking distance to Toyosu Market, Senkyakubanrai, and teamLab. There's also a Lawson on the first floor for added convenience. Will definitely stay again when visiting the Toyosu area.

    It's a good Hotel, but...

    The Hotel has good access and Facility, but there were noticeable cleaning issues such as dust on the futon and long hair left on the bathroom faucet.

    Comfortable

    The man who handled the check-in was polite and pleasant. The Room and view were great, and it was nice that the toilet and bathtub were separate. Both the bed and pillows were clean and comfortable to use.

    This was my first time staying here to visit Toyosu Market. The staff's service was excellent, and when I asked about dining options at the market, they kindly explained using a brochure, which was very helpful. The view from the bath was also great.
