  Please request a facility inspection.

  The air conditioner in the room only worked for cooling, so I had to borrow a heater. I would appreciate it if heating could be made available. Additionally, the shower water temperature did not rise, and although staff attempted repairs, the issue persisted, requiring me to move to another room. In the new room, it also took a long time for hot water to come through, and there were no bath towels provided. It also took quite some time for the towels to be brought over.
