  I was disappointed.

  When making a reservation, I checked the site and saw a photo of a bathtub, so I reserved the room. However, the actual room did not have a bathtub. The confirmation email did state that there was no bathtub, and I understand it was my mistake for assuming otherwise. However, I found it very misleading. I confirmed with the hotel about the bathtub issue, but they informed me that while rooms with bathtubs were available, they required an additional fee. This response was very disappointing. I do not wish to use this hotel chain in the future.

The Standard Room you reserved does not come with a bathtub in all rooms. Rooms with bathtubs are available in categories of Superior or higher. The photos you viewed may have been of a different room type, and we deeply regret that we could not meet your expectations, leading to disappointment. We humbly ask for your understanding as our hotel strives to provide fair service to all guests, and as such, complimentary upgrades are generally not possible.   It is dark.

  This was my first time using this accommodation. Upon entering the room, I immediately felt that it was too dark, possibly due to the dark wall colors, which made it inconvenient. Additionally, although we stayed as a group of three, the room was small and lacked a humidifier, making it dry and uncomfortable. While the location was excellent, it was very disappointing overall.

Our accommodation is designed with a calm atmosphere in mind, featuring darker tones overall, but we deeply regret that it did not provide a comfortable space for you. Additionally, we are sorry that the room size and dryness did not meet your expectations. While humidifiers and stand lights are available upon request as rental items, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by unclear guidance on their availability.
