    Barrier-free for peace of mind

    I’m always grateful for the wide variety of breakfast options here, and I’ve also noticed that many areas—such as the baths—are barrier-free, which is very reassuring. I’d like to stay here again in the future. In particular, the Onsen doesn’t have rocky, uneven surfaces, so I don’t have to worry about slipping or falling.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    Many Hotels don’t have much space on the front desk floor, but this one feels spacious, making the lobby very comfortable. I often stay here because spending time there helps me unwind and recover from fatigue. The area in front of the bath is also roomy, so I like to relax there after bathing.

    Thank you very much for letting us stay in such a spacious Room! We were able to spend our time in the Room feeling truly pampered. I was happy to receive a cold towel at check-in, and even though the front desk was busy, you assisted us right away. Everyone’s wonderful smiles warmed our hearts. We were able to relax deeply in the Onsen and felt our everyday fatigue melt away. Thank you very much!

    The Japanese-style ambiance is very relaxing.

    It had been quite a while since my last stay. Even though all the staff were wonderful, I’m sorry I haven’t visited more often—I’ll be back more. A Japanese-style Hotel really is great: calming, refreshing, and soothing. Perfect score. I’ll come again. On another note—wasn’t there an amazingly delicious smoothie? Sorry, my memory is a bit hazy…

    The breakfast buffet was excellent.

    I stayed here during my trip to Kyoto. It’s in a great location, just a short walk from Kyoto Station. Unfortunately, it was raining that day, but the front desk staff immediately provided towels to wipe down my luggage, which was very helpful. The Room was neither exceptional nor disappointing—simply adequate with everything I needed. The large public bath is an artificial Onsen and was well cleaned, so I could bathe comfortably. The breakfast buffet was excellent in both variety and taste, and I ended up eating too much.

    I stayed here again on my trip to Kyoto. It was extremely hot that day, and when I arrived to check in, they thoughtfully offered me a chilled towel. Even in Kyoto’s intense heat, their warm hospitality made me truly glad I came.     Looks like a place you can enjoy even as you get older.

    In the lobby, we could hear the Gion Festival’s “konchikichin,” which really added a seasonal touch. This time, I noticed just how barrier-free this Hotel is. In particular, the spacious first-floor lobby and restaurant areas seem designed so wheelchair users can move freely and enjoy buffet-style dining. I only realized this for the first time because there was a guest using a wheelchair during our stay. The restrooms and Onsen also appeared to be thoughtfully designed for seniors, with step-free access throughout. We would like to keep staying here for many years to come.

    It had been a little while, but having breakfast here again after some time felt refreshing—the small side-dish bowls had changed. The extra care put into the accompaniments is impressive; I can’t believe how much knife work goes into the garnishes. Overall, the staff are attentive and kind, and I truly appreciate their warm, family-like hospitality. Thank you very much. Even during my short stay, I always find myself wanting to come back here.     I wish I could have stayed longer.

    This Hotel became a last-minute stay due to a typhoon, but I was completely satisfied in every way. Even though I arrived late, the front desk staff assisted me courteously, and I was able to relax and recover in the large public bath. The bed was very comfortable, and I was very satisfied with breakfast as well. Next time, I’d like to stay at a more leisurely pace.

    First time staying here on a business trip.

    I stayed for one night on a business trip. All the staff greeted me with smiles and friendly words, which made my stay very pleasant. The 1st-floor lobby and lounge area were also very spacious and clean. Hotels in this price range have recently shifted to fully self-service amenities, but it’s still much more convenient when they are already provided in the Room. It’s also close to Kyoto Station, which is very convenient, and the Room was extremely clean. If I had to mention one area for improvement, breakfast was crowded and I had to wait a little. Some business travelers who were waiting ahead of me ended up going back to their Rooms... It would be helpful if the crowd level could be checked on the Room TV, or if Reservations could be made at check-in.

    It was my first time...

    It was my first time staying here, and it was very good. Being able to park in the Hotel’s coin-operated parking lot was a big help. Since it’s close to the station, finding a place for dinner was easy. There is also a large public bath, and I could relax and soak at my leisure.

    I visit Kyoto about three times a year, and this was my first stay here. Compared with several other hotels, the staff were very kind. That alone made it a great trip. The bath temperature was just right, and it was very relaxing after all the walking. The Room was more spacious than I expected and very comfortable to use. The complimentary drink service was also nice. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    The Accommodation exceeded my expectations.

    Almost every year, I enjoy a one-night trip to Kyoto during cherry blossom season. This year, I decided to try a different Accommodation than usual. Overall, perhaps because it is new, everything exceeded my expectations: the Room was clean and spacious, the breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted great, the large public bath area—including the water facilities—was very clean, and the front desk staff were excellent. When making the Reservation, I was a bit concerned because it seemed slightly far from the station, but in reality it didn’t feel inconvenient in either distance or time. I was very satisfied with this Accommodation. My wife also said she wants to stay here again next time, so we plan to return.

    That was very helpful.

    I asked the male front desk staff for directions to Chion-in Temple. He suggested a bus route that wasn’t too crowded, so I got there smoothly. Since my stay was short, it was very helpful.

    This is my first time using this service.

    I usually stay at a Hotel near the station, but this time I made a Reservation here for something different. 　Just like in the photos, it was clean and the service was great. The Room felt a bit small, but the large public bath was also very nice. There’s a convenience store nearby, and I could relax with free drinks in the spacious lobby. It’s definitely great value for money, and I highly recommend this Hotel.

    A bit far from the station.

    The Facilities and breakfast are mostly satisfactory, and the service is good. However, after sightseeing in the city, it is far from the city bus stop. Having to detour across the station and walk to the Hotel while tired can be tough for elderly guests. If you understand this before booking, it is a reasonably priced and good Hotel.

    Affordable and good.

    The location is convenient and the area is quiet. I also liked that it’s a low-rise building. I stayed solo, and the Room was a bit small, but everything I needed was provided. Since it was during a cold snap, the duvet felt a little too light, and it was somewhat difficult to adjust the air conditioning. The bath was indeed very pleasant afterward and warmed me up well. The front desk staff were reassuring and professional.

    A bit far from the station.

    For large luggage or rainy weather, taking a taxi is recommended over walking. The nearest convenience store is also within walking distance, so stopping by one near the station or along the way would be convenient. Room: Deluxe Twin The room is very spacious and resembles a city Hotel. All amenities were provided in the room, except for skincare products like lotion. Each guest receives one pack of tea and roasted green tea, but no bottled water is provided. A full-length mirror is attached to the closet door, and there are many mirrors throughout the room—likely to make it appear more spacious—but I found it a bit unsettling. The bed was large with a thin yet comfortable duvet. There was also a table and chairs available, making it easy to bring in food and enjoy meals comfortably in the room. The breakfast has good reviews, so I’d like to try ordering it next time I stay here.

    The hotel near Kyoto Station features a spacious lobby, perfect for small groups or meetings.     The staff at the Hotel were very polite and accommodating. The breakfast was carefully prepared, and I enjoyed it very much. If there is one thing to note, the hairdryer had less airflow compared to my one at home, which was a bit disappointing.

    Clean Hotel
