    It was excellent.

    The flooring and other features were lovely. The large public bath was comfortable. Drip coffee was provided.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    This was my first stay. The entire facility has been newly renovated and was very clean. Since it is a business hotel, I thought the room might be small, but it was very spacious and thoroughly cleaned. Also, since there is an onsen, I expected the bathroom in the room to be small, but I could stretch my legs comfortably. Amenities are provided at reception for you to take as needed. I also had coffee (Key Coffee), which was delicious. It’s simple yet thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. I would love to stay here again when visiting Kyoto!

    I made a prior request for the floor of the Room, and I greatly appreciate that it was accommodated. Thanks to this, check-in went smoothly, and I had more time for sightseeing. I also used the Shuttle Service to the station, which was very helpful as well. Thank you very much!

    Nothing in particular!

    Nothing special, but not bad either! Since I booked early at a discounted rate, I got the smallest room closest to the front desk. Maybe my expectations were too high? Well, there's an onsen, so if I have another chance, I might use it again!

    Your Regular Accommodation in Kyoto

    I always use this place. It has good access from Jujo Station on the Karasuma Subway Line, the Room is spacious, and above all, the large public bath is very relaxing.

    Very good.

    I have used this Hotel several times, and it has a clean atmosphere overall. The price and Facility are both good. Although it is slightly away from the city center, it is close to the nearest station, and the shuttle service to Kyoto Station makes it convenient.

    The staff were diligent and professional, leaving a positive impression.

    Highly satisfying experience. While there were no standout features, the absence of any negative aspects in all areas is quite rare for an accommodation. Of course, this is based on the premise of comparing it to the accommodation fee. Location: Right in front of the subway Karasuma Line station exit. Shuttle Service: After check-out, I was comfortably taken to Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit by a minibus, which was very convenient. Guest Room: The view was impressive with no tall buildings around; Kyoto's Five Mountains spread out with Kyoto Tower in the center visible from the window—almost breathtaking. A wide desk facing this window was very useful for work purposes. Large Public Bath: Clean and comfortable with ample space and ideal temperature. Breakfast: Nothing particularly unique but tasted good as expected. Service: Staff were polite and accommodating, including handling luggage storage. Overall, it was clean and comfortable, and you could sense that staff members were diligently doing their jobs professionally.

    Very nice Hotel.

    Close to the station and bus stop, with shuttle service available. The accommodation offers excellent security exclusively for guests, along with a large public bath. Having stayed at various hotels before, I can confidently say that the service provided at this price is outstanding! I visit Kyoto several times a year and plan to complete the reservation early each time to stay here again. There is parking available (though I didn’t use it this time), nearby parking lots, and even a convenience store close by—everything you need is within reach. Highly recommended! By the way, I stayed in a twin room; it was spacious, had its own sink inside the room, and was very comfortable.

    Great value for money and very satisfying.

    The flexible response to lending a smartphone cable was very helpful. The carbonated Onsen was excellent for relieving fatigue. The breakfast was fresh and fully satisfying. I would love to stay again.

    Breakfast

    I live in the city, but I often stay here for a change of pace and relaxation. Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store nearby. The large public bath is perfect for unwinding, and the delicious breakfast is very satisfying. The atmosphere of the breakfast restaurant is open and refreshing with greenery in view, and the staff are efficient and kind.

    The Room was clean, and the large public bath was great. However, as is common nowadays, amenities are provided at an amenity bar, so you need to remember to take them at the beginning, which can be a bit inconvenient. It can't be helped though.

    The bath was excellent.

    I needed accommodation suddenly and made a reservation without much thought, but it turned out to be excellent. Especially the carbonated hot spring in the large public bath. While many hotels have large public baths, I don't recall one with a carbonated hot spring. The room was also very clean, making it a perfect choice.

    A Long-Awaited Trip to Kyoto

    It was my first stay. The room number on the key given at the front desk seemed to be incorrect, and I accidentally tried to open another room's door. When someone came out from inside, I was surprised and felt sorry for causing trouble. I hope the staff will be more careful about this in the future. The water pressure in the toilet felt a bit insufficient. The shuttle service to Kyoto Station was included, which was great.

    The Room is spacious.

    Since it was a Business Hotel, I didn't expect much in terms of Room size, but it was spacious enough to relax with a baggage rack and a sofa. The Room had a calm atmosphere and was clean. There is also a large public bath and a shuttle bus to Kyoto Station, so it is recommended for Multiple Night Stays for sightseeing. Compared to the area around Kyoto Station, the price feels quite reasonable for this quality.
