    It was a clean and well-maintained Hotel with good security. The breakfast was also delicious.

    The large public bath is great.

    We arrived a bit early on this trip by car, but since our Room was ready, we were able to check in about an hour early, which made sightseeing in Kyoto afterward very smooth. The Room was clean, and the breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options with nothing to complain about. We had a comfortable stay. Of course, we also used the large public bath. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    Highly satisfying.

    This was my first stay, and I was highly satisfied with everything. It’s right near the station, so even in the rain it was no problem. On the way back, I used the Shuttle Service bus to Kyoto Station. The Room and the large public bath were clean and easy to use. Breakfast is a satisfying level for a Business Hotel. Both Japanese and Western options are served buffet-style; there aren’t a huge number of items, but it was more than enough. There’s also a convenience store nearby. I usually stay around Shijo Street, but this time I chose based on being close to the station, and it felt like the better choice.

    Highly recommended.

    The guest rooms, floors, and large public bath were all spotless and very clean.\nThe housekeeping staff greeted us properly as well, which was very pleasant.\nAlthough it’s a little far from the station, the area is quiet and there are plenty of great restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it didn’t feel inconvenient.\nHighly recommended for relaxing after sightseeing or work.\n\nThat said, while the front desk staff were polite, their response felt somewhat superficial.\nThere was an unbelievable mistake, but it felt a bit too casual… lacking sincerity. I would have appreciated a simple “We’re sorry.”\nNothing serious happened so I let it go, but thinking afterward about what could have happened gave me chills.\n\nStill, everyone else handled things courteously and I’m very grateful.\nAlso, there was an excellent professional female staff member who made a wonderful impression—I hope she will help mentor newer staff.\n\nIf you’re staying in Kyoto, this is the place.\nI’d like to stay again.\nHighly recommended!

    My Kyoto Home

    I looked forward to seeing the familiar front desk staff again and enjoying the first bath in the morning, so this was my third stay this year. It’s conveniently located just two subway stops from Kyoto Station, with two convenience stores nearby. On rainy days, you can even borrow an umbrella. In the Room, I line up my personal items in their usual places and it truly feels like home. I’m planning to visit Kyoto again next year, and I’m looking forward to seeing the “Room type assigned on arrival…” plan announced on IKYU.com.

    It was a bit disappointing.

    The parking, bed size, breakfast, bath, and Shuttle Service to Kyoto Station—it's truly amazing for this price. However, I’m especially sensitive to odors, so I always check Room Reviews before booking a Hotel. This time the Room rating was good, so I chose it, but from the moment I entered the Room there was a smell—maybe it had soaked into the carpet? The entire Room smelled like strong body odor. I used the deodorizer provided in the Room, ran the air purifier at full power, opened the window, and turned on the air conditioner—repeating this many times each day—and somehow managed three nights. Since I was out most of the time, by staying on the bed at night with the air conditioner running, it stopped bothering me by the last day. Still, I wondered if switching to another Room would have been more comfortable—or if it would have been the same. If next time I can stay in a Room without any odor, it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. Other than that, everything was very good.

    The facilities, services, and location are all excellent.

    Close to the station, with a convenience store nearby. For a Hotel in this class, cleanliness is maintained at an exceptionally high level. The staff are always smiling, and you can feel their genuine desire to make your stay comfortable.

    A Hotel That Delights in Every Way

    This was my first stay here.\nLocated right next to the expressway, it offers excellent access to Gion and Kyoto Station, and even provides a Shuttle Service around checkout time—everything was taken care of.\nThe Room was spacious and very clean, and breakfast featured traditional obanzai-style Japanese dishes that were gentle on the body. I had a wonderful day.\nHowever, one disappointment was that at check-in, the staff member at reception spoke very quickly, making the explanation hard to understand.

    The large public bath is wonderful.

    A good Hotel for business use. The location is convenient, and the Room was spacious enough that it didn’t feel too cramped. However, perhaps it was just bad luck, but there was hair in the bathroom, which unfortunately made me lose confidence in the cleanliness all at once. The bath was excellent. I wouldn’t really recommend it for enjoying a Hotel stay, but if you’ve been walking around sightseeing and want to rest and recover, it’s convenient and recommended.

    I stayed here with friends for sightseeing in Kyoto, and the Room was spacious. The large public bath was very clean, breakfast items were replenished quickly, and the staff were friendly and chatted with us, so we felt relaxed throughout our stay. We checked in late at night and took a taxi, which cost about 1,000 yen from Kyoto Station. In the morning we were able to use the shuttle bus as well, so access was excellent. The only thing I noticed was that the Room lighting was a bit dim—maybe there was a way to make it brighter? I should have asked.

    The lobby corridors,...

    The lobby corridors, Room, and large public bath were all very clean. Excellent value for money—I was very satisfied. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

    Highly satisfied

    We stayed here as a couple for Shinosuke Tatekawa’s solo performance. It’s close to the station, the Room was clean, and the carbonated bath in the large public bath was truly relaxing. The breakfast selection was extensive, and we were very satisfied. Since the Accommodation rate was low, we honestly didn’t expect much from breakfast—but it was so delicious and comfortable for this price that we almost felt sorry for the management. There is also a free shuttle bus to Kyoto Station; we truly appreciate such attentive service. Thank you very much. We will definitely stay again when we visit Kyoto. The staff at the breakfast venue were outstanding—their movements, expressions, and manner of التعامل were excellent. I will use this as a reference for my own work.

    Satisfied with everything except the pillow.

    The front desk and other staff were very courteous, and I was satisfied with the clean Room. I was also able to relax in the large public bath, which helped relieve my fatigue. And it was very affordable—I think it’s a good Hotel. However, the only disappointment for me was that the pillow didn’t suit me. It was too high for me to sleep, so I put a pillowcase over the cushion provided and used it as a substitute pillow. If only the pillow suited me, I’d like to stay long-term.

    Your trusted regular Accommodation

    I enjoyed a relaxing soak not only at night but also in the morning. I have another Reservation in July. I also look forward to chatting with the front desk staff, and the moment of “reunion” is the best “encounter.”

    I love it.

    We attended events in Kyoto and Osaka during Golden Week. We drove to Kyoto, and since central Kyoto gets crowded, we got around by subway. To go to Osaka, the Keihan Line is inexpensive. Relying on coin parking is risky—if it’s full, you’re stuck—so we looked for a Hotel near the station with parking. Honestly, we didn’t expect much (we thought they’d all be similar), but it exceeded our expectations and we were very satisfied. We arrived earlier than planned and intended to wait in the lobby, but the friendly staff let us into our Room right away. The Room had a large window and a desk setup that made it easy to work on a PC. The round table fit neatly under the built-in desk, so we could use the space more efficiently. The bed was spacious! The Room was also new and very clean. The parking lot was wide, clean, and you can come and go freely. Since we had a lot of luggage, having such an easy route from the parking area to the elevator was truly helpful. It’s also very close to the interchange, so you can avoid traffic in central Kyoto. It’s a 3-minute walk to the subway station, and there are three convenience stores nearby. On our way home we said, “Should we stay here from now on?” Thank you very much—we’ll definitely be back.

    Recommended for a Kyoto trip by car.

    This Hotel is truly convenient when driving to Kyoto. It is also close to Jujo Subway Station, so after check-in you can leave your car and go sightseeing. There is also a Shuttle Service bus to Kyoto Station, which we used this time to have dinner at a restaurant near the station. It is also just a short drive from the Kyoto-Minami Interchange, making access easy. We were also happy that we could see Kyoto Tower from our Room. We would like to stay here again next time.

    Spacious Room

    The Room was spacious and comfortable. It is very close to Jujo Station, with several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. You may not see the Hotel right after exiting Subway Exit 2, but it is just a short walk away.

    Convenient access just a short walk from the nearest station, with a convenience store along the way. The Room is spacious and clean, and best of all, you can enjoy the large public bath.

    The front desk service was excellent. Although the large public bath is artificial, the bubbling carbonated bath really works. The tub was spacious, and the washing area had separate stations, which was very nice. In the morning there were no bubbles, which was a bit disappointing. The twin room was also comfortable and spacious. I will stay again.

    The bath was very relaxing.

    I made a Reservation mainly for the large public bath with artificial carbonated water. I was happy with the Room’s great view of Kyoto Tower, the relaxing separate loungewear, and the extra bath towel provided. My tired feet felt instantly refreshed. For breakfast, I would have liked a few more side dish options, but everything tasted good. The area around the Hotel doesn’t feel very touristy, but it’s close to the subway station and convenient, so I’d like to stay here again.

    The Hotel itself was good.

    The hotel itself was very clean and pleasant. This time, I chose a hotel with parking as a key point. Another good point was that I could go without making an advance reservation. At check-in, I paid the parking fee. When leaving the parking lot, I realized I had left my parking ticket in the car and asked the front desk if it would be okay. They said, "You can use it as is by inserting the ticket." However, when I tried to exit as instructed, it displayed "Cannot Use." I had to reverse my car and return to the front desk again. When explaining that it didn’t work, one staff member responded in a high-handed manner saying, "I told you to bring it with you." When I mentioned they had said otherwise earlier about being able to exit directly, they replied with "I never said that." While confused by this response, another female staff member behind them handed me a different parking ticket. The hotel itself was very clean and convenient to use. The staff at check-in were also kind and helpful. However, starting my trip feeling quite uncomfortable due to this incident left me disappointed. Although their badge indicated they were in training, their response felt inadequate on a human level which saddened me greatly.

    Conveniently located near the station

    The Room was more spacious and cleaner than expected, and the parking fee was affordable. It is about a 3-minute walk to Jujo Station and just 2 stops to Kyoto Station, making it very convenient. The large public bath was also satisfying. The breakfast was good for the price. This is a cost-effective Hotel, and I would love to stay here again.

    Best value for money

    Kyoto can be expensive, but this accommodation, just two subway stops from Kyoto, is conveniently located near the station and met all my needs. The large public bath was not crowded and easy to use. I would love to visit this hotel again.

    Am I the only Japanese person?

    I chose your hotel because it is close to the station, considering the return trip after attending a live performance by my favorite artist at ROHM Theatre Kyoto. I arrived at the hotel by taxi before the check-in time, so I waited for a while. Many foreign guests kept arriving one after another, and as rumored, I felt the impact of inbound tourism. The public bath was also crowded with many foreign guests, and some were not following proper etiquette. The room was spacious; however, the shower curtain in the bathroom had a musty smell (though I didn’t use it). The breakfast venue was fully packed, so choosing a plan without breakfast turned out to be a good decision. Since it was a Saturday stay, the cost-performance ratio was poor. Given that reviews were positive, it made my disappointment even greater. Thank you very much.

    The bathroom was spa...

    The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, which was very satisfying. The parking lot was also large and convenient with free in-and-out access. It would have been nice to have amenities like cosmetics available.
