    Hotel with charming interior design

    【Positive Points】 - The Room was compact, with natural and cute designs for the chair and art panel. - Amenities were available as self-service in the lobby, including bath salts. - Although it was a unit bath, the bathtub was spacious enough to stretch your legs, and the shower had good water pressure. - Night snack service included options like croffles or ramen. 【Concerns】 - No complimentary bottled water provided in the Room; this stood out as many Hotels now offer this service. - The air conditioner felt slightly dusty even when turned on. The Hotel itself was clean, with charming interiors that provided a relaxing atmosphere. Since there are several Hotels around Matsumoto Station, I might consider trying another one next time!

    Efficient Hotel

    I stayed here after attending a memorial service. The accommodations were reasonably priced, efficient, and clean—more than sufficient. I was impressed by the late-night snack service. Conveniently located near the station, Matsumoto Castle, and shopping streets, I would love to stay here again.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near the station, the Hotel was new and clean. We enjoyed the late-night snack service, sharing ramen and ice cream with friends—it was delicious! Thank you for taking care of us during our 1-night, 2-day stay.

    First-time Use

    Close to the station and easy to find. The Room was spacious enough for one person, and both the Room and the bathroom were clean, allowing me to relax comfortably. The Hotel is within walking distance of Matsumoto Castle, so I could do some sightseeing before check-out. I would love to stay here again when I visit Matsumoto.

    168 Grand Hotel

    168 Grand Hotel Easy to remember and about a 6-minute walk from the station, making it convenient. The free ramen at night was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the water in the toilet's bidet didn't work, so I give it 4 stars. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious.

    A new Hotel near Matsumoto Station

    The Hotel is a 6-7 minute walk from Matsumoto Station. I stayed here during a business trip. As it is a new Hotel, the Room was comfortable and easy to use, and the meals were healthy and delicious. The late-night ramen was also excellent.

    It was very beautiful.

    I made a reservation the day before due to urgent matters. It was a double room, and the interior was very clean. The lobby was spacious, allowing for quiet business meetings. It is also close to the station, and the front desk staff were pleasant; I would like to use it again.

    It was a beautiful Hotel.

    We stayed for one night as a couple during our trip to Nagano. The hotel was new and clean, located in an easily accessible place near the station. The room was spacious and functional, allowing us to rest comfortably on a large bed. The front desk staff were efficient and kind, making it a good hotel. We only had breakfast, but although the variety was limited, the salad was plentiful, allowing us to enjoy a healthy breakfast, which was very nice. We were surprised to find free ramen and sweets offered in the lobby at night. However, we were slightly disappointed that there was no free water in the room, no free coffee machine in the lobby, and no large public bath. The room I stayed in had a separate bath and toilet, which was comfortable, but most rooms have a unit bath, so the absence of a large public bath was a bit disappointing. In recent new business hotels, these features are often standard, so it felt a bit inconvenient, but the clean and spacious room and breakfast were excellent.

    Although it is Momo-chan,

    I highly recommend the Iroha Grand Hotel Matsumoto. After all, it has the latest buildings and facilities. The bathroom is also clean, and it's completely different from the nearby three-star hotels. Foreigners were also staying there.
