    Everything was satisfying—the cleanliness, the location, and the price.

    Stayed here to explore Kamikochi. I left at 5:30 a.m. for the Matsumoto Bus Terminal; although it was before dawn, I was able to get there safely in a 5-minute walk. Matsumoto Station, soba restaurant-hopping, museums, Matsumoto Castle, Ishii Miso soft-serve ice cream, izakayas, and breakfast at Matsuya are all within walking distance and easy to enjoy. I had the free late-night Kamikochi ramen on both nights. It was delicious—I even finished the soup. Very comfortable stay. I’d like to stay again.

    Despite the great location, the price was affordable, and the Room was clean—overall a wonderful Hotel. I also appreciated being able to check out using the machine on a busy morning.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only disappointing point was the location of the toilet paper in the in-room restroom. Because it was behind you when seated, it was very difficult to use. It’s also close to the station, and restaurants, convenience stores, and Don Quijote are all within walking distance—an excellent location.

    The location was great, and the Room was clean and quiet. Excellent value for money. I would like to stay again. Breakfast also had a wide variety of items and was very good. The parking lot is a little far away, but this was noted on the website, so I understood in advance. If you do not move your car out by 9:00, an additional fee will be quite high.

    A very good Hotel

    The front desk staff were helpful, and the Room was relatively spacious, which was great. Breakfast also featured local specialties and was delicious. However, one thing: regarding the guests-only “Free Late-Night Snack Service (choice available),” I was abruptly told at the restaurant reception, “There are this many people waiting, so you’ll have to wait quite a while.” Maybe I took it the wrong way, but I felt they could have phrased it differently, and it left me feeling a bit uncomfortable. A nice Hotel service became disappointing in an instant. In the end, I did not use the late-night snack service.

    It was clean.

    The Room was very clean. The bed and pillows were just right, and I was able to rest well. Breakfast was great, especially the miso soup. The ingredients were generous and the broth had a rich flavor—it really felt like a Shinshu-style miso soup. I also enjoyed the vegetable dishes. If I have a chance to visit Matsumoto again, I would love to stay here again.

    I would like to stay here again.

    The location was great, and the Facility was clean and well maintained. The guest room was compact but easy to use, and I slept very well. The staff, including the person who handled the late-night snack service, greeted me with warm smiles and provided excellent service, making this a truly memorable stay. I’ve come to love Matsumoto even more, and I’d like to stay here again.

    It was a lovely Accommodation.

    The stylish interior made this Accommodation very charming. Many Western and African guests were staying there, and everyone had good manners. We had a Reservation for two people in a double room, but there was only one set of room keys and towels, which worried us. When we contacted the front desk, they responded quickly. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Overall good, but the lobby smelled a bit of smoke.

    The lobby downstairs smelled strongly of cigarette smoke at night, but aside from that, everything was very good—especially the excellent front desk staff.

    Enjoy Nagano—stay he...

    Enjoy Nagano—stay here. The Room is great: clean, with excellent shower pressure. As a stay perk, the late-night snack is either Shinshu ramen or ice cream—both delicious. It’s worth adding breakfast; it’s very good. I’d like to stay again.

    Solo Trip to Matsumoto

    I stayed for one night on a solo trip to Matsumoto. They kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which allowed me to sightsee efficiently and travel light. The breakfast, which had received high ratings in Review, exceeded my expectations. The Sanzoku-yaki was delicious, and there was also plenty of simmered vegetables, a wide variety of side dishes, and Nozawana pickles. Even the miso soup was packed with chunky vegetables. The fresh salad vegetables were impressively crisp as well—I enjoyed a tasty, nutritious breakfast. All staff members were very polite and greeted me with warm smiles, making this a fun and memorable trip. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    Good Hotel

    It was a clean Hotel conveniently located near the station. The amenities are offered buffet-style, so you can take only what you need, which is efficient and great. I deducted one star because the bath was a typical Hotel bath, but using the provided bath salts helped me feel refreshed. Above all, the bed firmness suited my preference and made it easy to sleep. If I visit Matsumoto again, I’d like to stay here again.

    I used it for business.

    I stayed here for business this time. It’s a clean Hotel, about a 5-minute walk from Matsumoto Station, and very easy to access. Perhaps it was just by chance, but there were many international guests staying here (from what I saw, about 90% appeared to be from overseas). Maybe because of that, breakfast felt geared toward international guests, with lots of items like bread, salad, and cereal. In the evening, they offer either ramen or ice cream for free as a late-night snack; I had the ice cream this time, and the ramen also looked very good. The Room I stayed in was next to the neighboring building, so it wasn’t one where you could enjoy the view.

    The Room is spacious and clean, and I stay here every month. I can spend my time comfortably during my stay, and the drink service in the lobby is also a welcome touch. On the other hand, perhaps due to the recent increase in inbound guests, there have been times when I felt the Room cleaning was not quite as thorough as before, which concerned me a little. Because my impressions of past stays have been very positive, I hope you will maintain the same level of quality going forward. I will stay again.

    Cozy and comfortable

    Thank you as always for your hospitality. The room is comfortable for working on a computer and also perfect for relaxing. I especially like the breakfast salad. I would love to stay again.

    A comfortable Hotel

    Overall, everything was clean, and the Hotel staff were friendly, making the stay comfortable. The only downside was that the toilet was small and the toilet paper holder was too close. It was also nice to be able to check in from 2:00 PM. I was happy that when I left my luggage with them, they placed it in my Room for me.

    A relaxing Hotel.

    This was my first stay. Although I was initially anxious, the clean and well-equipped facility, the delightful late-night snack for when you feel a bit hungry, and the mostly homemade and delicious breakfast made it a very satisfying hotel experience. On a chilly day, I received a hand warmer at check-in, which was very helpful during my evening visit to Matsumoto Castle. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much!

    Very comfortable!

    Close to the station and tourist spots, the room was spacious, the bath was large, and it was very comfortable. The late-night snack service (ramen) was delicious. Everything was great. If there were an Onsen, it would be perfect!

    Convenient and comfortable

    The convenient location and comfortable Room were greatly appreciated as I was traveling with my elderly mother. Being close to Matsumoto Station made it easy to use JR trains and the "Town Sneaker" bus. Convenience stores, a post office, and even our favorite restaurant from a previous visit to Matsumoto were all within walking distance, making our stay even more enjoyable. The Room had not only beds but also a large sofa, which was very helpful for my mother to rest comfortably. The separate toilet and bath made it feel similar to home, adding to her comfort. Breakfast was excellent and very filling. My mother may have eaten a bit too much and felt slightly uncomfortable afterward, but thanks to the late check-out option, she could rest until after 10 AM before we left. Since my elderly mother cannot travel often or far anymore, I wanted this trip to be an unforgettable memory for her. Staying at such a wonderful Hotel made that possible, and I am truly grateful for the experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

    This was my first stay at the accommodation. The facility was clean, well-equipped, and the breakfast was delicious. It is conveniently located near the station and offers great value for money. I appreciated the evening ramen and dessert service, though it was disappointing that my desired dessert ran out within 4 minutes of starting (they kindly provided an alternative). The staff were friendly, making my stay very pleasant. I would love to stay here again when visiting Matsumoto.

    I would like to stay here again.

    Close to the station, the accommodation had a pleasant fragrance throughout and was bright and clean. The staff's service was generally pleasant. Amenities were well-prepared, so bringing only a change of clothes and makeup tools is sufficient. The gown provided can be buttoned in the front, so pajamas are unnecessary. The guest room was clean with a warm brightness. However, there was a slight odor the next day (it disappeared after pouring water into the drain next to the bathroom, possibly due to dryness). The breakfast menu offered both Japanese and Western options, all of which were delicious. Since it was a multiple night stay this time, while not disappointing that the menu remained unchanged, there wasn’t much excitement on the second day. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity!
