  Compact and convenient

  I often stay here when I’m on business in Osaka. It’s in a very convenient location, directly connected to Umeda Station via the underground mall. The Room is compact but new and clean, making it comfortable to stay in. There are many international tourists, but I’ve never been bothered by noise from neighboring Rooms. The bathroom has only a shower booth. The Room feels well designed to make the most of the limited space. Many Rooms face the street, so it doesn’t feel closed in. It would be even better if there were a desk suitable for working. There is no complimentary bottled water; instead, there is a water dispenser in the first-floor lobby.

Your comment that you were able to relax comfortably without being disturbed by surrounding noise is a great encouragement to all of our staff. While we do not provide bottled water in the Room, as part of our efforts to reduce environmental impact we have installed a water dispenser in the lobby on the 1st floor.   For international guests

  The room is surprisingly small! You can’t even open a small suitcase, and there’s nowhere to do your makeup. Even though it’s said to be near Osaka (Umeda) Station, it feels like you’ll never get there through the underground maze. There are no directions provided anywhere, so finding it on your own is quite difficult. Even a local Osaka resident in their early 20s got lost. It’s in a tricky spot that you probably can’t reach unless you go above ground. There are hardly any Japanese staff at the front desk.

Due to the nature of city Hotels in Japan, our Rooms are designed to be compact. We are also sorry that it was difficult to find your way to the Hotel. As the underground shopping streets around Umeda have a complex layout, we will work to provide clearer directions going forward.   Check-in and check-o...

  Check-in and check-out were smooth. The Facility was clean and well-maintained. I didn't use the services due to a short stay, but I would like to use them next time if given the opportunity.

  I've been waiting for a hotel like this!

  I stayed for one night with No Meals Included for a business trip. The property is very close to Umeda Station, with a spacious bed, compact amenities, a separate shower booth from the washbasin and toilet, and a reasonable price, which were all delightful features. I really dislike rooms with a combined bath and toilet where you can feel the humidity and heat from the bathroom while getting ready, so I found the stylish water facilities here to be very comfortable. I always had trouble finding a place to stay around Umeda, but it seems I won't have to worry about that anymore.
