    It was a comfortable Hotel.

    I was initially unsure where to choose accommodation in Kanazawa, a city with many hotels, but I’m glad I decided on this hotel as it provided a comfortable four-day stay. Although it’s a bit of a distance from the station, it was conveniently located for walking to Omicho Market, dining in the Korinbo area and strolling back along Seseragi Street, or even using the bus. The hotel is new and clean, with air conditioning that can be controlled individually in each room. What I loved most was the excellent lounge services. After returning to the hotel tired from walking around in the heat, I could enjoy a cold drink at the lounge right away. There were also late-night ochazuke (rice soup) services when feeling peckish—almost all of their lounge services were utilized during my stay! Breakfast offered creative dishes; while not extensive in variety, it was a high-quality buffet that kept me satisfied for three days without getting bored. The staff at every location were friendly and made my stay enjoyable. One minor point: I found the car drop-off space at the entrance slightly inconvenient to use.

    Second Stay

    Conveniently located for sightseeing, offering great satisfaction at a reasonable price. The lounge is accessible almost all the time from check-in to check-out, and hand-drip coffee is available. It was disappointing that the Kanazawa oden I was looking forward to during breakfast was not available. The bath is not very large, but perhaps due to the high number of international guests, it’s mostly used by a few Japanese visitors, so it’s always quiet and relaxing. I would like to stay here again when visiting Kanazawa.

    Overall, it was a good Hotel.

    The Room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a large public bath, making the stay very pleasant. However, after checking out, I realized I had forgotten my smartphone in the Room. When I approached the front desk to retrieve it, their attitude seemed unhelpful, which was disappointing.

    Satisfied.

    The room's bathroom had a separate bathtub and washing area, which was great. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The lounge offered drinks, snacks, and even late-night ochazuke. I think this is a hotel with great value for money.

    I had a comfortable stay. The staff at check-in were very polite, the large public bath was pleasant to use, and the room was clean. It is also very convenient for accessing Kanazawa city center. I was impressed that the food was carefully replenished until the last minute of breakfast time. I would love to stay again.

    A Wonderful Business Hotel

    Kanazawa offers a high standard of hotels. This Hotel provides satisfaction comparable to luxury hotels. The Room is spacious, bright, and very clean for a Business Hotel. The toilet and bath are separate. During happy hour, you can enjoy a variety of alcoholic beverages along with crackers and nuts, offering a truly hospitable service. There’s no limit like "one drink per person," allowing adults to relax with wine glasses in hand and enjoy their time at leisure in this Hotel. Looking back, the hospitality of the Hotel can greatly enhance or diminish memories of a place—Kanazawa truly stands out as an exceptional destination for its warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

    Conveniently located near tourist attractions.

    I visited the tourist spots, but it was the first time I wanted to return to the Hotel so quickly. The stay was truly comfortable, and the late-night ochazuke was incredibly delicious.

    I have used this service multiple times.

    I always stay here when visiting Kanazawa. The membership benefits include services like newspaper distribution, and the lounge access allows me to enjoy drinks after check-in, making my stay extremely comfortable. This time, I initially planned for a one-night stay but extended it because the Hotel was so comfortable, turning my visit to Kanazawa into a truly memorable experience. I will definitely stay here again.

    This is my third stay.

    The accommodation was clean and comfortable. I was lucky to have my room upgraded to a slightly larger type this time. Even the standard rooms are spacious enough and very comfortable. The large public bath is also a great feature. The lounge service is attentive, allowing guests to relax at their own pace. The staff were all cheerful and kind in their responses. The location is excellent, with a bus stop right in front, making it convenient for both Kanazawa Station and the Katamachi area. Although unrelated to the hotel, I often encountered friendly locals during my outings, which left a great impression of the city. This hotel offers excellent value for money. When staying in Kanazawa, I want to choose this hotel again—though part of me wants to keep it a secret so reservations don’t become harder to get (laughs).

    A very comfortable Hotel, but...

    I always use this accommodation during business trips. Starting with morning smoothies and coffee service, the breakfast offers health-conscious options and unique Kanazawa-style dishes, including side dishes considerate of multiple night stays. The late-night ochazuke and paid alcohol services are also excellent, helping to relieve work fatigue. The large public bath allows for a relaxing time. It would be even better if it opened at 5 AM instead of 6 AM in the morning. However, during this stay, I was disappointed that the lounge was restricted to accommodation guests only, and non-guests were not allowed to use the coffee service even for a fee or sit inside. Due to this unfortunate experience, I will choose another hotel for my next stay in May. It's truly regrettable as I had been very fond of this place.

    Satisfaction

    We stayed at the property for a parent-child trip. We were attracted by the abundance of amenities, and it was just as expected. We also used the drink service, and the ochazuke was delicious. We were very satisfied. The only downside was that the elevator got crowded depending on the time of day.

    The hotel was in an excellent location for sightseeing in Kanazawa. I was a bit worried because it was a hotel I had never heard of, but not only the location, the facility was very clean and the drink and meal services were also very good.

    The staff at the counter were very kind and friendly. The Hotel itself was also great, with spacious Rooms and just a few minutes by bus from Kanazawa Station. It's conveniently located with department stores and more just a short walk away, making it a great spot for exploring the city. At night, I enjoyed delicious ochazuke on the first floor. There is also a large public bath, and I would definitely like to use it again.

    It is a great Hotel full of services.

    The Room and the large public bath are both clean. The lounge offers a variety of services. The happy hour at the lounge was lively and bustling. Guests were enjoying their time in their own ways, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The ochazuke (rice with tea) service available until 10 PM was delicious and very popular. Amenities were well-stocked, and the skincare products for women, such as lotion and cleansing items, were from KOSÉ's Sekkisei line. The Room rates are reasonable, and with so many services included, it almost makes you wonder if it's sustainable. While it's true that there are few restaurants in the surrounding area, the bus stop is right in front, making it easy to get to Katamachi or Korinbo. This time, I didn't include breakfast, but since it has a good reputation, I definitely want to try it next time.

    It was very beautiful and comfortable.

    The Hotel is located right in the middle of a tourist spot, and I had a very pleasant stay as it is very clean. The afternoon lounge service also offers good options.

    Convenient Hotel

    It's nice to have a large public bath, but the changing area was quite cramped. The complimentary lounge service is well-equipped, which is a plus. Convenient location for sightseeing, good value for money, clean, and I would like to use it again.

    The breakfast and lounge service are excellent.

    I was able to spend my time leisurely. I chose this Hotel for its location, surrounded by tourist spots, and overall, it was the right choice. All the staff were pleasant, and the Room's sheets, towels, and room wear were not smelly, making them comfortable to use. I think the cleaning was thorough. The meals were all delicious, and the lounge services at different times were satisfactory. However, the taste of the coffee seemed inconsistent. The disappointing part was the bath. Although the Room had a separate type with a bathtub and washing area, there was no changing space, so it couldn't be used in a twin Room with a friend. The public bath was too compact, and the floor from the entrance to the bathtub was slippery with soap from those washing, which was unpleasant. Also, since the congestion level couldn't be checked on the Room's monitor, on the first night, I went at a bad time after the night tea service had ended, and both the narrow changing room and the bath were crowded with people waiting for lockers and washing areas. This is a design issue, so nothing can be done about it, but it was very disappointing.

    Although it is a distance from the station, it is conveniently located near Omicho Market and Oyama Shrine, and there is a cheap parking lot nearby, so the location is not a problem at all. The morning smoothie and coffee service is very appreciated and suitable for long stays. However, the cleanliness is lacking, as placing items on the shelf under the sink resulted in dust accumulation, and mold was visible from the bathtub, raising concerns about hygiene. As I have allergies, if this area is properly addressed, I would consider making it my regular Stays. The cost performance is that good.

    My husband loves the...

    My husband loves the Intergate Hotel Kanazawa, and we stay there when we want to relax and enjoy a bath. The lounge now offers a wider selection of paid whiskeys, including several types of Yamazaki and Nikka, which makes us happy. Nuts are provided, but it would be even better if there were some chocolates too... (laughs) The ochazuke comes with various toppings and is delicious. I prefer a hot bath, but sometimes it feels a bit lukewarm. Also, a nearby hotel offered a yuzu bath during the winter solstice. It might be interesting to have such features. I look forward to staying again.

    The heating is not working.

    It was a stay on a cold day, and I was troubled because only cold air came out and the heating didn't work well. The breakfast was substantial and the satisfaction level was high.

    High cost-performance Hotel in a great location

    The Room and public spaces were very clean and comfortable. The independent three-point water area was convenient and nice. I was satisfied with the pajamas being separate for top and bottom. The amenities provided on the lobby floor were of high quality and excellent! I wanted to use them in the morning as well because they were comfortable, but the amenity bar was closed in the morning, so I would have appreciated being informed at check-in. I didn't include breakfast, but I enjoyed the lounge service during tea time and cocktail time. I was surprised that they brewed coffee one cup at a time. It was very delicious. The location was very good, with easy access from the bus stop and the station, and within walking distance to tourist spots. This time, my husband and I used it for sightseeing and were very satisfied, but I would definitely like to use it for business as well.

    New Hotel

    What I consider important when choosing a property is whether it has individual air conditioning. This hotel had individual air conditioning, separate bath and toilet, and was new and clean, with a warm room, making it a perfect hotel. In the lounge, it was nice to have free drinks including alcohol (beer is charged), snacks, and ochazuke. The hotel staff were also very accommodating, and I would like to use this hotel again when I come to Kanazawa next time.

    Comfortable Hotel

    This was my second stay, and as expected, the superior twin's independent washbasin, compact sofa, and round table are convenient, making the room comfortable to spend time in. I went to the large public bath a little later, and it was not crowded. I saw a review saying it was crowded and difficult, but it was fine. The hotel is within walking distance of Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen, Korinbo, and Omicho Market, making it a convenient location for sightseeing. I would like to stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

    Room cleaning is incomplete.

    This is the first time something like this has happened. There was water left in the air purifier, and there was black mold on the lid. There was a piece of blue vinyl glove on the floor. The bathtub was rough. The vinyl bag was all crumpled up. No matter how you look at it, used items were set on the bed. Even though it was a busy season, it was too terrible. I noticed after entering the Room and unpacking, so my husband said it was too much trouble and that this Room was fine, so we endured it. When I told the front desk at checkout, they said to let them know immediately in such cases. I really regret not hesitating to ask for a Room change. Other than that, the location was good, and the staff's service was commendable, so it was disappointing. From now on, I will make sure to check various things first.

    I was concerned about the minor deficiencies in the Facility.

    The window faces the corridor of the neighboring apartment, so when the blinds are closed, no outside light comes in, making the Room dark. I would like it to be brighter. The Room's Wi-Fi and carrier signal were weak, making it difficult to use my smartphone. I would like the signal to be strengthened. The bed linens had a slight human odor. I would like them to be thoroughly washed. I would like the take-out cups for the ice machine to be larger and sturdier. On the other hand, the Facility was clean overall, the Room was spacious, and the staff's response was very polite. The lounge service and large public bath were good, and the system that allows check-out via the Room's TV screen was convenient.

    I traveled with two small children, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The children were delighted with the large bath. The breakfast bread was also very delicious. I was worried about parking since I heard there was none, but there were many parking lots nearby, and the prices were reasonable, which was convenient.
