    It was a clean Hotel.

    It was a relatively new and clean Hotel. The front desk, lounge, hallways, and other areas were well maintained and thoroughly cleaned, so you could really tell how hygienic it was. The welcome services were plentiful, and I was able to relax at ease. In particular, the late-night ochazuke service was something you don’t find elsewhere, and it was excellent! As is probably the case at many tourist destinations, this Hotel also had many international guests who seemed to be enjoying their stay. The large public bath isn’t very big, but I was able to unwind. Breakfast offered a wide variety of items and tasted great. If I visit Kanazawa again for sightseeing, this is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    I was able to relax ...

    I was able to relax again this time. Although there were many guests, the large public bath was not crowded and was comfortable. It’s nice to be able to take a break in the lounge. I wanted to have some coffee and take it back to my Room, but there was no coffee and no guidance from the staff, which was disappointing. Still, it became part of my travel memories.

    First Stay

    There was nothing particularly good or bad about the hardware, environment, or Facility. However, the customer service was excellent. Given its central location in Kanazawa, it is extremely well situated and reasonably priced in every sense, so I would recommend staying here.

    This is a very good Hotel.

    The lobby and lounge share a limited space, and check-in is self-service via a machine. It may not feel luxurious, but it is functional. Above all, for the price, the spacious Room, well-stocked amenities such as shampoo, and free use of the lounge are excellent. Access from Kanazawa Station is also good, and you can walk to Oyama Shrine, Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen Garden, and more—making it a very convenient location. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

    Always comfortable.

    I always stay here when visiting Kanazawa. With access to the lounge as well, I can enjoy a very comfortable stay.

    Business trip use

    It’s a great Hotel. The Room is clean and, although a bit small, the large public bath was satisfying, and the breakfast was delicious. Above all, it was convenient to have a car drop-off area at the entrance. I wasn’t able to use the lounge, but I’d like to use it next time. When I come to Kanazawa again, I’d like to stay here.

    A well-located Hotel with a great lounge.

    I stayed for one night during Golden Week. With automated check-in and check-out, there was little interaction with staff. I think it would be comfortable if it weren’t during a holiday period. - It was very helpful that they stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out! - The Hotel itself was new and clean, so it felt great to use. - I enjoyed having access to the lounge; the drinks, snacks, and late-night ochazuke were a nice touch. - Breakfast was also delicious. - Kanazawa is compact, but the location was excellent with easy access to everywhere. - Since it was a holiday weekend it couldn’t be helped, but there were only two elevators, so I often had to wait. - The large public bath—especially the changing area—was small, and there were only three sinks. I couldn’t wait for one to open up, so I gave up on skincare and using a hair dryer... - The drain in the in-room sink was broken and the water wouldn’t drain, which was inconvenient.

    Although I booked a Superior Twin, it was clearly a Standard Twin. When I asked to change Rooms, I was told I would have to pay both the upgrade price difference and a cleaning fee. I can understand paying for an upgrade, but why a cleaning fee when I hadn’t used the Room? The public bath was crowded, so I used the in-room bathroom, but there was grime floating in the water, which made me even more distrustful when they demanded a cleaning fee. Also, depending on the staff member, the front desk service can be very poor—please be careful. That said, I was very satisfied with free lounge access and breakfast. I’ve never experienced this at other Hotels in the same group, so it may be specific to Kanazawa, but it was truly disappointing.

    The lounge service was excellent, and I was very satisfied. For most of the day, I could enjoy coffee and juice in the lounge at any time. There were also time slots with light snacks, time slots with alcoholic drinks, and even a time when bubuzuke was served. The bubuzuke, made with pufferfish broth, was outstanding. The large public bath was small, so during the crowded evening hours I used the bath in my Room instead, but the Room itself was very clean—like a newly opened Hotel. It made me want to try other Hotels as well.

    Very convenient and satisfying.

    The location offers great access to Kanazawa’s main sightseeing spots, and I really appreciated the excellent service—such as storing our luggage after checkout for the rest of the day.

    A comfortable Hotel.

    I always stay here when I’m in Kanazawa. The Room is comfortable, and the blinds make it completely dark at night, so I can sleep well. The lounge service is also excellent, making this a Hotel where I can truly relax. I will continue to stay here.

    A Perfect Base for Exploring Kanazawa.

    The Hotel was new and clean. It had everything necessary. The late-night ochazuke service, especially the Kaga Bocha-zuke, was my first experience and it was incredibly delicious and impressive. Thank you for providing it free of charge.

    Unfortunately.

    I stayed here during my trip to Kanazawa after a long time, but it was disappointing. First, the air purifier and ventilation filter in the Room were covered in dust... The bathroom ceiling had countless mold spots. Overall, it lacked cleanliness. As for the lounge, it felt more like a family restaurant than a relaxing space. At certain times, there were noisy (and inappropriate) drunk guests. If you prioritize lounge use, I recommend considering another Hotel. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

    Is a greeting important?

    Stayed here several times. Room Amenities: The sofa in the room is for one person, yet the TV is positioned in front of it. Even when staying alone, I would prefer to watch TV from the bed. The large bed is a plus. Having "Sekkisei" amenities was nice. Customer Service: Customer service could use improvement. However, the lounge service was greatly appreciated, offering ochazuke and alcohol, which made me very happy. Onsen Bath: Overall, the space feels cramped. The changing area, washing area, and bathtub seem forced into place. Still, having an Onsen is better than not having one at all. Facility: The building itself is clean but poorly located. It’s not ideal for visitors with suitcases coming from the main road due to uneven surfaces and slopes. Additionally, there’s a step at the entrance to the Hotel grounds where you need to lift your suitcase. Dining: Not exceptional but satisfying overall. The Kaga Bocha jelly had a mild sweetness and was delicious. Satisfaction Level: Overall rating of 3. During checkout via a machine near reception, two staff members were chatting and laughing without even saying "Thank you." It was very disappointing that no acknowledgment or farewell was given as I left through the automatic doors while glancing back at them expecting something until my departure. Would I stay again? I'm unsure about returning next time.

    First Trip to Kanazawa

    It was my first trip to Kanazawa. The building is new, and the Room was also new and clean. Although it is a bit far from Kanazawa Station, I thought it was in a good location with easy access to the market, Higashi Chaya District, 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, and Kenrokuen Garden. It is also convenient as it is close to a bus stop. I stayed in a corner Room on the second floor, and it was quiet at night, allowing me to sleep well. There were many young couples, foreign couples, and families staying there. The late-night snack (ochazuke) served in the lounge on the first floor that evening was delicious. They kindly stored our luggage from around 11 AM before check-in on the day of arrival and after check-out the next day as well; this was very helpful. My wife also mentioned wanting to stay here again.

    Favorite Hotel

    Sometimes I stay at this accommodation to relax. This time, the drainage in the bathroom was partially poor. When I used the bathroom for the first time, I noticed the drainage issue, and when I went back a second time, another guest told me, "The drainage there is bad." This has never happened before, so it was disappointing. The breakfast and lounge were good; however, when I tried to return my morning smoothie glass to its original place for disposal, it had been moved elsewhere. When I attempted to take it there, a staff member told me not to enter that area (breakfast area) yet. This left me feeling slightly uncomfortable. Overall though, it's a hotel that I like and would want to use again in the future.

    Equipped with the latest facilities to accommodate a wide range of guests, including those from abroad, this accommodation offers a reasonable stay and a chance to experience the "modern vibe," which was very enjoyable. However, for an elderly couple's trip, it was a series of moments that left us feeling curious and slightly nervous (chuckle).

    A Hotel You’ll Want to Visit Again

    The lobby of the accommodation was very clean, and the staff provided excellent service. There was a welcome drink, allowing me to relax and unwind from my travels while enjoying a luxurious moment. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and the bathtub was spacious enough for me at 177cm to stretch my legs comfortably. The large public bath was also clean, providing another opportunity to relieve travel fatigue. I couldn't try breakfast as I had an early golf start time in the morning, but I would love to try it next time. This is definitely a hotel I want to stay at again!

    I always use this service.

    This stay was so comfortable that I ended up extending for a Multiple Night Stay. The staff are always polite, and it’s a Hotel where I can truly relax. One concern is that there are many foreign guests, and with only two coin-operated laundry machines, they are constantly in use, making it difficult to do laundry during a Multiple Night Stay. It would be great if more laundry machines could be added. I will definitely stay here again during my next visit to Kanazawa.

    That's unfortunate.

    This was our second stay with a small child. While we had high expectations after being very satisfied the first time, there were several disappointments this time. First, the late-night ochazuke was delicious, and even our child asked for seconds. The juice and coffee were also excellent. However, we were disappointed that although we reserved a Hollywood Twin Room, the beds were about 15cm apart, causing our child to fall into the gap. We specifically paid double the price of a Twin Room to reserve a Hollywood Twin—what happened? Although I considered calling the front desk, I couldn't bring myself to do so after recalling our interaction during check-in. It was an IKYU Diamond Exclusive Plan—what exactly was exclusive about it? The room had an unpleasant view (completely visible from a neighboring apartment), making me wonder if it was meant for families with children. In hindsight, I regret not choosing a Superior Twin Room instead. I won't write more but will consider this an unfortunate experience and hope for better next time. Please keep up your efforts!

    The complimentary lounge was excellent. It might be the highlight of my stay here. The guest rooms and public bath were average and a bit small, while the breakfast did not exceed expectations for its price. Nearby options like Mitsui, Nono, or Tokyu seem to offer better value for breakfast. That said, I must emphasize again that the lounge was fantastic. Even international guests seemed to enjoy it thoroughly.

    It was a comfortable Hotel.

    I was initially unsure where to choose accommodation in Kanazawa, a city with many hotels, but I’m glad I decided on this hotel as it provided a comfortable four-day stay. Although it’s a bit of a distance from the station, it was conveniently located for walking to Omicho Market, dining in the Korinbo area and strolling back along Seseragi Street, or even using the bus. The hotel is new and clean, with air conditioning that can be controlled individually in each room. What I loved most was the excellent lounge services. After returning to the hotel tired from walking around in the heat, I could enjoy a cold drink at the lounge right away. There were also late-night ochazuke (rice soup) services when feeling peckish—almost all of their lounge services were utilized during my stay! Breakfast offered creative dishes; while not extensive in variety, it was a high-quality buffet that kept me satisfied for three days without getting bored. The staff at every location were friendly and made my stay enjoyable. One minor point: I found the car drop-off space at the entrance slightly inconvenient to use.
