    The service was excellent, and the stay was comfortable.

    Last-minute stay for 2 adults and a 2-year-old with No Meals Included. Upon check-in, we received amenities for the child, including a bath towel, face towel, mini towel, children's toothbrush and toothpaste gel, kids' slippers, and a bath sponge—very helpful. We booked a twin room and planned to push the two beds together but couldn't due to the nightstand in between and the bundle of cords behind it. Although we didn't use it this time, the lounge offered free coffee and smoothies in the morning and tea over rice at night—we'd like to try it next time. We used the coin laundry but found that even after using the dryer, clothes didn’t dry well. Also, while not necessary on every floor, having more microwaves would be appreciated.

    The lounge service was excellent.

    The lounge service was excellent. At night, I went out to eat okonomiyaki, but the line was too long, so I returned to the Hotel and enjoyed their ochazuke service. It seemed like there were services available most of the time as well. The Room was clean, the TV was easy to watch, and the bathroom had a washing area, making it very relaxing.

    Very satisfied. The staff were very polite and attentive. The public bath is not very large, so it can get a bit crowded depending on the time.

    Had a great stay.

    This falls under the category of a Business Hotel for me, but it has modern Facilities and thoughtful services like a happy hour with free drinks (including alcohol!), leaving a very positive impression. The lounge features terrace seating, offering an open and relaxing atmosphere. As expected, the terrace seats were popular among Western guests, who were enjoying their drinks in a laid-back manner. The international vibe was impressive, yet everyone was polite, reflecting Hiroshima's cosmopolitan nature. When I consulted the lobby staff about transportation options within Hiroshima city, they kindly assisted me—thank you very much. One downside was the public bath area. While I appreciated its presence, there was an issue with the narrow space where you remove your shoes and place them on shelves—it felt cramped. A thin wooden slat perpendicular to the entrance caused congestion at times. This could be improved by expanding that area or adjusting its layout. For instance, while I was removing my slippers to store them on the shelf, an elderly woman stood nearby blocking my way toward the entrance area; I couldn’t move forward without pushing past her awkwardly. Meanwhile, someone returning from outside seemed annoyed as they wanted to use that same narrow space. Despite these minor inconveniences mentioned above in detail—I must say overall satisfaction prevailed! Thank you very much!

    I was surprised.

    80% of our guests are from overseas, so our staff's English skills are excellent. This is indeed Hiroshima City, yet it feels like being abroad and was very enjoyable. The Room is functional, and the bathroom is spacious and comfortable. During happy hour, we enjoyed delicious late-night ochazuke (rice with tea). For breakfast, visiting early in the morning allowed for a smooth experience.

    It was excellent!

    Checked in at 5 PM smoothly without any wait and placed my luggage in the Room before heading to the lounge. Happy Hour had started, and I enjoyed champagne and a yuzu cocktail. The yuzu cocktail was absolutely delicious! Had dinner outside, then visited the public bath around 8 PM—it was not crowded. Around 9:30 PM, I went to the ochazuke bar, which had a variety of toppings and was very tasty! The breakfast bread was excellent, and the dry-style dan dan noodles were also delicious! The Room and public bath were clean, the lounge was fantastic, and I was extremely satisfied. If I visit Hiroshima again, I will definitely stay here!

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night for sightseeing. I arrived early to leave my luggage, but since it was still quite hot during the day, I was allowed to check in early. I appreciated this as I was tired from traveling. There were several complimentary services throughout the day, so I enjoyed my time within the Hotel. The happy hour starting at 5 PM was particularly delightful; relaxing in the lounge with a drink after sightseeing made me feel luxurious. The ochazuke had a variety of toppings, and the anago (eel) was especially delicious. A couple of minor concerns were that the key would come out too easily when opening the bath locker, making it difficult to open, and there were only two coin laundry machines which were always occupied. On a positive note, having the sink outside made it very convenient to use, and the pillow fit perfectly for a comfortable sleep. I would love to stay again in the future—thank you!

    This used to be my favorite accommodation, but for the first time I had an unpleasant experience.

    I travel to Hiroshima twice a month for business, and this Hotel had been convenient. I also liked the lounge service and stayed here repeatedly. However, this time I had a very unpleasant experience at the end (due to a staff member’s basic attitude), so from next time I will stay at another newly opened Hotel, even though it is farther from Hatchobori. To explain in detail: after checkout, I left my luggage with the Hotel. When my work was finished, I picked it up and asked a man at the front desk (who looked to be in his late 50s) which bus I should take from the nearest bus stop to get to the Bus Center. His first response was: “Huh?? The Bus Center?? Uh… I’ve never taken it, so I don’t know… I’ll look it up.” He looked genuinely shocked. After that, he stared at his PC in silence for about 7–8 minutes. There were two other staff members at the front desk, but he didn’t ask them for help. He also never said “Sorry to keep you waiting.” It was as if this was the first time in his life anyone had asked such a question—like I was making an unreasonable request—while repeatedly glancing at other guests lining up behind me (waiting to check in). After keeping me waiting so long, he finally said, “I still can’t find any bus information at all. It looks like Bus No. 29 leaves from in front of LABI, but I don’t know the times or frequency,” then circled “in front of LABI” on a paper map and brushed me off as if he just wanted to end it quickly. I had sprained my ankle and had a suitcase with me, and when I checked the rain forecast it looked like it would start raining within minutes—so I thought asking someone knowledgeable would be faster than figuring it out myself. That turned out to be a big mistake. The LABI-front bus stop in Hatchobori does not serve Bus No. 29; as forecasted, heavy rain started pouring down, and while getting soaked I looked it up myself and boarded from in front of the Asahi Seimei Building. I only asked because buses felt less crowded than streetcars and therefore more comfortable—but was that really such an inconvenience? Foreign visitors may not use the Bus Center often, but for Hiroshima residents and business travelers from nearby prefectures it is one of western Japan’s major bus hubs. At check-in they told me “Please feel free to ask us anything,” yet they couldn’t answer such a basic question—and instead of admitting they didn’t know or checking with other staff members—this made me seriously question them not only as hotel staff but as working professionals. If being treated like this is what happens when you ask for help, then honestly I should have just searched on Google from the start.

    Highly Satisfied!!

    The Room was spacious and clean, with a separate bath and toilet, as well as two sinks—everything was perfect! The breakfast was also delicious! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Hiroshima.

    It was comfortable (2 nights, 3 days).

    I always stay at this accommodation when I return to Hiroshima. The lounge offers different services depending on the time, and I enjoyed delicious options like late-night ochazuke. The room was clean, spacious, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. However, the refrigerator did not cool well enough, which was inconvenient during the hot summer. Additionally, the trash bin in the bathroom preparation area was overflowing with garbage, and there were hairs on the floor. It might be helpful to have a simple cleaning tool like a wiper available. I look forward to staying here again.

    Coin Laundry

    I ended up staying for three nights. Since it was extremely hot in Hiroshima, I wanted to do some laundry, but there were only two coin-operated washing machines, and one of them was out of order. Coin laundries are especially convenient during hot seasons. While I understand space limitations, I felt it would be helpful to have a few more machines available. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Accommodation Fee

    I stayed for three nights. The services, such as the ochazuke offering, were satisfying. However, I was a bit surprised by the significant difference in the Accommodation Fee. It is natural for prices to be determined by supply and demand, but staying in the same Room for three nights made it feel slightly inconsistent.

    Stylish, clean, and comfortable Hotel

    I stayed from 8/19 with my daughter for a trip to Hiroshima. Although it was a "No Meals Included" stay and we only used the Hotel for sleeping, it was very clean and had stylish, calming interiors. The location of the Hotel made transportation very convenient. The Facility was well-equipped without excess or deficiency, and during this extremely hot season, the large public bath was especially appreciated. We couldn't use the lounge due to timing issues on our part, but many other guests seemed to enjoy it. After checking out on 8/21 and planning to return home from Hiroshima at night, our Shinkansen stopped due to an accident. We urgently rebooked another night with a "Room Type Up To Us" option. Thank you very much!

    Every time you cheer

    The staff were very kind and accommodating, allowing us to have a relaxing stay. We appreciated the complimentary coffee, juice, and late-night ochazuke service. Next time, we hope to enjoy more of Hiroshima during our trip and stay here again.

    A simple and convenient Hotel in the city. The Room, large public bath, and lounge were clean, and the breakfast was very delicious. Thanks to the lounge service, I enjoyed wine and had a relaxing and pleasant time. I would definitely like to stay again.

    The lounge is exceptional.

    The lounge on the top floor offers a great view and has seats with power outlets, making it a comfortable place to relax. Since I can't drink coffee, I appreciated the variety of tea bags available—thank you! (Minus one star due to stains on almost all chairs at the large table, which might make some hesitant to sit depending on their attire.) The lounge provides different services depending on the time of day, so next time I'd like to try cocktail or snack time. By the way, the morning smoothie was served in paper cups placed on tables, resembling supermarket samples—a significant gap from the website's image photos. The Room had sensor-activated lights at the entrance! It felt welcoming and convenient when entering at night without fumbling with cards. However, inside was slightly dim and not ideal for work. The public bath requires guests to bring one large and one small towel from their Room. This meant moving to the changing area while still wet after bathing, leaving floors damp and feeling somewhat unhygienic—this was disappointing. Also, it would have been better if body towels weren't placed directly behind the toilet in rooms. Service quality varied significantly compared to other hotels in this class; however, I rated based on my positive experiences rather than averaging them out. The ability to check out from your Room was efficient—likely because reception is located on the top floor. As for meals, there were various vegetable-based dishes like yam and okra salad; however, using tongs made serving difficult—spoons might reduce congestion here. Additionally, there were few warm dishes available; combined with eating in an air-conditioned space reduced my appetite slightly—a minor disappointment. Reflecting back now—I’d love to stay here again when visiting Hiroshima next time! Thank you very much!

    It was very comfortable.

    This is my second stay at this accommodation. The deciding factor for choosing this hotel is the separate toilet and bathroom, but above all, the breakfast buffet is the highlight. There are many options for Western-style dishes, and all of them are delicious. I think it's the best among all the hotels I've stayed at so far. The room's cleanliness is excellent, and despite being in the city center, it’s very quiet at night. It’s a wonderful hotel that makes me want to stay here again when visiting Hiroshima.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located, the property is new, clean, and provided a very comfortable stay. The lounge service offered a well-balanced selection of drinks and snacks, and the local toppings for ochazuke were both fun and delicious. The breakfast featured plenty of vegetables, local dishes, and a wide variety of options that exceeded expectations—so much so that it was hard not to overindulge. However, it was disappointing to encounter a staff member with a harsh tone. As I’ve become a member now, I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Hiroshima.

    First Time at Intergate Hotel

    I stayed at Intergate Hotel for the first time. I chose it because there is a lounge available for all guests, and the reviews were very positive. Since the price was very reasonable, I honestly didn’t have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised in a good way. The room wasn’t spacious but was very clean, and the complimentary lounge, which also serves as the breakfast area, was quite large for a free lounge and even had terrace seating. If I may be greedy, it would be nice to have beer and more snacks available, but that’s just wishful thinking. When I mentioned it was my husband’s birthday, they kindly celebrated with us. It was a heartfelt celebration that we truly appreciated. We usually stay at hotels from the same chain every time, but now we’re interested in trying other Intergate Hotels as well. Thank you so much!

    We chose Intergate Hotel for our trip to Hiroshima. The Facility and Room were well-maintained, very clean, and provided a comfortable stay. We also used the lounge, which had spacious seating and offered a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again.

    Lounge Service

    The complimentary lounge service was excellent, even though I didn't use the alcohol-free hours. I was particularly impressed by the high quality of the ochazuke. Next time, I want to enjoy all the lounge services. If I had to mention something, the Room's refrigerator felt cheap and didn't cool well.

    Available for day use

    I booked a Day-Use Plan to rest before and after the live event in the heat. It was great that the lounge next to the front desk was available even for Day-Use guests. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable to sleep in. I planned to use the large public bath but ended up falling asleep and used the bathroom in my room instead. Since it was a unit bath, it was neither particularly good nor bad. Next time, I’d like to stay overnight and enjoy the large public bath as well.

    Great value for money and excellent service. Despite arriving early, I was able to park for an additional 500 yen, two hours ahead of time (which was very helpful as parking in central Hiroshima is expensive). I was also allowed to check into my room early, which I truly appreciated. The lounge offered drinks, snacks, and even ochazuke at night. The hotel's location is extremely convenient. The room was clean, the large public bath was relaxing, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. And at this price? It didn’t feel like a typical business hotel at all! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Hiroshima. Thank you so much!
