    I usually stay at your Osaka Umeda property. I have always been very satisfied with the meals and service, so I expected the same level here since it is part of the same group, but I was disappointed to find that the service differed by location. The front desk staff did their best to answer my questions, though. 1) The breakfast selection was far too limited. There were a few other items, but still. I understand that usage and guest volume may vary depending on the location, but I would appreciate more consistent service across properties. What I expect from a chain is the reassurance of receiving the same standard of service wherever I stay.

    Clean, great value for money, with a large public bath.

    The Room still feels new and was very clean, and it was great that the bath and toilet are separate. The wall-mounted TV was convenient because it’s easy to watch from the bed and can be adjusted. The check-in and check-out system was efficient, and I really liked that the lounge offers services depending on the time of day. I stayed after a concert this time, and since I was tired from a long trip, a quick bowl of ochazuke at the Hotel for dinner was more than enough. I’d like to stay again when I visit Hiroshima.

    Thank you for your hospitality. The lounge was excellent. The ochazuke and breakfast were both very delicious. The Room was spacious, and I had a comfortable stay.

    Reasonably.

    A very good Hotel, and I think the lounge services are excellent. However, it would be better if beer were free of charge, and it was disappointing that guidance during breakfast-time crowds was poor.\nI would have liked clearer guidance.

    Perfect for your Hiroshima trip

    This was my second stay. 　The front desk staff were kind, the facilities were clean, and the services—such as happy hour—were excellent. The breakfast buffet had a well-crafted and delicious selection, and I think it’s a very good Hotel. It’s also conveniently located near Hatchobori Station. 　When I stayed last time for a concert trip, the ochazuke served during happy hour after the show—when I was completely exhausted—was incredibly tasty, and I felt it was a truly appreciated service. This time I also used the afternoon tea service; both the drinks and light snacks were plentiful, and I had a wonderful time. 　However, when using the large public bath, I noticed a high-pitched noise when turning on the faucets. (The shower sometimes made a similar sound when running continuously for a long time.) I understand this may be due to aging equipment and can’t always be helped, but if it can be fixed with minor adjustments, I hope it will be improved. 　Other than that, I think it’s an excellent Hotel, so I’d like to stay again when I visit Hiroshima.

    You combined three separately booked one-night stays into the same Room for all three nights, which I truly appreciated. Thank you very much. You also accommodated a late check-out, and I’m grateful for that as well. However… Booking one night at a time ended up being cheaper than booking three nights together. I understand it may depend on timing and the Plan, but I wonder if something could be done about this… I also caused you trouble with cancellations and such. On the other hand, the coin laundry had changed. While it’s difficult to solve space constraints, I think switching from two fully automatic units to two washers and two dryers was a good change. With fully automatic machines, only two people can use them for long periods, but separating washers and dryers allows up to four people to use them. It felt like one practical solution. Above all, this is a Hotel that provides a comfortable environment. I would like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Wonderful Hotel

    I stayed with the No Meals Included plan. There was a minor misunderstanding at check-in, but it is a very good Hotel. The lounge access, the generous late-night snack, and the staff service were all excellent. Even after checkout, when I went to pick up my luggage, a male staff member said, “Please take a break before you go. Help yourself to a drink as well.” It was a hot day, so I really appreciated it. The Room was spacious and easy to use, and it offered great value for the price. I would like to stay here again.

    I used this property...

    I used this property for a business trip. It was a Multiple Night Stay, and the Room was well cleaned and maintained while I was out, so I had a comfortable stay. It is close to the elevator, and you can hear quite a bit of noise when people pass in front of the Room. You can even make out conversations, but fortunately there wasn’t much foot traffic, so it didn’t bother me. I stayed on the 7th floor.

    The in-Room dining service is good, but the Wi‑Fi is disappointing.

    The Room layout is practical. The food and service are good. However, the Wi-Fi is far too weak, and during busy hours it takes so long to load that not only can you not watch videos, even text pages take time to display. From waking up in the morning until checkout, it’s impossible to get any real work done. Very disappointing for a new Hotel.

    It was a very good Hotel.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality during our stay. The Hotel is in a very convenient location, and the Room was clean. The vanity area was spacious and easy to use, and it was quiet at night, so I slept soundly every evening. Breakfast was far from ordinary, with many healthy original dishes featuring plenty of seasonal vegetables, which I looked forward to each time and truly enjoyed. There were also various lounge services depending on the time of day, which allowed me to relax and have a wonderful time. The large public bath was clean and pleasant as well; however, even when no one seemed to be bathing, there were many lockers without keys that appeared to be in use. As a result, the number of key lockers available when I wanted one felt limited, which was a bit inconvenient and disappointing. All of the staff were kind and welcoming, and my stay was comfortable in every way. It was a truly wonderful Hotel that I would definitely like to visit again.

    Convenient Hotel

    I stayed here for one night before heading to Miyajima. It’s a clean Hotel, and the lounge—with sofas—is stylish. They offer drinks, simple snacks and bread, and depending on the time, wine and light bites as well; I felt the service was very attentive. However, my Room faced a main road, so I found the traffic noise at night quite loud, and I was also concerned that there was no changing area for the in-room bath. Other than that, it was a comfortable and convenient Hotel with easy access for sightseeing.

    Excellent value for money

    Located in central Hiroshima, it offered great access to sightseeing spots such as the Atomic Bomb Dome. I got hungry at night and had rice porridge in the lounge, and it was very delicious. The Facility was also clean. I think the breakfast is quite good for a Hotel at this price. It’s a great value Hotel, and I’d like to stay here again.

    It was convenient.

    It was clean and comfortable. However, the window was small and there were not many lights in the Room, so it was dark. It was hard to see when using the Room amenities or organizing our luggage. Happy hour on the terrace with free drinks was amazing!

    For concert stays

    The late-night ochazuke, breakfast, and complimentary sparkling wine were truly excellent. Especially after the concert, when I was tired, the ochazuke was soothing and delicious. Since I couldn’t drink alcohol during the concert, it was great to be able to enjoy free sparkling wine from the morning. 　However, it was a bit disappointing that the changing area in the large public bath was small and there was no open-air bath, and I also noticed dust in the corner of the washbasin. In addition, there was a lot of lint in the laundry dryer, so I cleaned the filter myself. If possible, I would like you to clean it as well.

    Beyond a Business Hotel

    I stayed here on a business trip, and before I knew it, I found myself thinking, “I want to stay one more night.” The lounge service was so generous that the afternoon snacks and drinks turned into a casual little party. I think I spent more time in the lounge than sightseeing in Hiroshima. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind. It felt less like a Hotel and more like a cozy secret hideout. Next time, I’ll make a Reservation at this Hotel before planning my sightseeing.

    It was a clean Room.

    Although it was a No Meals Included plan, the Room was very clean and I was satisfied. I’m not sure about the typical rates, but it felt like a good value.

    Comfortable

    Thank you as always. After check-in, I love relaxing in the lounge with a glass of wine and pudding, gazing out over the cityscape of Hiroshima below while casually planning my trip. The bed, bath, and overall Room layout are all very comfortable.

    The female staff member at the front desk was very kind and carefully showed us on a map where to go for dinner, which was truly helpful. We also traveled with an elderly person, and they brought a high bath chair to the Room bathroom, providing attentive service. The only drawback was that the parking lot was hard to find.

    The Facility is an excellent Hotel.

    The Facility is new, clean, and an excellent Hotel, but there was no guidance at all at check-in, and even when I was confused about the self check-in process, the staff ignored me. I wish they had told me the bathroom PIN code and about the lounge service at check-in. It was disappointing that I could hardly use the lounge service.

    Once again, I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. I always enjoy the breakfast—it’s delicious every time. All of the staff are also very pleasant. I usually bring my own bath salts, but it would be nice if they were available. I would love to stay again.

    The Room was as expe...

    The Room was as expected and not bad, but the lounge felt rough and not very relaxing. Since the front desk is on the 14th floor and the lounge is also on the 14th floor, there was constant foot traffic and it felt noisy. The cocktail-time snacks were limited, and there weren’t many drink options. The ochazuke service was appreciated, but at that time there was a very long line, which also felt less than ideal.

    Very satisfied!

    The Room was spacious, and I was able to relax comfortably. Thank you very much. I was also satisfied with the lounge and enjoyed drinks at a leisurely pace. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was delicious, but I would have preferred a quieter environment to enjoy it. That part was disappointing. However, this is likely an issue of parenting manners, not the Hotel’s fault, so please don’t worry about it. I would be happy to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Clean Room

    I chose this accommodation for the public bath, but it was too small to use. However, the Room's private bath was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was crowded, but the bread was delicious. I was concerned that the soup and other items were cold. It’s a bit of a walk from the streetcar stop. I participated in the morning walk at Hiroshima Castle held twice a month, and it was wonderful.

    Lounge Access

    The lounge offers a variety of drinks, which was great. Coffee can be taken out if you want to enjoy it in your Room. The location is excellent with a convenience store nearby. Taxi arrangements were also handled for us. Since we needed to check out early the next morning, we wished breakfast could start at least by 6:30 AM. Next time, I hope to relax and enjoy my stay more leisurely.

    Thank you for your hospitality. This was my third stay, and there happened to be a Kagura event. Unfortunately, I could only watch a little due to other plans. I am always very satisfied with the Hotel. I will stay again!

    It was my first time visiting Hiroshima. Thank you to the male staff member who kindly assisted me during check-in. However, I was concerned about the casual chatting of the female staff at reception and the attitude of the person who handled my luggage after check-out. Other than that, the Room was clean, and the lounge was great.

    It was comfortable.

    The location was excellent with no complaints. I did not use the large public bath, so I cannot comment on it, but if there had been information about the crowd status, I might have used it. I decided not to go as it seemed many people were heading there. The parking lot was full, but there was a convenient affiliated parking lot nearby. I would like to stay here again if given the opportunity.

    The service was excellent, and the stay was comfortable.

    Last-minute stay for 2 adults and a 2-year-old with No Meals Included. Upon check-in, we received amenities for the child, including a bath towel, face towel, mini towel, children's toothbrush and toothpaste gel, kids' slippers, and a bath sponge—very helpful. We booked a twin room and planned to push the two beds together but couldn't due to the nightstand in between and the bundle of cords behind it. Although we didn't use it this time, the lounge offered free coffee and smoothies in the morning and tea over rice at night—we'd like to try it next time. We used the coin laundry but found that even after using the dryer, clothes didn’t dry well. Also, while not necessary on every floor, having more microwaves would be appreciated.
