    Second Stay

    The access from Takanawa Gateway has improved, making it much more convenient. The staff are pleasant, and above all, the cleanliness is excellent. Side note: Some slightly upscale Business Hotels have a small window with blinds that can be opened or closed between the bathroom and the bedroom (this Hotel included). What is this for? If used after going to bed, light enters the bedroom, which can be quite bothersome. Larger hotels considered luxurious sometimes have similar but larger openings; however, this one is completely blackout-capable. Perhaps it's imitating such designs? Not entirely sure.

    A rare Hotel with baby cribs. Great access and highly recommended!

    Stayed for a wedding in Shinagawa. The baby crib provided for our 0-year-old was very helpful. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious, and the spacious seating at the breakfast venue made it relaxing. It was also great being close to the rapidly developing Takanawa Gateway Station, allowing us to explore various places!

    The professional service of the front desk staff made for a pleasant stay.

    I stopped by the front desk to leave my luggage before check-in as my wife was not feeling well and requested a quiet Room. They prepared an absolutely perfect and comfortable Room for us. Although a different staff member was at the front desk during check-in, the person who initially assisted us noticed our situation while helping another guest in English from a distance. They promptly came over at the right moment to confirm our Room arrangement. Their actions were incredibly professional and impressive. I felt their genuine care for ensuring guests have a pleasant stay, which truly showed their expertise. Although I realized later that we hadn't received breakfast tickets and had to return to the Room from the breakfast venue to search for them, this minor inconvenience didn't bother me due to how positively impactful my interaction with that front desk staff member was. Thanks to them, we had an enjoyable stay!

    Sound Sleep

    The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was especially spacious, and the pillows and duvet were fluffy and excellent. I had a great night's sleep. Thank you very much!

    It was compact and clean.

    It was a clean Room in a convenient location, but it was a bit cramped for two people to open their suitcases. However, there was a washing area in the bathroom, so we could warm up our cold bodies.

    We had a wonderful time.

    Recently, I have been spending my New Year holidays at this Hotel. The clientele is good, and I was able to have a very relaxing time. I am very satisfied with the bath. The Room cleaning was thorough, and I had a very fulfilling time. Thank you very much.

    Close!

    I had been curious about this place for a long time, but due to its location, I never had the chance to stay until now. There is a lounge exclusively for guests (free), but the lounge has set hours and was almost unusable. It's very disappointing, especially since there are hotels where you can use the lounge 24 hours a day. A lounge where you can't even have coffee during check-in and check-out is boring. The amenities are not stylish at all, with only the bare minimum. The bathtub is small, but having a separate bath and toilet with a washing area is highly rated! The showerhead seemed to be a selling point. I was troubled by the lack of a baggage rack in the room. From the room on the top floor, I could see the beautiful night view of the Rainbow Bridge. What concerned me the most was the service. The female staff were all pleasant (especially the female staff member in the lounge at night, who had a great smile), but I was surprised that the three male staff members I met during my stay all lacked smiles. It's a shame. At check-out, there was no place to sit while waiting for my companion (there were a few seats, but they were occupied), and I thought it would be nice if they opened the large lounge, which was closed outside of operating hours, so we could sit. It seems they haven't considered the customer flow. With the development around Takanawa Gateway Station, the prices might rise quickly. At the current price, it felt cheap, but I think there are hotels of the same rank with better service and facilities. Overall, it's close! So I hope for corporate efforts.

    Very beautiful.

    The Room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious, but it was a bit disappointing that I got sick (was it the raw vegetables?). However, the Room was clean and the bathtub was sparkling, so it was great. It's a Hotel I would like to use again.

    Last-minute stay with my mother!

    I had to stay suddenly and used it for the first time. The room was clean, with storage, shelves, and a closet compactly and conveniently arranged. The water facilities were very user-friendly, and the bath was separate with glass walls, allowing for a relaxing soak without feeling cramped. The bed was also good! I had a relaxing time. There was also tea and snack service. The front desk staff were smiling and courteous, and I would like to be taken care of again. Thank you very much!

    It was a wonderful city Hotel.

    Close to the station with excellent access. It's a new Hotel with a great view! I like that the Room has a bath and the toilet is separate! It's reasonable for the city center, and I'm grateful for the free soft drink bar from 3 PM to 9 PM. I always drink lemonade. It's very delicious. The convenience store nearby is also convenient. Breakfast is a buffet, but I hope they increase the menu! I would like to use it again! Thank you very much.

    I would like to use it again.

    Disposable slippers, bathrobes, and body towels are also provided, and it was nice that the bathtub and washing area were separate. Although I stayed on the top floor, I was slightly bothered by the noise from construction and cars. I stayed for two nights, and the cleaning and replenishment of amenities were done properly, allowing me to have a very comfortable stay.

    The building is stil...

    The building is still new, so it was clean and nice. It would have been nice to have tissues in the bathroom as well. I headed towards Takanawa Gateway Station as it seemed a bit closer than Shinagawa Station, but due to construction, I had to take a big detour. At this stage, I think Shinagawa Station is closer.

    Stay with Miyako Quality

    I used this place for a sudden business trip. Despite it being late at night, the courteous service instantly relieved my fatigue. The bathroom is separate from the toilet, allowing for a relaxing bath experience. It's also close to Shinagawa Station, which was very convenient. I think the cost performance is excellent.

    It was comfortable!

    Due to the construction at Takanawa Gateway Station, it felt a bit far from the station, but the Hotel itself was clean, and the service was courteous, allowing for a comfortable stay. (There was no problem with the station construction as I had checked the information in advance.) The breakfast variety was not extensive, but there were hot potatoes and other items, which were delicious. I will be in your care again. Thank you very much.

    Recommended Hotel

    It was such a wonderful Hotel that it was almost regrettable that the actual stay time was mostly sleeping time, as I reserved it just for sleeping this time. I returned to the Hotel just in time to possibly use the lounge, but there were many foreigners, so I ended up not using the lounge and returned to my Room. The Room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to relax, especially enjoying the bath, which might be why I slept soundly that night. I would definitely stay at this Hotel again if I have the opportunity.

    Meaningless

    I had a pleasant stay. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the rest sofa is awkwardly sized and doesn't face the TV. It's not something you can really relax on. Also, I wonder what purpose the small window in the bathroom serves. Light shines onto the bed, which is bothersome.
