    Overall satisfied.

    Booked this accommodation after getting an unexpected day off. The check-in process was completed quickly, possibly because I had done the pre-check-in procedure. The room was clean and satisfactory. I went for breakfast almost as soon as it started, but despite being a buffet, there were only bread options and just one oven available. Naturally, I had to wait for the person before me to finish. At least two ovens should be provided. Other menu items were not as abundant compared to buffets at other hotels, which felt a bit disappointing. While there were vegetables and dessert-like items, there weren’t many side dishes available. If I stay here again in the future, I might consider eating something purchased beforehand instead of having breakfast here. It turned out to be an overpriced breakfast—unfortunate experience overall.

    It was unfortunate.

    The location was good, and the Room was clean, so I wanted to use it again, but... The sanitary trash from the previous guest was left in the toilet, so I have given this evaluation. I have stayed at various Hotels, but this is the first time I have encountered such a Hotel, and I was very surprised. I understand that people can forget things... There was no particular apology at the time of checkout either. It's disappointing.

    Exquisite pudding

    There were scratches on the room door and the toilet door, which surprised me at first, but it seems the doorknob interferes. There were scratches on the doors of every room. There was no problem in terms of use. It would be appreciated if the lighting brightness adjustment could be a bit more detailed. However, since the accommodation fee is cheap, it's acceptable. It was a plan with breakfast included. Everything I ate was delicious. Among them, the pudding was exceptionally delicious. It might have been to my taste, but it was the most delicious pudding I've had recently. As a souvenir from Kanazawa, I bought 2 or 3 types at Emza or the station, but this one was tastier. I think I will tell the people I meet from now on.

    I stayed to relax by...

    I stayed to relax by myself. The room was a Superior Double, and the bed was spacious and very nice. However, when I went to the bath, it wouldn't open with the card key, so I inquired at the reception. They said that for women, it won't open without a white card. Do you not have it? When I said I didn't have it, they immediately brought the card to the bath for me. The bath had yuzu in it, probably because it was the winter solstice. It was also pleasantly hot. The plan included breakfast, which was Western-style, and I particularly enjoyed the variety of salads. I would like to stay again.
