    Clean and convenient!

    My mother, my husband, and I stayed here. One of the beds was a sofa bed, but it was comfortable and we had no issues. There was a shelf unit with a refrigerator between the two beds and the sofa bed, and it also worked well as a table during our stay. It was very convenient, with Kenrokuen Garden and the Kanazawa Castle Park area, Omicho Market, Hiramipan, and other spots all nearby. Since we were traveling by car, we drove around for sightseeing during the day. We borrowed bicycles around 19:30 on our check-in day and again early the next morning (there are about four bikes, so availability is luck). Using the bikes made it much easier to see the nighttime illumination at Kanazawa Castle Park and to visit Kenrokuen early in the morning. It was cool at night, and leisurely cycling around was also enjoyable. For parking, there was a nearby lot for 800 yen per 24 hours, so we used that. As mentioned in other Reviews, the large public bath and changing area are a bit small. Still, it was better than taking turns using the bath in our Room. A hair dryer was provided in the Room as well, so we used it there. I also heard there is a smoking area on the 13th floor where the large public bath is located; there was some smell—maybe leaking from the door? However, once you pass through noren curtains into the changing area, I didn’t notice it anymore. In front of reception on the first floor there were sofas. At night (until around 23:00), free hot coffee and roasted green tea were available—possibly using café seating as well—and I saw guests relaxing together there. Most of all, I was happiest that both our Room and this Hotel were very clean. The bathroom and toilet were combined in our Room, but since there is a large public bath available I only used it as a toilet. The location is extremely convenient overall, so I would definitely recommend this Accommodation when sightseeing in Kanazawa!

    It was comfortable.

    Breakfast was very delicious, with plenty of vegetables. The Room was also comfortable, with a large bed. The large public bath was crowded until late, so it was disappointing that I couldn’t relax. Omicho Market is very close by, so I was able to go out before check-out. The parking lot was full, but since I checked in late, I was able to park at a nearby paid parking lot at a reasonable price.

    Convenient.

    The market is right next door, and the parking lot is behind the property—nothing to complain about. Is it new? It was clean and well maintained. The bath isn’t large, but I was happy it was available. Thank you very much.

    First time using this service.

    This was my third visit to Kanazawa, and I chose this Hotel for this trip. It’s small, but it has a bath, which felt better than bathing in the Room. Breakfast is mainly Western-style, and everything was above average in taste. The parking lot is a Times lot on-site, so it isn’t exclusively for guests, which was disappointing. It was full, but I barely managed to park in the neighboring lot and avoided any trouble. Other than that, I was very satisfied with this Hotel.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    Omicho Market is so close it feels like it’s next door, and major sights such as Kenrokuen Garden and Higashi Chaya District are also within walking distance. There’s a convenience store nearby as well—an excellent location. The Hotel Room was clean and comfortable, with the toilet and shower Room separated. The large public bath and open-air bath on the top floor were also wonderful. If I go to Kanazawa again, I’ll definitely stay here again. I was extremely satisfied with this Hotel.

    The Facility was clean, and we had a comfortable stay.

    Although I checked in late at night and checked out in the morning, making it a short stay, I enjoyed the bath and sauna. It was a bit disappointing for sauna lovers that there was no cold plunge bath or relaxation area, but the large public bath was clean and nice.

    Highly satisfied.

    The bed was extremely comfortable, and I was very satisfied. I usually can’t sleep soundly in a Hotel bed, but I slept so deeply that I gave up using the large public bath early in the morning and ended up checking out right at the last minute. Next time, I’d like to use the large public bath in the early morning as well.

    A Delicious Winter Trip to Kanazawa

    This is my second stay since my last trip to Kanazawa. It’s close to Omicho Market, has a separate bath and toilet, and although small, there is also a large public bath, making it very comfortable.

    Kanazawa

    It was close to Omicho Market, and they also stored our luggage after checkout, which was very helpful. Since the large public bath has only five washing stations, there was sometimes a wait depending on the time. In the morning there were only about three people, so we could relax.

    The Hotel was clean and well-maintained, but...

    It was a clean and nice Hotel. Breakfast is bread only—no rice. The salad was delicious, and I was satisfied. What was disappointing was that when I went to the large public bath, the changing area and washing area were crowded, and people were lining up naked. On top of that, one of the few shower stations was broken, so the guest who sat there didn’t know what to do. A foreign parent and child got angry and started shouting. Since the bath itself wasn’t crowded, it seems the main issue is that there are far too few changing-room spaces and washing stations compared with the number of guests.

    Highly recommended accommodation

    I have stayed at many Hotels around the world, including Japan, and this Hotel is one of my favorites—easily in my top five. The value for money, Room size, location, Room layout, the size of the in-room bath, cleanliness, staff service, stylish interior design, and convenient parking are all outstanding. If I stay overnight in Kanazawa, I can’t imagine choosing anywhere else. The only thing is that if there were a Japanese breakfast option, it would be 120 out of 100. Without meals included: 100 out of 100.

    Great value for money

    Both the Room and the common areas were well cleaned and felt very clean. There were many adult guests, and although many foreign tourists were staying there, it was relatively quiet. The Onsen is not large by any means, but I went during a less crowded time and was able to bathe comfortably. I used it for a business trip and felt it was good value.

    Stayed for 3 nights with no meals included!

    Functional and very nice! The room was spacious, the bathroom in the room was large, and the sofa was big as well—Good. However, the YouTube on the TV wasn't working well, which was a bit inconvenient. The market, Emza, and convenience stores are nearby, so meals were not an issue. The hotel's breakfast is Western-style, stylish, and delicious. I recommend trying it at least once! If I had to point out something negative: the bath is closed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. For those staying multiple nights who want to relax in the bath during that time frame, it might be a little disappointing. But the water quality was great—I usually have issues with chlorine irritation but had no problems this time. There’s also an open-air bath and sauna available; plus a small gym which is nice to have. There’s even a coin laundry and microwave for convenience—no complaints there! Oh—but there’s a smoking area on the public bath floor that made it smell like cigarettes—that's one downside. Despite mentioning some negatives here, they didn’t bother me enough because everything else was so good! This has become my go-to accommodation in Kanazawa now—Done with my decision! Haha. Thank you very much!

    The breakfast is excellent.

    The location is very convenient, being almost next to Omicho Market and within walking distance of Kenrokuen Garden and Higashi Chaya District. Overall, it was an ordinary Business Hotel, but the breakfast here was Western-style and exceptional, surpassing the quality of typical Business Hotels. Since the market next door mainly offers Japanese cuisine and seafood, a Plan with breakfast included is highly recommended.

    Choose based on breakfast, location, and room.

    The twin room was spacious, and having the toilet and shower separate was a nice touch. The location is very convenient, just steps away from the market and within walking distance to Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle Park. The breakfast, featuring a variety of dishes made with local ingredients, was delicious. The public bath is extremely small. Even though we tried to go during less crowded hours, it quickly became busy, so I wouldn’t recommend expecting too much from it. The bathroom in the room itself was spacious enough that I felt it was better to use that instead of the public bath. My companion fell ill during the night, so we were grateful for being allowed to extend our checkout time until our scheduled Shinkansen departure. They also kindly accommodated us by allowing me to bring breakfast back to the room since my companion couldn’t join at the dining area. One slightly disappointing aspect was when I asked if I could take breakfast back to our room; their response felt somewhat reluctant: “It’s fine if it’s just bread and drinks.” Similarly, when requesting a late checkout extension beyond 1 PM due to my companion's condition, they initially stated that 1 PM would be their limit. After explaining that we were willing to pay for an additional night or any extra fees necessary for a few more hours’ extension, they eventually agreed based on an hourly rate calculation. While they did accommodate both requests in the end, I feel like a simple gesture such as asking “Is your companion feeling okay?” or showing concern for their health would have left me with a more positive impression of this accommodation. Perhaps my expectations were influenced by comparing this experience with another hotel where staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality during our previous stay.

    We greatly appreciat...

    We greatly appreciated being able to store our luggage both before check-in on the day of arrival in Kanazawa and after check-out. The Musashigatsuji/Omicho Market bus stop was very convenient as a base for sightseeing in Kanazawa.

    Drawn to the sauna

    I had a very reasonable stay. The twin room for single use was spacious, and the bunk bed-style room was fun to use. I chose this accommodation because of the sauna, but it would have been perfect if there was a cold bath. Since I believe saunas and cold baths go hand in hand, that was the only disappointment.

    The building and app...

    The building and appearance were clean, but there was some dust in the corners of the bed and a contact lens was found on the floor, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there were only enough towels for the number of guests, so after using them at night for bathing, there were no fresh ones available in the morning. While reusing them is possible, it would have been preferable to have new ones.

    Highly Satisfied

    I have stayed at over 20 accommodations in Kanazawa, and this one ranks quite high for me. Great value for money, clean, excellent service, separate bath and toilet, large public bath with sauna, delicious breakfast, nearby spacious contracted parking lot, and a convenience store just around the corner. It feels like it has everything I look for in an accommodation. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Kanazawa.

    The location is convenient, and I have stayed here several times. When attempting to check in using the QR code prepared for pre-check-in at the check-in machine, it resulted in an error both last time and this time, requiring counter assistance, which feels inconvenient. Check-in starts at 3 PM, and early arrivals wait in the lobby. However, when check-in begins, there is a rush of people. It would be better if guests could check in based on their arrival order. I use the public bath regularly; however, the changing room floor is always wet and unpleasant. Providing towels that can be placed underfoot in addition to foot mats would be appreciated. There seemed to be construction on another floor as I heard knocking sounds repeatedly during the night and drilling noises in the morning, which was disruptive. Other than these issues, I was generally satisfied with my stay.

    Great location, excellent service, and top-notch cleanliness – the perfect triple three!

    This was my second stay after several years. The accommodation is conveniently located near the Musashigatsuji intersection, making it easy to access various tourist destinations. The separate bath, toilet, and sink were practical and clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. Although I didn’t use the public bath, I appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing a bath stool in the room’s bathroom. Concerned about recent news of bedbug outbreaks, I sent an email in advance requesting thorough cleaning. The prompt and positive response reassured me and made my stay even more pleasant. Although I can only visit once a year or less frequently, I would definitely choose this accommodation again for my trips to Kanazawa!

    Delicious breakfast

    Hotel Review I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during a trip to Kanazawa with two of my mom friends from Tokyo. Each of us had a spacious room, allowing us to relax and enjoy our own time, which was wonderful. Above all, the breakfast was excellent. The salad was fresh and incredibly delicious. Even my friend who usually skips breakfast enjoyed a big plate of salad in the morning and felt satisfied. She mentioned wanting to stay here again when visiting Kanazawa. I'm glad they were happy with the experience, and I've already started recommending this hotel to others around me.

    I had a relaxing time.

    It was a rainy day in Kanazawa, but I enjoyed a relaxing time alone in the spacious room. Everything, even the water, was stylish and uplifting. I was a bit surprised by the large number of foreign guests staying at the accommodation. The proximity to Omicho Market is definitely a plus.

    Located right next to Omicho Market, the access was excellent. Check-in was simple and smooth, which was great. Amenities were not abundant, possibly due to reduction efforts, so it's recommended for women to bring their own essentials. The breakfast buffet came highly recommended by others, and the salad was delicious! The public bath wasn't very large but included a sauna, which was nice. However, there were punch-like marks on the room wall covered with transparent tape, which I didn't like—but considering it's a budget accommodation, it might be understandable.

    Great value for money

    I stayed in a twin room. I had made a reservation in advance, but when I saw a very reasonable price closer to the date, I canceled the reservation and booked again. The separate toilet and bath were also nice. Being close to Omicho Market was convenient for shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. For security, there was a door before the elevator hall that required scanning a card key to open. Considering the amount I paid, I felt grateful to stay at such an excellent hotel.

    Room cleaning and TV time adjustment request.

    The first Room had a sofa covered in hair, and when attempting to clean it, it was found to be full of dust. After requesting a Room change, I was taken to another Room that already had four pieces of luggage inside. I waited again in the hallway until the key was brought. Upon entering the new Room, it was too hot due to the heating being on, and I had to wait over 10 minutes in the lobby for the air conditioning to cool down. The check-in process took an hour. The TV in the Room showed a time discrepancy of 1:20, making it impossible to view the program guide. Last week’s Room TV also had a one-hour time difference. Please adjust all TVs’ internal clocks to Kanazawa time. It’s disappointing as young staff members are working hard.

    Overall satisfied.

    Booked this accommodation after getting an unexpected day off. The check-in process was completed quickly, possibly because I had done the pre-check-in procedure. The room was clean and satisfactory. I went for breakfast almost as soon as it started, but despite being a buffet, there were only bread options and just one oven available. Naturally, I had to wait for the person before me to finish. At least two ovens should be provided. Other menu items were not as abundant compared to buffets at other hotels, which felt a bit disappointing. While there were vegetables and dessert-like items, there weren’t many side dishes available. If I stay here again in the future, I might consider eating something purchased beforehand instead of having breakfast here. It turned out to be an overpriced breakfast—unfortunate experience overall.
