    Multiple Night Stay

    This is my go-to place for business trips. I am very satisfied with the location, room, and large public bath, but when staying for multiple nights, I feel that a bit more variety in breakfast would be nice... Overall, I am very satisfied!

    Used again for a business trip.

    I like it and keep coming back. The cleanliness of the Room and the spaciousness of the large bath are very good. Especially recently, as the temperature has dropped, being able to enjoy an open-air bath is very pleasant and earns quite a lot of points...!

    It was comfortable.

    It is initially difficult to find Exit 4 from Shin-Osaka Station, but once you get used to it, access to the Hotel is easy. I didn't have breakfast, but the dipping noodles offered for lunch were delicious, so I might opt for breakfast next time. The large public bath was also clean, and I was able to enjoy it slowly and comfortably. I recommend this Hotel. The only concern was the overactive air conditioning in the guest room corridors (cold).

    Multiple Night Stay

    I am using it for a Multiple Night Stay on a business trip. I am satisfied with everything, including the Room, the large public bath, and the location of the Hotel. It would be perfect if there was a sauna, but I like the spaciousness of the large public bath and keep coming back.

    Very satisfied!

    I used it for a business trip. The Room is clean, and I am very satisfied with the point that I can relax in the large public bath, the location of the Hotel, etc. I am going to a place within walking distance from the Hotel for work, and it was the best in this area.

    Cold bath and trash...

    Before 4 o'clock, the temperature of the large public bath was almost like water. I contacted them, but it took time to warm up, and I couldn't relieve my fatigue... In the room's basket for taking to the bath, there was a melted ice candy, probably from the previous guest! I used it without noticing and was surprised. Even when I told the front desk, there was no confirmation like "Did your clothes get dirty?" just a simple "Sorry." The taste of the breakfast was good.

    New Hotel

    Since it is a newly built Hotel, it is very beautiful and clean. The Room is small, but since we only stayed for 13 hours and went to the large public bath, it was really enough just for sleeping. It was less than a 5-minute walk from the station, which was closer than expected and good. The staff were very kind. Thank you very much.

    I will use it again!

    It is a bit far from Shin-Osaka Station, but I think it is within an acceptable range. The Facility is well-maintained, the large public bath is spacious and easy to use, and the staff's hospitality is excellent, making it a very satisfying stay. I also enjoyed the delicious "Yonaki Soba" (Wakame Soba) like the Yonaki Soba at Dormy Inn!

    Ordinary Hotel

    I have used it twice. It is useful when I want to return to Tokyo on the first train. I like large public baths and look for such hotels, but near Shin-Osaka, if you want a reasonable one with a large public bath, this might be it. The affordable pricing is helpful when I just want to take a bath and stay overnight.

    Overall, the design ...

    Overall, the design was new, stylish, and clean, but the reception staff lacked smiles and didn't leave a good impression. The most disappointing part was when my luggage was returned, and a stranger's bag was placed on top of my carry case. I was surprised and said, "This is not my bag," to which the response was just, "Oh, is it not?" Is that something that should normally happen? I was shocked. I would hate it if I were in the opposite position. The luggage storage area was insufficient, and the bags were lined up in a passageway where anyone could pass by, making it easy for them to be taken away unnoticed. Also, I was looking forward to renting a bicycle, but after completing the procedures, the bike I was given had a flat tire and couldn't be ridden. The tire was visibly flat, so how could they not notice? Don't they inspect it before lending it out? I had to change my plans and borrow it on another day. The response at the time when I couldn't ride due to the flat tire didn't leave a good impression on me or my companion. The good point was that the foreign cleaning staff greeted us and were pleasant. I think the training of the reception staff should be reviewed.

    The surroundings are convenient.

    The bathing area was spacious, and I was satisfied. Other aspects were good as well. I will be staying here again.
