    A functional and clean Hotel

    This was my first time staying here. The price was reasonable, and the late-night soba was incredibly delicious, so I was really looking forward to breakfast. Breakfast more than lived up to my expectations—I was very satisfied and would love to stay again.

    The late-night soba was delicious.

    It was conveniently located close to Shin-Osaka Station. Our family of three stayed with No Meals Included, but complimentary late-night soba was provided and it was delicious.

    Exceptional breakfast

    As the title suggests, the varied Japanese-style breakfast was very delicious. The Room was also clean, and the large public bath was a comfortable space.

    Breakfast is good.

    I’ve stayed here before, and in this area, it’s still the best choice if you’re looking for a large public bath and a sauna. At other Business Hotels I often stay without breakfast, but the breakfast here is very satisfying!

    Very good.

    It was my first stay in a while, and both the Room and the bath were very comfortable—once again, I was reminded how wonderful this place is...! It’s a bit disappointing that the price has made it harder to stay here for business trips, but I’d love to stay again.

    Would love to visit again.

    The staff were very friendly, and the Hotel was exceptionally clean. The complimentary ice cream and soba were delicious, and the breakfast buffet was visually enjoyable with great taste as well. I would love to stay here again when I visit Osaka.

    Expected too much.

    The small refrigerator in the Room did not cool at all, even when adjusting the temperature knob. The TV's clock was significantly off, and the room lighting flickered when dimmed even slightly, making the Room's Facility disappointing. The public bath had limited washing areas, requiring a wait for availability. Overall, it was underwhelming.

    A Hotel with Meticulous Attention to Detail

    The Hotel staff at the front desk and dining area are all women, providing attentive and detailed service. The breakfast buffet was abundant and very delicious. I will use this Hotel again when visiting Osaka.

    It's a bit of a walk...

    It's a bit of a walk from the station, but you can stop by a convenience store on the way. The room was clean and easy to use. The best part was the free late-night soba noodles. I saw good reviews about it, so even though I was exhausted after returning from the Expo and thought about skipping it, I made an effort to go eat. The broth was exquisite, and the soba had a chewy texture—absolutely delicious! I'm glad I went. Even now, we still talk about wanting to have it again.

    Delicious breakfast!

    I had a wonderful 2-night stay. The accommodation is located slightly away from the main street, making it quiet and peaceful. The large public bath was also very relaxing. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast. The breakfast venue is in the space of a soba noodle restaurant on the first floor. True to its roots as a soba restaurant, every Japanese side dish made with carefully prepared dashi broth was delicious. Additionally, their "Soba Restaurant Curry," a dark-colored curry infused with dashi, was incredibly flavorful and left me deeply impressed. Although I felt exhausted from the crowds and heat at my trip's destination, Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai, staying at this hotel truly rejuvenated me.

    Accommodation for Expo Travel

    I stayed here for my trip to the Expo. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the Shin-Osaka Shinkansen ticket gate. You can also leave your luggage in advance. There is a convenience store (Lawson) on the way to the hotel, making it easy to grab late-night snacks. Guests can enjoy complimentary soba noodles at the hotel until 11 PM, which was a delightful perk after walking around at the Expo—it really hit the spot! The guest rooms are clean, and in addition to that, the public bath area offers Dyson hair dryers and two massage chairs, creating an environment especially appreciated by women. However, there are only four washing stations in the public bath area, so if you visit during peak hours, you may have to wait your turn. It would be even better if there were updates on congestion levels available!

    Reasonable and flawless. Breakfast is excellent.

    The Room is compact, clean, and equipped with minimal yet practical amenities. The public bath was unexpectedly spacious and very relaxing. Highly recommended for those who just need a place to sleep. Adding breakfast might be a good idea—it’s a complete Japanese-style buffet. While there are salads, the variety of side dishes like freshly fried tempura, okra hijiki, lightly simmered eggplant, and more is impressive. As the restaurant specializes in soba noodles, it offers plenty of dishes featuring dashi broth such as grated yam dishes. I even had two servings of chawanmushi! The late-night soba was perfectly portioned with Kansai-style dashi that had just the right flavor balance. I’d love to stay here again when visiting Osaka!

    I stayed for 2 night...

    I stayed for 2 nights. The Room was a bit small but clean, with a two-seater sofa that made it comfortable. There was a large public bath where I could relax and recover from fatigue. The ice pops after the bath were also delicious. The meals were very elaborate and tasty. Since I didn't request cleaning during my 2-night stay, I ran out of toilet paper; having a spare would have been nice. Overall, the service exceeded the level of a typical Business Hotel, and I am very satisfied. Thank you!

    The breakfast is absolutely delicious!

    The soba at night is delicious, and the breakfast is especially tasty. The bath is spacious and enjoyable, but the temperature in the changing room was too low, making it cold. There was also some sand accumulated in parts of the bathtub, which made me wonder if the bathwater was being drained and cleaned properly. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were pleasant. I truly felt like I experienced staying at an Onsen accommodation.

    The Room was clean, and having a large public bath was especially great. The bath is open until 2 AM, allowing us to relax and recover from the fatigue of sightseeing. Additionally, services like free ice cream and soba noodles added a nice touch of value. The staff were all very courteous. I would love to stay here again.

    I stayed the night before because I had to go to Itami early in the morning. The Room was clean, the late-night soba noodles were delicious with good broth, and the bath, like a public bathhouse, was relaxing and warm. I was very satisfied.

    I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    I used it for the first time during a concert trip. It is located in an easy-to-understand place almost straight from Exit 4 of Shin-Osaka Station (?), and since the area around the building is quiet, you can spend your time calmly. There is a convenience store along the way, making it easy to handle unexpected situations, so I thought it was a good location. There are no amenities in the Room, so you need to get them at the front desk. I chose a Plan with a large Room and found it really spacious. There was a comfortable sofa to relax on, and the bed was on an elevated platform with an atmosphere that gave me my favorite Japanese feel, making it worth splurging. Although it's called a large bathhouse, its scale is modest with only five washing areas available; it seems challenging when crowded. I thought that if they had something like APA Hotel where you can check bath usage status from inside your Room...it would be more convenient. Regarding meals, I had soba service at night and breakfast. The soba had a gentle flavor and was pleasantly filling for late-night hunger; breakfast buffet focused on Japanese cuisine featuring salmon, fried chicken (karaage), ginger pork (shogayaki), curry rice dishes such as katsuobushi shavings made by yourself along with raw eggs or natto were abundant choices enhancing appetite—Agedashi tofu tasted delicious too! There were no complaints about customer service or services provided but seemed slightly understaffed which might make things tough sometimes. Though expenses may increase slightly due to this stay's costliness yet given its excellent location combined well-appointed Rooms plus satisfying dining experiences overall satisfaction remains high enough that should any business arise again within Osaka area surely consider returning here once more—thankful indeed!

    I want to make it my regular Property for business trips to Osaka.

    The newness of the Facility, the usability of the Room, and the large public bath were all comfortable and great. The fresh and friendly atmosphere of the staff was also wonderful. The breakfast had a wide variety, and everything was truly delicious. I would like to use it again when I am on a business trip to Osaka. It takes about 10 minutes even at a brisk pace from the Shinkansen ticket gate at Shin-Osaka Station, so it might be a bit challenging for those with a lot of luggage...

    Overall, it was very wonderful, but...

    Despite the inconvenience, the staff were very kind, the breakfast buffet (especially the tempura) was much more delicious than expected, and the large public bath was very spacious and comfortable, making the overall experience wonderful and satisfying. However, there was just one point of concern. I tried to buy a drink from the vending machine near the large public bath, but it did not accept new bills, and unfortunately, I did not have any old bills or coins, so I couldn't make a purchase. If I have the opportunity to use it again, I hope that new bills will be accepted by then.

    It was closer than I thought.

    The location was better than expected, the breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast staff were pleasant. One concern was that the Room was extremely dry, and even though I used a humidifier, it didn't improve much. I think a more powerful or newer humidifier would have made the stay more comfortable. In the summer, I don't think there would be any problem at all.

    Wonderful

    As mentioned in other Reviews, the service and hospitality with a moderate sense of distance felt comfortable. The breakfast was to my liking and very delicious. There were so many options that I couldn't try them all, so I plan to save some for my next visit.

    If you are familiar with the area, you can get there without getting lost, but if it's your first time, you might get a little confused. I think it's a very ordinary and easy-to-use Hotel. The Review seems to be a bit too high.
