    The shower water pressure might be a bit weak...

    I stayed here while attending a certification course near Shin-Osaka. I chose this place for its location and price. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, so I rated the bathroom 2 stars, but overall it was satisfactory. The shampoo and other amenities were good, but having some instant coffee or tea available would have been nice. The air conditioning worked very well.

    It was a good Hotel.

    Located about a 5-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, the hotel was clean and in a great location. The price was also relatively affordable considering its proximity to the station. Nearby, there are convenience stores like Seven-Eleven and FamilyMart, as well as restaurants like Nakau, making it possible to get food and drinks even late at night. There were welcome drinks and a comic space available; however, these facilities were not in the building where I stayed but in another building. It would have been helpful if this had been explained during check-in. During my stay, there was one instance of cleaning during the day. However, after cleaning, the staff left the room key inserted when leaving the room. When I returned at night, I found that both the lights and air conditioning were left on. While this alone wouldn’t have been an issue, they had set the air conditioner to 19 degrees Celsius during cleaning, which made my room feel like a refrigerator by nighttime. Aside from this incident, it was truly an excellent hotel! If I have another opportunity to stay around Shin-Osaka in the future, I would definitely choose this accommodation again—just hoping for extra care with removing room keys after cleaning!

    Conveniently located near the station and comfortable for a good night's sleep.

    I chose this Business Hotel with cost in mind as my stay was short, arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. The compact yet clean twin room, along with a full set of amenities and loungewear, made it convenient for just sleeping. The location is excellent, being right near the Midosuji Line exit, which is very convenient for subway users. With hotel prices in Osaka soaring in recent years, these kinds of Business Hotels are greatly appreciated when the purpose isn't to enjoy the hotel itself. I will consider this as one of my options again—thank you!

    The service was disappointing.

    Although the policies were explained at the beginning, the service was disappointing. 1) Changing gowns or bath towels is only done upon request. 2) Razors must be purchased separately. 3) There are many foreign staff members, and the level of hospitality felt lacking (for example, no “welcome back” or even a nod when guests return to the Hotel). It did not feel like service worth JPY 8,500 per night. Sorry to say this, but standard APA Hotels or Toyoko Inn feel more attentive. With overtourism increasing the number of international visitors and pushing up Accommodation Fees, it may be unavoidable—however, I believe the service should match accordingly.

    Slightly disappointing.

    The Room was clean. All the staff were kind! Unfortunately, when I turned on the air conditioner in the Room, it smelled like a damp cloth for quite a long time.

    Once you stay here, you’ll realize how close it is to Shin-Osaka Station.

    Thank you for upgrading me from a single to a twin! When I headed to the Hotel before check-in, I didn’t know that Exit 7 is the closest exit from the Midosuji Line platform, so I ended up walking around and getting a bit lost. It was a very hot day, so I was drenched in sweat. The service was excellent, and the Room had no issues (except for the view from the window). There was also no noise from nearby rooms. I’d like to stay here again next time!

    Directions from the station

    After dark, the walking route to the Hotel was hard to find, and it took quite a long time. I would like you to post the map available at the front desk on your website as well. The Facility was old, but it was convenient that the toilet and bath were separate. It was also nice that the bathroom had a washing area. With breakfast included on Saturday, it was good value for money. Thank you.

    Bamboo amenities were not provided.

    I made a Reservation under the [SDGs Support Plan] with bamboo amenities, but it seemed that only a toothbrush was placed in front of a plastic cup. Compared to other Plans, the price was slightly higher, but since it included amenities, I did not Change the Reservation. What amenities were actually included? (Thank you for allowing me to check in early.)

    Good for a simple stay.

    Within walking distance from Shin-Osaka, though it’s a bit of a walk. There are several convenience stores nearby, which was very convenient. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a washing area, making it comfortable. By the way, the sofa in the room is very firm! I only stayed for sleeping purposes, so it was more than sufficient. Thank you for your hospitality. Breakfast was included in the accommodation fee, so I used it. Normally it's 1,800 yen; that feels a bit expensive to me. The front desk staff were kind and helpful as well. Overall, there were many inbound guests staying here, which felt slightly... off to me.

    No repeat stays.

    The bathroom and toilet are separate, which was a reason for the reservation. The staff were friendly, but all were from overseas. Accommodation Tax was charged at double the rate for one person per night, which was confusing. No elevator security; linen room doors in the hallway were always left open. Room cleaning was the worst among all accommodations I have stayed at—stains on the floor, black mold residue in the bathroom, dust falling repeatedly from the toilet ventilation fan, and dirt everywhere. I had to clean with disinfectant wipes myself. The separate bathroom and toilet layout felt awkward as well. Security concerns made me leave lights on while sleeping with my bag in bed with me. I couldn't sleep well or relax at all during my stay. Unfortunately, I will not be returning here again.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    I stayed at SARASA HOTEL Shin-Osaka for one night during my trip, but I decided to extend my stay for another night. When I called to inquire, the staff handled it very smoothly. They were kind and provided detailed guidance, which gave me a sense of reassurance. The room was clean, equipped with all necessary facilities, and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, making it an excellent choice in terms of accessibility. If I ever need accommodation around Shin-Osaka again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

    We had a comfortable stay! We were also happy with the Room upgrade. We were able to use the free drinks, but it was a bit inconvenient because they were located in a different building. Also, there were only hot drinks, so it would be nice to have cold drinks as well. We would like to stay again!

    Location and View from the Window

    Exit 7 on the Midosuji Line is recommended. Perhaps because it was late at night, there were few people around, and since it is located a little off the main street, it might feel scary for a woman traveling alone. However, because it is not directly on the street, there was no outside noise. I stayed in the South Wing in an even-numbered Room, and when I opened the curtains, I was facing an apartment corridor right in front of me. On the Hotel side as well—possibly to place outdoor AC units—there is a narrow passage outside the window. I hope not, but I couldn’t relax because I wondered if someone could climb over from the apartment side, so I couldn’t open the curtains. Inside the Room, there were places with roughly applied black tape that looked like post-repair work, and some buttons did not respond. Since you can’t adjust brightness, it’s either on or off. Other than that, everything was compactly arranged, and both the Room and bathroom were clean. This isn’t related to the Hotel itself, but early in the morning for quite a long time (maybe Chinese guests?), loud chatting woke me up. Even after an hour I could still hear them; when I opened my door and looked down the hallway (they were 3–4 Rooms away), we made eye contact. When I gestured “shh,” they went back into their Room looking apologetic and it became quiet. It seems they had left their doors open and were talking loudly from one Room to another across from each other.

    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied because my Room was upgraded and it was clean. However, I was disappointed that there was no complimentary water. There was a free coffee service, but the cups had run out. The location near Exit 7 of the subway station was very convenient. I would like to stay again.

    The Room was clean and pleasant. It was conveniently located close to the station. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I was able to enjoy a satisfying meal. It was also nice to be able to take coffee and other drinks back to the Room and relax while enjoying them.

    Very convenient

    Just a 5-6 minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, affordable and convenient. The front desk service was excellent, and though the room was compact, the space was well-designed. Perfect for a last-minute stay just for sleeping—highly satisfying.

    Japanese guests are not recommended to stay.

    It may be unavoidable that most of the staff are foreigners, but during my two-night stay there was no Room cleaning at all, including towel replacement. When I requested towel replacement, I was told that they should have explained at check-in that cleaning is only provided for stays of four nights or more, but in fact nothing was explained at check-in. I also had to request towels and toothbrushes each time. I will never use this place again.

    Stay for 3 nights

    I stayed at this Hotel for three nights. The website provides a clear, step-by-step route to the Hotel with photos, so I was able to get there without getting lost. There are also many convenience stores around the Hotel, which was very convenient, and it was quiet at night, so I could relax. The front desk staff greeted me as soon as I entered the Hotel, and check-in was smooth. Check-out was also easy since I just had to drop the key in the mailbox. When I requested towel replacement, they prepared enough towels for everyone on the door handle, which really helped since it didn’t add to my luggage. However, around 9 or 10 a.m., I could hear loud voices from what seemed to be overseas housekeeping staff reaching my Room, which bothered me a little. I appreciate them keeping everything clean, but if possible, lowering their voices a bit would make it more comfortable throughout the day. It’s close to the station, and everyone at the Hotel was polite and friendly—overall a very comfortable stay!

    The breakfast is excellent!

    The grade was upgraded again this time, allowing me to enjoy a spacious and comfortable Room. The bed was neither too hard nor too soft, and although I usually don't sleep well at Hotels, I had a comfortable sleep here. And the breakfast! For this price (excuse me!), it was very satisfying. This will definitely be one of the Hotels I choose when visiting Osaka again! Also, the reception staff were very kind and accommodating. This is another high point. Thank you very much!

    I had a reservation for a single room for a multiple night stay, but I was provided with a twin room and had a very comfortable stay. The access from Shin-Osaka Station was convenient, and it is also within walking distance of Hankyu Minamikata Station, making it an ideal location. The complimentary coffee and tea service were much appreciated.

    The staff at the reception were excellent! It's a bit disappointing that the razor is not free, but the Room was clean and nice. I will use this service again!!

    First time using it ...

    First time using it for a business trip. Searched for a Hotel around Shin-Osaka Station to return to Tokyo Station by 9 am the next day. The price is reasonable, and breakfast is available from 6 am, so I chose this Hotel. The staff, starting with the front desk, are kind. The meals are acceptable for this price. The Room is somewhat small and lacks a cloakroom, but it is clean and quiet, allowing for a comfortable sleep. I am considering using it again next time.

    The desk workspace could be a bit larger It would be better to have a razor How about the windows facing those of another building of the same Hotel when opened? The location is quite good, being fairly close to the station Convenient with a convenience store nearby

    Use for day use

    Affordable, the Room was clean. The bath also had shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap with a pleasant fragrance. I am definitely considering repeating my stay. I am grateful for a satisfying experience.

    The Room was clean, but the TV is wall-mounted and there isn’t enough space behind it, so I couldn’t plug in my Fire TV Stick, which was disappointing.
