  Affordable and well-located. The entrance smells nice.

  Perfect

  I originally booked a smaller semi-double Room, but since there was availability, they upgraded me to a spacious double bed Room at no extra cost, which was great. Most amenities were provided, including both curling and straight hair irons, a hairdryer, and all the shampoo and conditioner were from ReFa, which was impressive. The bathroom was clean with a high-quality shower that was easy to use. Breakfast included options like making your own burger, salads, and more variety, which I enjoyed. I would love to stay here again.

  Convenient Accommodation

  - Excellent staff hospitality - Walking distance from JR Osaka Station and close to convenience stores - Quick recovery from a minor mistake with efficient response - Easy-to-use room switch layout - Conveniently shaped heat-resistant glass cups - Complimentary drinks available in the lobby *Note: The provided loungewear seemed to double as a bathrobe, which was not suitable for sleeping.* Overall, despite some minor drawbacks, the experience was positive. I would stay here again when visiting the area.

  A standard business hotel

  I visit Osaka every 1 to 2 months. I often stay near Umeda, and I had a regular hotel, but when I searched, the price had gone up significantly from the 5000 to 6000 yen range to over 10000 yen, so I decided to look for a new place and chose this one. It's conveniently located just a few minutes from the exit of the Whity underground mall in Umeda, so the location is not bad. The response from the front desk staff was also fine. I thought the room was small since I've been staying in larger hotels recently, but considering the price, it seemed reasonable. You take only the necessary number of amenities from near the front desk, so I checked in and took them to my room. The room had a dark, calm atmosphere, was clean, and there were no issues. The drinks were a bit sparse with just one regular coffee, and I think it would be perfect if there was also tea (tea bag). Overall, it was neither good nor bad, and if you're just going to have dinner after work and then go to the hotel to sleep, it might become my regular place from next time... However, when I made a reservation for the next time, it was over 10000 yen, so I looked for another place.
