    It was still reasonably priced and comfortable, but…

    I stay here about four or five times a year. It remains comfortable and reasonably priced. However, amenities are no longer freely available, which felt a bit disappointing. Also, while I understand it’s unavoidable and I’m happy to support the eco-friendly policy of using up toilet paper rolls, the previous guest had used them almost completely, so I had to go to the front desk to get more.

    New and clean

    It was a clean Hotel and conveniently located near the station. The Room was small, but the bathroom was separate. However, since there is a large public bath, I used that instead. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    Comfortable

    Since the station is on the west exit side, it was slightly inconvenient, but the Hotel was clean and bright, and best of all, the bath and toilet were separate, so I had a comfortable stay. It was also nice that there was parking available. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Thank you very much.

    I only found out upon arrival that a parking Reservation was required. I would have appreciated clearer information at the time of booking. Fortunately, there were plenty of parking options nearby, and it was inexpensive even for a full day. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The Room was spacious and clean, so I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also delicious—especially the curry. There were three types of pillows on the bed, but unfortunately none suited me, so I couldn’t sleep soundly.

    The bath and the Roo...

    The bath and the Room were very nice. One downside was that there were only two elevators, and during busy times it was difficult to get on.

    Too many inbound tourists.

    As I felt last time as well, there are simply many groups of international guests, which shows this is a popular Hotel. The Facility may feel a couple of generations old, but it is well cleaned and comfortable. Since you are successfully attracting inbound travelers, you might consider raising prices to prepare for renovations.

    When I tried to use ...

    When I tried to use the electric kettle, there was a long hair stuck to the inside of the lid (not mine). I was also concerned about dirt such as mold in the in-room bathroom. I know it may be difficult, but I would like cleaning to be done more thoroughly. The air conditioner was set to cooling only, and it was cold. (It helped that heating became available partway through—perhaps someone informed you.) There were several times when the elevator took a long time to arrive, or arrived full so I couldn’t get on. The staff were cheerful and left a good impression. Thank you very much.

    Overall, I’d say it was fairly good, but there were a few small points that made me wonder. First, at check-in I was told there would be an information sheet in the Room about cleaning, but I couldn’t find it. It turned out I had to scan a QR code on a paper in the Room, so I would have appreciated a more accurate explanation. Also, there was no alarm clock or shoe-shine paper (which are usually provided at other Hotels). As for the bathroom, there was only a faucet for filling the bathtub, which made things like washing my face inconvenient. If you’re going to have just one faucet, it should be longer. One more thing felt very strange: for sorting purposes, I placed an empty plastic bottle on the floor right next to the trash can. It wasn’t collected, and instead a note was left saying they won’t collect anything not inside the trash can because it could be a guest’s valuable item. But is an unwashed empty bottle left on the floor really something that would reasonably be considered “valuable”? If items outside the trash can won’t be collected, I wish that note had been placed from the start.

    The air conditioning is not working well, and the hallways inside the building are cold.

    The hallway from the elevator to the Room was barely heated and felt quite chilly. It was the first time I’ve ever felt this cold inside a Hotel. Since this Hotel also has a large public bath, guests go back and forth between their Room and the bath, so I would like the indoor areas to be kept properly warm. The air conditioner in the Room also took a long time to heat up even when set to a higher temperature on high. There was only coffee in the Room, and I would like at least some tea bags (standard green tea is fine) to be provided. When basic amenities commonly found at most Business Hotels are missing, it leaves a strong impression that something is lacking.

    Overall, it’s good.

    Close to the station Good value with breakfast included The bed was very comfortable Both the breakfast and the café were great The bath was pleasant to use It was also nice to have laundry facilities I stayed for a few days during a break from work. Since it was the snowy season, I couldn’t go out much, so I would have appreciated a reading space somewhere in the Hotel. Overall, it was great. I’ll come again when the weather is nicer.     The gap between the satisfying aspects and the unsatisfactory ones is significant.

    This time, as I traveled all the way to Noto and had a schedule where I was mostly just returning to sleep, I chose this place for its proximity to the station and reasonable price. There were significant differences between what I was satisfied with and what I wasn't. **What I was satisfied with:** - **Close to the station** The building is visible from the west exit of the station, so it was easy to find without getting lost. - **Breakfast featuring Kanazawa specialties** The breakfast included many local dishes from Kanazawa and was very delicious. Especially, the Kanazawa oden and fu French toast were even better than those at restaurants. - **Separate bath and toilet with spacious layout** Since I was exhausted, it was nice to relax in my room without having to go all the way to a public bath. **What could be improved:** - **Refrigerator not cooling properly** Even if you bought cold drinks from a vending machine, they became lukewarm after a while. Trying to chill mineral water didn’t make much difference either. It’s fine in winter but would be critical in summer. - **No coffee or tea bags provided despite free mineral water being available** While it's great that free mineral water is included, there were no coffee or tea bags provided—I wasn’t sure if we needed to bring our own. Overall, it was comfortable staying here! Thank you for your hospitality!

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station, new, and very convenient. I stayed alone, but I was impressed that the large public bath was available and the Room's bathtub was also spacious. It's suitable for two people as well, but I appreciated the affordable rate for solo travelers. Recently, most slippers are thin and unusable, but these were sturdy traditional ones—washed, disinfected, and reusable—which I thought was great. I also liked that it only had what was necessary without any unnecessary items.

    Felt it was not cost-effective.

    Although I should have researched in advance, I was surprised to find no sleepwear such as yukata or pajamas provided, which is uncommon for accommodations in Japan. Additionally, while there was a kettle, there were no tea bags available. Had I known this beforehand, I would have purchased some at a convenience store. A colleague who stayed at a more affordable hotel closer to the station on the same day mentioned that these amenities were provided there. Next time, I will consider choosing another accommodation.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Close to Kanazawa Station with a convenience store nearby, making it very convenient. Although I couldn't park inside the Hotel due to car width restrictions, there were plenty of parking lots nearby, so it wasn't an issue. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the Room was compact but well-cleaned. However, the air conditioning could only be set to heating or ventilation mode, so I couldn't cool down after a bath. Since it was raining, I had to open the window for some fresh air. The public bath featured cloudy water and a reclining bath area, which was very relaxing. During my Multiple Night Stay with eco-cleaning selected, I wished they had replaced not only towels but also the yukata provided in the Room.

    Separate is nice.

    A stylish and clean Hotel with spacious Rooms, highly recommended. The separate toilet and bath, with a bathtub and washing area apart, are particularly excellent. Amenities are slightly lacking as there are no disposable slippers or free drinks. Breakfast is average, with only one dish representing Kanazawa cuisine.

    Bathroom with a washing area is a delight.

    I stayed one night in a Moderate Twin Room. Amenities like toothbrushes and brushes were available near the elevator, and I took what I needed. The room was clean with towels and bottled water provided. However, I found it inconvenient that there were no tea bags or towel racks by the sink. The bathroom had a washing area, so I didn’t use the public bath, but it seemed spacious with plenty of washing stations. The shampoo and other products were from POLA with royal jelly, leaving my skin moisturized and refreshed. Breakfast didn’t have an extensive variety but included items like Kanazawa curry and nodoguro soup. The staff’s cheerful greetings made for a pleasant morning experience. The fabric slippers were comfortable to wear. With breakfast included at an affordable price and easy access to the station via an underground path, it was very convenient!

    Third time this year

    This was my third stay this year. Whenever I visit Kanazawa, I always choose this accommodation. It's easy to find from the station, the room is comfortable, and having a convenience store nearby is very convenient. I'm delighted to stay here at such an affordable price. Thank you to the front desk staff for always providing polite service. I really like the spacious bath, but I felt that the water pressure in the shower was weaker compared to my previous stays—could it be due to the floor level? I hope it will be improved next time and look forward to staying here again when I visit Kanazawa!

    Please improve staff service.

    When entering the breakfast buffet, I attempted to hand my meal ticket to the staff in front of me, but was ignored. When I asked for a reason, I was told, "Reception is not allowed yet." With only about 10 minutes left until the buffet ended, blinds directly behind me were forcefully being stored while I was eating. Concerned about dust, I requested them to wait. During this conversation, a man who appeared to be the kitchen manager approached and said, "I would like to discuss work matters; may I have some of your time?" He mistook me for a Hotel employee and began consulting without confirmation. Before checking out, cleaning tools were scattered across the hallway to the point where it was impassable. While understanding that tidying up is necessary step by step, ensuring passageways are clear and minimizing noise should be within common courtesy. The Facility itself is good; however, I hope for improvements in staff behavior. Overall impression: it felt "lax."

    I would love to stay here again.

    I first used this accommodation in March and had a comfortable stay, so when I suddenly needed to make a reservation, I chose this place without hesitation. When booking accommodations, I always look for hotels with separate bath and toilet facilities. This hotel is relatively close to the station, easy to find, reasonably priced, and offers clean and comfortable rooms. I would definitely like to use it again whenever I stay in Kanazawa in the future. I already have a reservation for my stay this summer as well. Looking forward to staying here again! Thank you!

    It was the best trip ever!

    I stayed here for a two-person trip with my mother before giving birth. I had read the reviews before making the reservation, and while the service was, of course, very polite and pleasant, what stood out most was the delicious breakfast buffet. Additionally, the large public bath was clean, and the onsen was very relaxing—a truly refreshing space. The room also had drip coffee available, so I could enjoy coffee in my room in the morning. It turned out to be an incredibly satisfying stay! I would love to stay here again when visiting Kanazawa! Thank you very much.
