    It is becoming an excellent Hotel.

    This was my third stay, after staying in October the year before last and again this March. The biggest highlight is definitely the Onsen. It was great even before the renovation, but this time they’ve removed unnecessary elements, added what’s needed, and expanded it overall. The relaxation room before entering the Onsen is quite spacious, and it’s a great place to unwind afterward. The open-air bath used to have a lot of plants, but they’ve reduced them so they’re no longer in the way. The temperatures are around 37°C and 40°C in both the open-air bath and the large public bath, making it easy for children to enjoy as well—so families can feel comfortable. One Facility feature I really appreciated was the coin laundry. I believe it was added sometime last year; it wasn’t there when I stayed the year before last, and that was quite inconvenient. I only had breakfast, but it was quite good. Some people who want to line up at Disney early might feel a breakfast-included Plan is unnecessary, but for them, the discounted breakfast voucher (20% off) that you can buy the day before is a great option. Access is also easy—it’s less than 10 minutes by shuttle bus from Maihama Station. After the renovation, they added a new floor called “SPA+.” For about +950 yen, you can use the hot stone sauna (ganbanyoku), sauna, footbath, and a relaxation room with unlimited manga—perfect for spending time at your own pace. I didn’t find anything inconvenient. If I had one wish, it would be having a convenience store nearby or inside in the future instead of just a shop. That said, the shop still carries most essentials, and there are vending machines in many areas as well. I’ve stayed at several Hotels around Disney area hotels , but I think Maihama SPA & Eurasia is number one.

    Onsen & Scenic Views

    I love this Facility! I’ve loved it even more since the renovation. You can fully enjoy the night view, the spacious Room, and the Onsen... I think staying for just one night after a Disney trip is a waste. However, it’s disappointing that the breakfast restaurant doesn’t have enough seats for the number of guests, so there is a wait time.

    SPA only

    I stayed here because I was planning to visit DisneySea. From check-in, the service was terrible—staff looked annoyed and spoke in a flat, matter-of-fact way. Even when I asked questions, I only got one-word replies. The Room smelled, so I asked to change it, but the new Room was extremely far from the elevator. Dining at the restaurant was overpriced for how unsatisfying it was. The SPA was wonderful, and it felt salty—maybe because it uses seawater. The ReFa shower head and hair dryer were great, and the Onsen left my skin feeling smooth. Next time, I might come back only for the SPA. I can’t recommend staying overnight.

    Great value for money—very satisfied with my stay.

    We stayed on a great-value Plan with a 9:00 a.m. check-out. It was very convenient after Disney, about a 5-minute ride on the free shuttle from Urayasu Station. The newly reopened, renovated spa was very clean and spacious, and it also had a natural Onsen—perfect for soothing our tired legs after walking all day. The guest room wasn’t brand-new, but it was well cleaned and spacious enough. The breakfast restaurant also seemed to have just been renovated and was very nice, and the buffet selection was excellent, with items like steak and sashimi even in the morning. We went to breakfast at 7:00 a.m. and were seated right away, but by around 8:00 a.m., many people were already waiting outside. If there’s another good-value Plan available, we’d definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.

    A must-have for enjoying Disney Resort to the fullest

    We stayed here with our 6-year-old grandchild (as a celebration for starting elementary school in April) to visit Disneyland on Day 1 and DisneySea on Day 2. 1) The free Shuttle Service from Maihama Station was very helpful. The driver was also kind, which we really appreciated. 2) We arrived at the Hotel in the morning on Day 1, completed check-in procedures, and left our luggage with the front desk. When we returned from Disneyland at night, thanks to pre-check-in we were able to pick up our key and luggage and head to our Room in just one minute. 3) On the 4th floor of the main building, there were spacious baths with a great variety of tubs, and the Onsen soothed our tired bodies. 4) The morning of Day 2 was a bit busy, but breakfast starts at 6:45, so we could walk to DisneySea and be lined up at the entrance before 8:00. We were lucky that day because it opened at 8:45. For breakfast, the chocolate croissants and freshly baked pizza suited our child’s taste, so we could fuel up for the day from early morning. 5) Check-out is also quick—if there’s no payment due, you just return the key to a box. After waiting in so many lines at Disney Resort, we appreciated these thoughtful touches that let us avoid waiting at this Hotel as well. 6) Ideally we would have liked to relax more at the Hotel too, but it was a shame that we didn’t have time to enjoy our stay there fully. Everything was very clean, all staff were kind and helpful, and they added even more wonderful memories to our Disney Resort trip. Thank you very much everyone.

    Highly satisfied!

    The accommodation offers a large public bath with an open-air section, which was free for guests and very enjoyable. The breakfast was also delicious. The frequent shuttle bus service and the 5-minute travel time from Maihama Station were very convenient. Fireworks could be seen from the room! However, the room was far from the front desk, and one of the card keys was broken. Since many areas require a card key for access, it was inconvenient when moving separately from family members. I would love to visit again!

    Check-in

    Check-in took almost an hour. When it was my turn, it only took a few minutes. The Room was spacious, which was nice. I didn’t mind where the Room was, but it only had a shower. If some Rooms have a bathtub and others don’t, I wish this had been clearly stated at the time of Reservation.

    No construction work during the year-end and New Year holidays!

    I booked expecting a spa, but it was under construction. During the New Year holidays, we stay at the Hotel to relax from work fatigue, so more consideration would be appreciated. We came as a family of four and a family of two. The family of two got an accessible Room, while the family of four got a standard Room that felt cramped. Our main thought was that it would have been better if the Room with a bath had been assigned to the family of four.

    Close to Disney

    Affordable Hotel Close to Disney! Next to the front desk, there is a convenience store-like shop where you can buy daily necessities, light snacks, alcohol, treats, and Chiba souvenirs—very convenient. The spa was under renovation and unavailable during our stay, but I was surprised that the bathwater in the room was Onsen water! It must be tough to maintain, but it was a blessing for my tired body after walking all day. I’d love to stay here again!

    Suitable for younger generations.

    I stayed to refresh myself in a room with an Onsen. The bath was nice, but my elderly mother had difficulty standing up due to the lack of grab bars and slippery surfaces, which made it challenging to assist her. There were also steps in areas like the restaurant and restrooms, and I tripped because I wasn’t paying attention to my footing. Although I wanted to elevate my injured leg, there were no cushions available, and the room amenities felt very basic. I believe these issues might not be a concern for younger generations, and it was ultimately my choice that led to this experience. The next morning, as I couldn’t walk properly, the staff kindly brought breakfast to our room and assisted during check-out for which I am very grateful. However, since the fall occurred after being approached by staff near a step in the restaurant area within the Hotel premises, it seemed their awareness of such incidents differed from that of older generations. The meals were delicious and staff members were kind; however, this Facility seems more suitable for younger and healthier guests.

    It exceeded my expectations.

    It was a Hotel I booked on short notice, but the Room was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent, and I would definitely want to stay here again next time.

    Last Chance Before Renovation

    I decided to stay for two nights to make the most of it. Upon arrival, I noticed that the breakfast venue had been relocated to the 6th floor and looked much nicer. I did like the oasis on the 2nd floor, but now you can enjoy a view of the park from the windows, which is a great improvement. It seems they are operating while gradually renovating various areas. Rooms with Onsen access allow you to enjoy Onsen even during renovations, so there are still options available. After returning from the park, if going to the public bath feels like too much effort, having an Onsen in your room helps you relax and recover without carrying over fatigue into your second day.

    Stayed at the accomm...

    Stayed at the accommodation near Disney with a room assigned by the facility. The room was on the Disney side, and it was great to see the fireworks at night. The large public bath had various types of baths, which were very relaxing. However, the receptionist's service was unpleasant. As it was my first time using this accommodation, I wanted to have a pleasant experience.

    The carpet has a lot of dirt.

    The moment I entered the room, I was immediately put off by the amount of dirt on the carpet, raising concerns about hygiene. The slippers seemed to be reused to the point where threads were coming loose, and to top it off, there was a white stain resembling leftover toothpaste on the pants of the provided room wear. The towel from the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and there was trash in every corner under the hairdryer area, which made me feel uncomfortable. Upon checking other reviews again, I found similar complaints and realized how important it is to carefully read low-rated reviews before choosing a hotel. Although management responds with apologies and promises for improvement in their comments, it seems insincere as nothing has changed. I didn’t request cleaning during my 3-night stay because I assumed they wouldn’t clean properly anyway and worried they might replace items like bedding with even smellier ones (as mentioned in other reviews). On my first night, I couldn’t sleep at all and couldn’t enjoy Disney as planned; though canceling from day two crossed my mind, it felt too troublesome so I stayed. It’s such a shame because this hotel has great potential with its onsen and good location. Even if prices increase slightly, disposable slippers should definitely be provided for better hygiene standards.

    The Onsen and meals ...

    The Onsen and meals are excellent! If I had to make a suggestion, the room's refrigerator is small and doesn't cool well, so I was concerned about storing dinner bento boxes and drinks.

    It was very good, I'll come again next year.

    I always use this Property when staying at DisneySea. It's about a 15-minute walk, and the Onsen attached is excellent. After a full day of fun, the Onsen at the Hotel feels amazing. It was a Multiple Night Stay, but the Room was cleaned nicely, and new water was provided, for which I am grateful. All the staff are pleasant, and I think it's a Hotel where you can feel at ease when you return. Due to the increase in Disney visitors from inbound tourism, check-in takes time, so it would be helpful if you could check in using a machine if you have time.

    Maybe I expected too much.

    It was an enjoyable year-end trip. The room felt old and difficult to use, perhaps because it was not in the new building. The reservation was finally available, so maybe my expectations were too high... It took a long time to check in, and I was confused by the lack of signage for the Maihama Annex parking lot.

    Onsen was amazing! The hospitality was overflowing!

    Stayed after visiting Disney. The Onsen was a natural hot spring, and the breakfast was delicious, leaving us very satisfied. One point is that the hairdryer seemed damaging to the hair, so an ion dryer would have been appreciated. Also, it would be nice to have amenities like lotion in the Room if possible.
