The facilities were ...
The facilities were new and clean, but it would have been better if the shop had a wider selection of items. Above all, the number of guests did not match the layout or size of the dining venue, and with no queue etiquette it was difficult to enjoy meals. Although it was described as an Onsen, all the baths were lukewarm, and people crowded into the hotter tub, so I ended up just washing and leaving.

I was satisfied.
This was my second stay since the renovation, and I was very satisfied with both the baths and the meals. I really appreciated having towels provided in the bath area. I hope there will be some measures to ease the crowding at the breakfast buffet.

Park and Hotel
True to its name as a “Spa & Resort,” the baths were exceptionally varied and the sauna facilities were excellent, making for a very satisfying experience. The Room we used also had a bathtub spacious enough for one person to relax in, plus an Onsen tap, so we were able to unwind comfortably. Access to the parks is a bit inconvenient. There is no direct bus to DisneySea; if you use the Hotel shuttle bus, you need to go via Maihama Station and transfer to the Disney Resort Line. On foot, it looks close on the map, but you have to take a detour and it takes about 20 minutes to reach the gate. Taking a taxi is recommended. Dining after park closing… After enjoying the park until closing and returning to the Hotel, we missed last order at the restaurant and couldn’t get dinner. However, there is a small shop next to the front desk where you can buy items like rice balls and cup noodles. The breakfast buffet was almost full by 7:30 with waiting lines, so I strongly recommend going right after it opens. This time we were able to rest our bodies slowly in the Onsen, and overall it was a very satisfying stay. It seems there are also Facilities available late at night with an additional fee called “Spa+,” which I’d like to try next time as well. I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

This is my second stay.
I use this Accommodation when visiting Disney. The spa was under construction during my previous stay, so I was looking forward to it this time. Both the sauna and the Onsen were very relaxing and helped me recover from fatigue. I would like to stay here again when visiting Disney.

The futon is...
I was very shocked. After enjoying the bath and going to sleep, I noticed the futon smelled like urine… It may be a family-oriented floor on the third level, but I don’t even know how to describe it… Unacceptable. I thought about telling the front desk when checking out, but I wasn’t sure what tone to use, so I ended up saying nothing. You don’t have to post this Review, but my birthday trip with my child was supposed to be a happy memory, and it was disappointing.

The staff’s response at the final checkout ruined everything.
Personally, my overall rating is 0. First, the Hotel itself had no particular issues. The spa and the Facility aspects—such as the free Shuttle Service—were good. However, when I asked about shipping my luggage at checkout, the male staff member who assisted me (I will not name him here) was extremely condescending and dismissive. It instantly ruined my mood for the rest of the trip, which was very disappointing. This was especially disappointing because at check-in I was helped by a female staff member in training whose sincere effort really came through and made me want to support her. I understand that Yamato deliveries may be outsourced and not directly handled by your team. Still, when I asked what I should do and how many days it would take, he said things like “There’s a form there—fill it out and bring it back.” When I asked about Kyushu (since there was a caution note), he replied, “Just as it says there.” When I then asked if he could explain it to me, he said, “You can tell by looking.” After I asked again, he looked himself and finally said something like, “It’s outsourced so we don’t know—sorry.” I wasn’t demanding same-day delivery or free shipping or anything unreasonable. Honestly, I was shocked that a simple service inquiry could be handled in such an unpleasant way. If anything, I feel this person should be receiving guidance from the staff member who is still in training. I cannot write his name here on this site, but I will provide it directly to the Hotel. As long as that person works there, I will never stay again.

A lovely smile
This was my second stay. As I felt last time as well, it was inconvenient that the floor numbers don’t match between the new wing and the main building. The dining venue also feels small for a Hotel of this size, and by the time we left around 8:00, several groups were waiting outside—so I was glad we came early. It was also disappointing that the man in a chef’s uniform at the live kitchen was unfriendly; even when I said thank you, he didn’t respond at all. Other staff members were very polite and welcoming with great smiles, which made it even more unfortunate. As expected from a Hotel that promotes its spa, the baths were excellent. As someone who loves hot springs and baths, I really enjoyed them. The smiles and service from both the dining staff and the male spa staff were truly comforting—being pleasant really matters. If possible, I would also appreciate a shuttle bus to DisneySea as well. Even though it’s close, walking about 20 minutes is tough in summer. If these points are improved, I would like to stay again if given the opportunity.

The open-air rooftop bath with Golden Hot Spring water was wonderful—so refreshing first thing in the morning. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious. The French toast in particular melted in my mouth.

I always stay here for my Disney trips. With the spa newly renovated, it has become an even more enjoyable Accommodation. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I was very ...
Overall, I was very satisfied. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety of rice options, but the only thing was that it would have been even better if the plain white rice had tasted better. I understand there may be issues such as the cost of rice, but that was the only part that fell a little short. Still, I had a comfortable stay and would like to stay again.

Breakfast and the spa are excellent.
Breakfast suits my taste and is very delicious. The woman at the spa reception was very kind, which I appreciated. The spa is clean and excellent. Last time I stayed in April, I checked in at the front desk first and was told, “We’ll call you at 3:00.” At that time, they called my name and I received the key at the front desk. This time I expected the same process, but it seems they have stopped calling guests by name. I didn’t realize this and ended up waiting in the lobby with no information. Since this was also mentioned in a Review, they probably stopped calling names out loud. It’s disappointing because I wanted to get to the spa quickly. I felt this last time as well, but there is an odor in the Room that bothers me. It doesn’t bother me when I first enter the Room, but once I get into bed it becomes very noticeable. I tried spraying deodorizer spray, but it didn’t help. The air conditioner is extremely loud. There was trash on the floor next to the refrigerator inside the refrigerator cabinet. The bed and pillows are hard. I thought maybe only my previous Room had issues, but it was the same this time. I have stayed at many Hotels, but this is the first time I couldn’t sleep at all. It’s truly disappointing because breakfast and the spa are otherwise outstanding.

I was satisfied with...
I was satisfied with everything. The in-room view bath could be filled with Onsen water, which made my stay very comfortable. I would like to stay here again the next time I visit the Disney Resort. Unfortunately, there is no Plan for solo travelers, so I made a Reservation for two and paid the rate for two guests. However, I was glad because it allowed me to enjoy a spacious Room.

First-time guest
I stayed at this Hotel to visit DisneySea. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the Hotel to the park. I enjoyed a leisurely walk there, but after spending all day in the park my feet were tired, so I took a taxi back. The roads were clear and it cost 700 yen. The spa was wonderful—I could stretch my legs and relax in the bath. The Room was clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. It was a Multiple Night Stay, and I appreciated that they replenished the bottled water. From the 10th floor, I could see DisneySea and even Cinderella Castle. It was great to enjoy the view from the terrace while feeling the night breeze. I’d like to stay here again next time.

This Hotel is definitely one we’d love to stay at again!
Our group of four women had a wonderful stay. It was very convenient to reach the Facility by shuttle bus from Maihama Station. Even before arriving, we were excited because it’s a Facility with an Onsen. After staying, we found the Room comfortable, and above all, the Onsen was amazing! We didn’t use the stone sauna this time, so we’d love to try it next time. We also didn’t dine there, so that will be something to look forward to on our next visit. We’d definitely like to stay again.

First stay after the renovation
[Changes] Inside the Facility: - The entrances for overnight guests and day-use spa visitors are now completely separate, so they no longer mix. The in-house loungewear that used to be for day-use visitors has been changed to Room wear for overnight stays. - The convenience store area has been moved from in front of the counter to the back. Self-checkout kiosks have been added. - The manga area and relaxation space, which were previously free, have been integrated into Spa+ (a paid option) along with new features such as a view sauna. - The bath area no longer feels dated and is now clean and refreshed. Both the showerheads and hair dryers have been upgraded to ReFa. The sauna rooms are larger overall, making them more comfortable. In the men’s bath, the Turkish-style bath (previously available only on Wednesdays) has been converted into a cold-and-warm bath; it may be nice to use after the sauna. Overall, I felt that while there are more paid areas than before, the overall spa experience has improved.

Looking forward to the renovation.
I stayed here after the renovation and was really looking forward to it. There were more types of baths and saunas, and they were very relaxing. It’s also close to Disney, so I’d like to come back and stay again at a leisurely pace.

It’s a bit of a walk from the sea, but the spa and breakfast were excellent—amazing!
If check-in had been smoother, it would have been even better. I think guests who booked through a travel site already had the address in advance. Next time, I’d like to try the dinner as well.

For the first time in five years!
I was able to stay here again after quite some time. Last time, I was so exhausted that I fell asleep in my Room without using the spa, but this time I finally got to enjoy the spa and the restaurant for the first time. I used the buffet restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and thanks to the kind attentiveness of the staff, I was very satisfied. I enjoyed a delicious steak and had a truly happy time. For access, there is a shuttle bus from the nearest station, so it was stress-free not having to drive for once. It made me feel motivated to work hard so I can stay at this Accommodation many more times in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

The meals are outstanding.
I was surprised by the wide variety of breakfast options and ate too much. However, it was disappointing that some items were already gone. The bath was also an Onsen, which helped relieve my fatigue, although it was a bit crowded. Overall, I think it’s a good Hotel. I will visit again.

If your Room is not near the Onsen, it will take about 10 minutes one way.
I stayed in the Eurasia Room. As I expected from the Reviews, check-in took quite a long time. The same staff at the front desk also handle the shop, so when people line up at the shop register, there are two fewer staff at reception. There were about four groups ahead of us, but we still waited over 20 minutes. Yukata are allowed inside the building, but even though the front desk explains that nightwear is not allowed, about half of the guests were walking around in nightwear. The overall guest manners were very poor—perhaps because it’s a reasonably priced Hotel. The staff themselves were kind. Because the Eurasia Room is located at the far end of the new wing, we had to walk from one end of the building (the front desk is at one end of the main building) all the way to the other end (the Room is at one end of the new wing). The elevators in the new wing arrived fairly quickly, but if you’re unlucky with those in the main building, they won’t come for about five minutes. Since it was late at night, I didn’t feel like going to the Onsen with a 10-minute walk each way. The bathtub in our Room was very small—like something for a single person living alone. It was nice that there was a washing area, but it’s so cramped that it would be difficult to bathe with a child (unless they’re around 2–3 years old). The Room had drip coffee and bottled water, which was nice. The shop had instant noodles, long-life bread, rice balls, and yogurt.

Ideal for families visiting Disney with children
We stayed here for a Disney trip with our third-grader and kindergartener. It was very comfortable. The place was clean and spacious, and it also had an Onsen. From our Room on the 9th floor, we could see not only Disney but even Mt. Fuji. We would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful time!
[Guest Room]We chose a Room with a private bath. Both the Room and the washbasin area were spacious, and the TV was fairly large, so we stayed very comfortably. I was happy we could see a bit of the sea from the window. [Cleanliness]Overall it was good, but there was some trash in the gap of the sofa. Also, there were dried splash marks on the floor around the in-room toilet and sink… Not sure if they couldn’t be removed or were just missed when wiping… I was worried it might have been something unpleasant, so I used the bed foot throw like a carpet to cover it up. If you’re traveling with kids or are very particular about cleanliness, bringing extra disinfecting wipes might give you peace of mind. [Amenities]There were toothbrushes, cups, and a hair dryer. The toothbrush is quite firm. The hair dryer is average and not very powerful. There are some small skincare items (Kracie) at the front desk amenity bar, but it’s not extensive. The slippers and washbasin cups are reused items, so if that bothers you, bring your own or buy them at Daiso or 3COINS at Ikspiari. [Service]The staff looked neat and provided polite, pleasant service. [Onsen (Bath)]We only used the in-room bath. There were separate faucets for Onsen water and regular hot water; we mixed them to fill the tub, and my skin felt smooth and moisturized—very satisfied with the quality! However, perhaps because we plugged it while a mysterious plate-like piece was still attached to one of holes in tub area , it didn’t fill properly… The shower also felt somewhat unique—an instruction sheet would be helpful. [Facilities/Facility]For getting to and from this Hotel , I recommend using shuttle bus . We walked once from Resort Line Sea Station , but it’s about 15 minutes along roadside next to sports park & warehouses —not fun (lol). There’s small shop next to front desk . Main items seem like Chiba souvenirs , but they also sell rice balls , cup soups/noodles , special ice creams , plus common snacks & drinks you’d find at convenience store . It’s basically two cashless self-checkout registers only , but if you ask front desk they can handle cash too . It seems open until 24:00 which is convenient . Checkout is at 10:00 AM , but apparently there’s system where you can check out early morning to avoid crowds while still being allowed stay until 10:00 AM . Might be handy if you can wake up early.

After enjoying the resort, the Onsen is a welcome treat.
Soaking in the Onsen after a full day of walking from morning to night was truly relaxing. The Room was also comfortable and easy to spend time in. Above all, the breakfast buffet was excellent and delicious. The staff were polite yet not overly formal, and very friendly. I had a truly pleasant stay. I’d like to stay here again next time.

I stayed at Disney Fantasy Hotel and this Hotel.
We are a couple in our 60s. We stayed here the night before our visit to Disney Fantasy Springs Hotel. This was our first time staying at this Hotel. Because we arrived late, we had dinner at the Hotel restaurant. Even though it was almost empty, we were told, “Please sit wherever you like. Order from here,” and that was it. It seemed to be a mobile ordering system, but there was no explanation, no menu provided, and no water service. While my wife struggled with it, the staff simply ignored her and made no effort to help. Then two women in their 30s came in, and I saw staff immediately bring them water and large printed menus. They were clearly younger than us and seemed perfectly capable of ordering without assistance. It felt like older guests were being treated unkindly. When I asked the staff member in charge, “Could you bring us water and a large menu as well?” she reluctantly told another staff member to do it instead of helping herself. I felt looked down on, and it was extremely unpleasant. Later we went to the public bath. There is a hall where you can see both men’s and women’s changing room entrances from the doorway, so we said “See you after” and split up. The facilities were very new and clean, and I was surprised by how many lockers there were. The locker keys also seemed very modern—apparently you lock them while pressing a button underneath. There may have been small instructions written somewhere, but older guests cannot read that easily. When I finally tried to bathe, I couldn’t find any towels anywhere. For 5–6 minutes I walked around naked looking for them multiple times—there were no signs or instructions at all. After changing back into my yukata robe and going out into the hall, my wife came out at the same time saying she couldn’t find towels either (laugh). Then we noticed what looked like a reception desk straight ahead—and the towels were next to it. However, when entering from the hall doorway that reception area is hidden from view due to a blind spot; there were no signs or even anyone calling out to explain anything. It seems recently renovated—the changing room is clean and uncluttered—but at minimum there should be a sign stating that towels are available in the hall, and the reception desk should be visible from the entrance. Even if improvements are made now, we will never stay here again. This was by far our worst Hotel experience—but since we had an excellent stay at another Disney Hotel afterward on this trip overall things balanced out.

Why not give it a try at least once!
This time, I sent my wife and daughter to Spa & Hotel Eurasia in Maihama, Urayasu City, Chiba—somewhere I’d wanted to visit for a long time. There is a free Shuttle Service from Maihama Station every 15 minutes, so getting to the Hotel is easy. It has been renovated, and it seems it exceeded expectations—there are Onsen baths and saunas as well, and they loved it. For us, staying Sunday to Monday, the rate was JPY 21,000 for one night with breakfast. Dinner can be enjoyed freely at the restaurant by choosing from 60 menu items, so no worries! However, dinner is charged separately! There is also a Plan that includes both dinner and breakfast! They said the Onsen was great, the open-air bath was great, and there was a large sauna too—overall excellent. They came back feeling refreshed after relieving their everyday fatigue. This time I booked through IKYU! When making a Reservation, you can use accommodation points (Earn Points), which makes it a great deal. You can save about JPY 6,000. It was a wonderful Onsen this time as well. If we have another chance, I’d like to go again with our grandchild.

It is becoming an excellent Hotel.
This was my third stay, after staying in October the year before last and again this March. The biggest highlight is definitely the Onsen. It was great even before the renovation, but this time they’ve removed unnecessary elements, added what’s needed, and expanded it overall. The relaxation room before entering the Onsen is quite spacious, and it’s a great place to unwind afterward. The open-air bath used to have a lot of plants, but they’ve reduced them so they’re no longer in the way. The temperatures are around 37°C and 40°C in both the open-air bath and the large public bath, making it easy for children to enjoy as well—so families can feel comfortable. One Facility feature I really appreciated was the coin laundry. I believe it was added sometime last year; it wasn’t there when I stayed the year before last, and that was quite inconvenient. I only had breakfast, but it was quite good. Some people who want to line up at Disney early might feel a breakfast-included Plan is unnecessary, but for them, the discounted breakfast voucher (20% off) that you can buy the day before is a great option. Access is also easy—it’s less than 10 minutes by shuttle bus from Maihama Station. After the renovation, they added a new floor called “SPA+.” For about +950 yen, you can use the hot stone sauna (ganbanyoku), sauna, footbath, and a relaxation room with unlimited manga—perfect for spending time at your own pace. I didn’t find anything inconvenient. If I had one wish, it would be having a convenience store nearby or inside in the future instead of just a shop. That said, the shop still carries most essentials, and there are vending machines in many areas as well. I’ve stayed at several Hotels around Disney area hotels , but I think Maihama SPA & Eurasia is number one.

Onsen & Scenic Views
I love this Facility! I’ve loved it even more since the renovation. You can fully enjoy the night view, the spacious Room, and the Onsen... I think staying for just one night after a Disney trip is a waste. However, it’s disappointing that the breakfast restaurant doesn’t have enough seats for the number of guests, so there is a wait time.
