    Were you completely satisfied?

    It was a one-night stay out of two nights in Nara, but I felt that both nights would have been better at this accommodation. I plan to do so next time.

    The room service is subpar.

    When I asked the front desk for socks at check-in, I was told to "use the ones in the Room." However, I specifically approached them because I needed them immediately. Additionally, when I went to the front desk to request a free cup of noodles after missing the Night Ramen service time at the restaurant, there was no one at the desk. Instead, loud conversations and laughter could be heard from staff in the back. Even when I called out "Excuse me," they seemed too engrossed in their conversation to notice. A contractor who happened to be on-site for Facility maintenance kindly entered the front area and called a staff member for me. Despite having new Facilities, my stay was disappointing due to poor staff service quality.

    Thank you very much.

    I arrived a bit early, but I was able to check into the Room right away, which was very helpful as it was cold and rainy. The bath was spacious, and I felt that avoiding peak hours would allow for a relaxing experience. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were all very pleasant, which I thought was wonderful. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

    Nara is always here for you.

    Conveniently located right in front of JR Nara Station, perfect for sightseeing. This was my third stay, and I was completely satisfied every time. Nonno is truly excellent. The Onsen and breakfast are both amazing. I would love to stay here again.

    Finally, I was able to stay.

    I heard that Nono opened in front of Nara Station, and when I visited Nara in 2022 during the COVID-19 period, it was closed. I finally got to stay this time. Since I had used Nono in Shimane Prefecture and Matsumoto, I was familiar with their system (tatami-matted corridors) and services (post-bath ice cream, comic books, etc.), so I was looking forward to it. It met my expectations and I enjoyed it. However, due to the impact of inbound tourism, the bath was full at certain times and the washing area couldn't be used, which was disappointing. It seems relaxing in the bathtub might be difficult.

    I was very satisfied.

    The staff at the reception were very accommodating, so I added breakfast. The staff serving the Yonaki Soba were also pleasant. I liked that the interior was clean and had a Ryokan style. The bath was also nice. The breakfast was delicious, and being close to the station was perfect.

    It was a good Stays.

    It was one of the top 3 best Stays among Dormy. Close to the station, the interior is luxuriously made with tatami flooring, allowing for a relaxing stay. I would definitely like to use this Property again.

    Hotel with the feel of a Ryokan

    The style of taking off shoes before entering was initially confusing, but it was very relaxing and nice. Although it felt like a Ryokan, the interior was conveniently designed for Hotel use. The location in front of the station was also convenient, and on the day it was raining, I was worried about not having an umbrella after getting off the bus from the airport, but I was relieved to find it nearby. The Onsen was also very nice. The low bed was also a plus.

    I was satisfied.

    I went to Nara for the Shosoin Exhibition. It's very convenient as it's right in front of Nara Station. The food was delicious and satisfying. I really wanted to give all 5s, but I gave 4 in hopes of further service improvement. I'm sorry.

    It was very convenient right in front of the station! Moreover, the interior and the room were very clean, and the bath was excellent! Service and hospitality were provided everywhere, and I definitely want to stay again!

    Although I am a resident of Nara Prefecture...

    I had always wanted to stay at this Stays. There was a live concert at the 100-Year Hall, so I decided to take the plunge and stay. The tatami-floored interior was relaxing and easy on the feet. I was too tired to use the bath at night, but since I went early in the morning, I was able to enjoy it leisurely. The breakfast buffet had so many options that I regret not being able to try everything. When I want to relax again, I plan to splurge a little and stay here. Thank you very much.
