    The bath was wonderf...

    The bath was wonderful. In the morning, you can really feel the planes taking off and landing—such a pleasant time for an aviation fan like me. The banana juice after the bath was delicious as well. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    A clean, relaxing Hotel where you can unwind.

    During Golden Week, my spouse and I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights. Due to a change in our schedule, we canceled the Hotel we had originally planned and chose this one for the first time, considering the convenience for traveling by car and the reasonable pricing. It’s a small Hotel, but both the facilities and our Room were clean, and we were able to relax comfortably. Recently, with more inbound tourism, many places feel crowded around the front desk and lobby with people and luggage, making it hard to unwind. This Hotel was not like that at all, and we really appreciated its calm atmosphere. Given the size of the Hotel it may be unavoidable, but even so, on the top floor there is a bath area with a sauna as well as an open-air bath—very well equipped for its scale. We thoroughly enjoyed the baths; especially in the open-air bath, we found ourselves soaking longer than expected while feeling the cool night breeze and gazing up at the sky. It was truly relaxing. The only slight disappointment was that although the sauna is labeled “high temperature,” it felt set lower than expected. Still, everything was well cleaned and left a good impression. As for amenities, everything we needed was provided—and even though we didn’t request anything extra for our Multiple Night Stay, they prepared more than enough supplies. The service was very attentive. There were also several types of pillows available in front of the elevator area so guests could choose their preferred one. We selected from them, but unfortunately there weren’t many left by then so we couldn’t choose properly. Perhaps they would have been fully stocked right after check-in…? For those arriving by car: there is no parking lot on the Hotel premises. However, there is an affiliated parking lot nearby, and even walking from there caused no inconvenience at all. What surprised us most was that parking was free, which helped us tremendously. Above all else, the staff service was outstanding. They responded to our requests kindly—and quickly—with polite attention and smiles throughout. We had a truly pleasant stay, and we are sincerely grateful. Thank you very much. If we have another opportunity, we would love to stay again. If you’re visiting Osaka or the Kansai area for business or sightseeing, I highly recommend staying here at least once. With a station nearby it’s convenient whether traveling by train or car; there are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the Hotel area. I don’t think you’ll feel inconvenienced at all.

    This was my second stay. The location is always convenient when I have errands in the Hankyu Takarazuka area, so I chose it again this time. I am satisfied with the Hotel Room and the bath. However, at checkout I mistakenly left the card key in the Room. When I apologized, the front desk staff’s response felt very unpleasant. Very disappointing.

    Very satisfied

    Being close to the station was very convenient. There is also a large public bath, and since the hotel is set a little back from the main road, it was quiet and relaxing. A convenience store and pharmacy are just a few minutes’ walk away, and I appreciated having several restaurants within walking distance. I didn’t use it, but the breakfast looked delicious as well. The staff were courteous and attentive, and I was very satisfied!!

    Satisfied with the large public bath

    The Room was very small, but for this price it couldn’t be helped. The Room has no bathtub—only a shower—but there is a large public bath on the top floor instead. Overall, I’m satisfied.

    Very satisfied

    Hotel rates are high wherever I travel these days, but this place offers excellent value. I honestly wondered if the price was really okay. The service and rooms were great, and I was very satisfied to also have a large public bath and sauna. Being able to enjoy outdoor air afterward was the best! I live in a nearby prefecture, so I rarely stay overnight in Osaka, but if I have the chance, I will definitely stay again.

    This was my first time having breakfast here. The miso soup was delicious, and there was a good variety of rice options. The Room felt very clean, and the bath was relaxing. I’m satisfied every time.

    A new, clean, and stylish Business Hotel

    Built in 2020, this was a relatively new Hotel with a clean, stylish design. It is right in front of Mikuni Station, the third stop on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line from Umeda, so it may feel a bit far at first, but in reality it wasn’t inconvenient at all. The Room has only a shower, but there is a large public bath with an open-air bath, which actually felt like a practical setup. The lobby also offers welcome drinks and more—I felt this Hotel has thoughtfully designed its services with guests in mind. I would like to stay again.

    A conveniently located Hotel near the station with plenty of nearby facilities.

    The in-house Facility—where you can enjoy drinks in the Onsen, sauna, and café space—is more than satisfactory. With its near station-front location, the surrounding amenities are plentiful, making it convenient for both business trips and sightseeing. The Room is also comfortable: the toilet and shower areas are clean throughout and well separated. With reasonable pricing and great service—true to its claim of being a Hotel you’ll want to stay at again—I’d choose to stay here again whenever I have plans in Osaka.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    This was my first stay, and I had a very comfortable time thanks to the courteous service, clean Room, and pleasant large public bath. Coffee is available at the drink corner on the 1st floor, and it was delicious as well. It was a little far from Shin-Osaka, but it was a Hotel I would gladly go out of my way to stay at.

    This was my second stay following last month. The points that made me choose this Hotel were the reasonable price and the fact that the bath and parking fees were free. The bath had a large public bath, and for men, there was also a sauna, which helped me relax. However, the changing room was small, and the large public bath only had three washing stations. It would be great if we could check congestion status on the Room TV. Regarding parking, during my first visit last month, I didn’t know I couldn’t drive directly to the Hotel and wandered around nearby roads. However, when I contacted the Hotel, they kindly guided me to their affiliated parking lot with detailed directions (the area around the Hotel is densely packed with houses, so roads are very narrow—barely enough for one car). The affiliated parking lot is very close to the Hotel and has plenty of spaces available. The fact that they covered our parking fee was extremely helpful! Additionally, it’s just a 1-2 minute walk from Hankyu Mikuni Station to this Hotel; there are many restaurants in the area as well. This time I went all the way to Umeda because there was a restaurant I wanted to visit—it wasn’t inconvenient at all! I’d love to stay here again if given another opportunity!

    I would like to stay here again.

    This was my second stay. Once again, I enjoyed the spacious Room with a large sofa perfect for relaxing, offering a luxurious space for one person to unwind. I particularly liked the shower booth that can be used while watching TV and the single door right at the entrance of the Room. The location is excellent, being close to the station with convenient shops nearby. The front desk staff were all very polite and accommodating, making my stay pleasant. I would love to stay here again if given the opportunity.

    It was comfortable.

    I was a bit anxious as it was my first time at this station... However, the convenience was great, and the restaurants around the Hotel were excellent. The Room's size and cleanliness (including the large public bath) were impressive, allowing me to stay comfortably. I would like to use this Hotel again in the future.

    Guest-oriented accommodation.

    Stayed for one night on a weekday for business. The hallway had a Panasonic Ziaino air purifier running, which emitted a slight chlorine smell, but it felt like a thoughtful measure in an environment with high foot traffic. However, there was no such smell inside the Room. The air conditioner had an additional airflow adjustment panel attached to the front, which required some angle adjustments as well. Loungewear was available near the elevator in various sizes for guests to choose from. While pillow selection used to be offered, this service has been discontinued. Delicious cartridge-style coffee is available next to the front desk. The top-floor public bath was very clean both in the changing area and inside the bath itself. It featured saunas (hot & cool for men) and open-air baths (two individual tubs), providing great comfort. Guests could choose their preferred shampoo, and razors and toothbrushes were also provided specifically for use in the bath area. Breakfast was not overly extravagant but offered sufficient variety, good taste, and efficient service. All of this quality at an older price setting (under 10,000 yen including breakfast) is greatly appreciated by guests. Additionally, being located near Hankyu Takarazuka Line Mikuni Station is convenient; on that day there were no overseas tourists present (perhaps coincidentally). The next morning I walked to Shin-Osaka Station after breakfast as light exercise before heading to Tokyo—it took about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace. (Depending on weather conditions and if you have minimal luggage with extra time available, I highly recommend it.)

    It was nice to have air purifiers in the hallway as well. I also liked that there were various shampoos and conditioners available to choose from in the bathroom.

    I stayed in a non-smoking room.

    It was comfortable. I think it would have been even better without the faint smell of cigarettes. Depending on the price, I would like to use it again.

    It was a non-smoking Room, but the smell of tobacco was strong, making me think it might have been a smoking room until the day before. Other than that, it was very good.
